No geral o hotel é bom, o chuveiro é ruim, quase não sai água e o controle de temperatura não esta funcionando bem. Não sabia, mas a limpeza é feita somente 4 vezes na semana, para mim faz diferença. O atendimento de todos que tive contato foi ótimo, além de cuidarem com muito zelo das encomendas que enviei para o hotel.
No geral o hotel é bom, o chuveiro é ruim, quase não sai água e o controle de temperatura não esta funcionando bem. Não sabia, mas a limpeza é feita somente 4 vezes na semana, para mim faz diferença. My only issue and it's not abig one is the charging station. It's only for Teslas. I have a GM ev. Other than that my stay was perfect.

DO NOT book with this hotel.. This was our first time booking with them for a family fun vacation and on the very first day there (not even 3 hours of being there) our money was stolen from our purses in our rooms.. We left out not long after we got there and took our son to the pool.. While we were at the pool, someone used a key to get into our room.. They only took cash and a Cash App card.. I’m not sure if they took pictures of our debit cards and IDs cause they were in my wallet too so we’re canceling those.. I reported it to the lady who worked that night and she told me that she contacted her manager and that the manager was going to watch the footage and get back with us but not to call the police cause they probably weren’t going to do anything.. We’re still waiting on her call back.. This is so SCARY and WE WILL NEVER book with them again.. We should have just stuck with Hyatt where we always go anyway..

A Great Stay with a Minor Hiccup I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was an awesome experience. The property is modern and well-maintained, with attractive amenities that made my stay enjoyable. The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. However, I did encounter a notable issue during my visit. On the second night, I received a call from the front desk around 11:30 PM, informing me that they had received two noise complaints regarding our room. To clarify, the only noise came from my luggage accidentally falling off the bed and hitting the floor. Given the hotel’s design, it’s quite evident that sound travels easily; you can hear every step from the guests above us. This made me realize that the guests below us could likely hear us as well, even with normal activities. As a result, the next night became quite uncomfortable. I found myself walking on tiptoes, trying to avoid any noise that might lead to another complaint. While I understand the need for a peaceful environment, it felt excessive for a minor incident, especially considering that regular footsteps should be expected in a busy hotel. In summary, while the hotel itself is fantastic with its modern appeal and friendly staff, I believe that guests should be more understanding about everyday sounds, especially when they are minor. It’s a lovely place to stay, just be mindful of your neighbors!
