Villa Es Pont de Pedra

Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr ruhig, großer Garten, angenehm zu parken. Die Wände innen sind teilweise durch die Feuchtigkeit beschädigt… eventuell kann man in dieser Gegend Materialien verwenden, die Feuchtigkeit speichern und wieder abgeben (Kalkputz), statt nur drüber zu malen.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Es Pont de Pedra war ausgezeichnet. Das Anwesen bietet geräumige, komfortable und gut ausgestattete Räumlichkeiten, sowohl im Innenbereich als auch im Außenbereich, wo besonders der Pool und die Terrassen hervorstechen. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber dennoch in der Nähe von Alcúdia und seinen Dienstleistungen, ermöglichte es uns, ein paar Tage voller Entspannung und Komfort zu genießen. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Villa für einen hochwertigen Aufenthalt auf Mallorca.

Pasamos una semana maravillosa en Villa Es Pont de Pedra con mi pareja y nuestros dos hijos. La casa es preciosa, muy limpia y cómoda, con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones (¡fundamental en agosto!). Disfrutamos muchísimo de la piscina privada y las cenas en la terraza con vistas a la montaña. La ubicación es ideal: en una zona tranquila pero cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y playas como la de Muro y Alcúdia. Además, los niños se lo pasaron en grande con la mesa de ping-pong. Sin duda, repetiríamos. ¡Una estancia de 10! nada

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Es Pont de Pedra. The villa is comfortable, quiet and well equipped, with a swimming pool and terrace perfect for relaxing. The host was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for exploring the mountains of Alcúdia, which made our walks very enjoyable. During our stay there were some mosquitoes, but he gave us mosquito repellent spray, which allowed us to enjoy the outdoors without any problems. In short, comfortable accommodation in beautiful surroundings with an attentive host who makes your stay even better.

We had a wonderful few days at Pont de Pedra. Every morning we woke up to the sound of birdsong, which was really relaxing and something we hadn't expected, making our mornings very pleasant. The house also had a barbecue, which we made the most of: we had dinners outdoors, with food, laughter and relaxation, ideal for unwinding. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for those seeking peace, nature and a good atmosphere. As a practical detail, the rubbish system requires you to take it about 500 metres from the villa, but this was not a problem.
