We spent four nights at the resort and we loved it. The resort arranged an airport pickup for us so no stress getting to the resort. Pink at reception welcomed us and was brilliant,friendly and happy to chat and help.Our room overlooked the pool area and was clean spacious and relaxing. The bed was very comfy and we slept well every night. Air conditioning was quiet and effective so room stayed cool. Bathroom was spotlessly clean andcroom service was offered daily. You can rent mopeds and Pink gave advice on things to do or visit. The garden area aroubd pool was lovely and the breakfast buffet was great. Overall a tranquil setting that allows you to relax and feel at home. A great example of a well tun family business that has the guests wellbeing at heart. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

At the beginning we only booked one night since we wanted to go with scooters and find other locations on the island. But when we checked in we loved the place, the location was perfect so we decided to extend our stay! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the hotelroom was nice and the pool area was awesome! Also the breakfast was very good! Loved our stay here!

パームベイリゾート フーコックに宿泊しました。 まず立地がとても良く、フーコック島の中でも落ち着いたエリアにあり、静かに過ごしたい人には最高の場所だと思います。観光地の喧騒から少し離れているので、リゾートらしいゆったりした時間を楽しめました。 敷地内のプールも雰囲気が良く、サイズ感もちょうどよくて、朝や夕方にのんびり過ごすのに最適でした。部屋からプールが近いのも使いやすかったです。 朝食もとても満足度が高く、特にフォーと卵料理が美味しかったです。毎朝食べても飽きない味で、一日のスタートが気持ちよく切れました。 Wi-Fiもとてもスムーズで、滞在中ストレスを感じることはありませんでした。部屋でも共用エリアでも問題なく使えたので、仕事や調べものをする方にも安心だと思います。 バイクレンタルがあるのも大きな魅力で、1日約900円（日本円）とリーズナブル。ビーチ巡りやカフェ、サンセットスポットへ気軽に行けて、とても便利でした。 スタッフの方々の雰囲気も良く、皆さん親切でフレンドリー。過度すぎない距離感が心地よく、安心して滞在できました。 また、思っていた以上に日本人のお客さんも見かけたので、初めてのフーコック旅行でも安心感があると思います。 少し歩くとレストランやマッサージが集まるエリアもあり、食事やリラックスにも困りません。静かさと便利さのバランスがとても良いホテルです。 フーコック島で落ち着いたリゾート滞在をしたい方には本当におすすめです。 ぜひまたリピートしたいと思います

Enda minuset att dom inte hade bar & restaurang förutom, på frukost. Annars helt topp! 9 av 10! Rekommenderas varmt!

最寄りのバス停から慣れれば徒歩約12分。その途中で商店が3件程ありますが飼い犬？がその辺りをウロウロしているので少し怖かったです。特に夜。grabを使えばほぼ問題ないと思いますが。ナイトマーケットで購入した物の匂いでホテルにいる犬が真後ろに付いてきてビックリしました。襲われる事はなかったです。猫もいてカウンターで寝そべっていました。アレルギーの方はしんどいかもしれません。 ホテルでのんびりするには静かでプールもあり無料でタオルの貸し出しもありいいと思います。 毎日のタオル交換、ベッドメーキング、ボトル水の補充してくれます。 シャワー圧は良く固定とジャバラと2種あり。でもはいすいがイマイチで溜まりやすい。 英語が堪能でいつも笑顔で接してくれて、誰にでも声をかけてくれる、マイナス点がその方のおかげでプラマイ0になるくらいいい印象のスタッフさんがいました。 朝食はフルーツが3種、パン類、日替りメニュー6種程、グラノーラ、コーヒーや紅茶、ジュース日替り、注文したらビーフフォー、卵料理（スクランブル、オムレツ、目玉焼き）もあります。美味しかったです！ 種類は少ないけど満腹になり満足でした。 マンゴーが滞在中1回しかでて来ず。ホテルの1番最寄りの商店で購入25K/1kgなので超安い！１個約500g-600gあり約130円程。かなり美味しい。毎日食べました。 自然の中にあるホテルなので虫系は仕方ないです。

Lovely large clean rooms with outside space too. Reception were so very helpful. I would recommend this place - taxis to the centre are cheap and plentiful. Think they would be better offering yoghurt and fruit and reducing choices. Breakfast was adequate. May be good for the business to seek crisps nuts etc for snacks

Amazing hotel and great staff. We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The atmosphere is relaxing and the hotel is conveniently located near a few restaurants and a little convenient shop, and is about 10 min walk to the beach. Our triple room was clean and comfortable, and the staff members were kind and caring. It was our second time at Palm Bay Resort, and we will definitely be back!

Bon emplacement permettant de rayonner sur Phu Quoc. Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute. Chambre confortable et propre. Très bon petit déjeuner. Très belle piscine. Location de scooter sur place très pratique.

Very awesome place to stay. The staff are excellent. There’s a Grab guy on site as well. I love their beds. We got a Family suite for just 2 of us and we had so much rooms and 2 huge king sizes. The walk is a bit away from the street but inly 5 minutes. There’s a nice pool. Breakfast was delicious. The beach is 15 min walk to Bai Truoc, so beautiful and awesome drinks and foods with free lounge chairs and umbrellas. Stronly recommend this place. Plenty of restaurants near by

The walk is a bit away from the street but inly 5 minutes. There’s a nice pool. Breakfast was delicious. The beach is 15 min walk to Bai Truoc, so beautiful and awesome drinks and foods with free lounge chairs and umbrellas. Stronly recommend this place. Plenty of restaurants near by

장점은 아침에 조금씩이긴 하나 망고를 포함한 꽤 많은 과일이 나오고 직원들이 무척 친절했습니다. 이가격에 이정도면 대만족입니다. 그리고 진입하는 길이 좁긴한데 킹콩마트도 가깝고 근처에 식당이나 마사지삽도 가까워서 편리했구요 단점은 방이 작은편이고 금고가 없습니다 이외에는 화장실도 깨끗하고 수압도 쎄서 이몽에 불편함이 없었습니다

Lovely large clean rooms with outside space too. Reception were so very helpful. I would recommend this place - taxis to the centre are cheap and plentiful. Think they would be better offering yoghurt and fruit and reducing choices. Breakfast was adequate. May be good for the business to seek crisps nuts etc for snacks

We spent four nights at the resort and we loved it. The resort arranged an airport pickup for us so no stress getting to the resort. Pink at reception welcomed us and was brilliant,friendly and happy to chat and help.Our room overlooked the pool area and was clean spacious and relaxing. The bed was very comfy and we slept well every night. Air conditioning was quiet and effective so room stayed cool. Bathroom was spotlessly clean andcroom service was offered daily. You can rent mopeds and Pink gave advice on things to do or visit. The garden area aroubd pool was lovely and the breakfast buffet was great. Overall a tranquil setting that allows you to relax and feel at home. A great example of a well tun family business that has the guests wellbeing at heart. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

아이랑 하루 묶었는데 너무 친절하고 쾌적했어요. 가격적으로도 최고이고 시설이 너무 깨끗해서 만족해요. 침대와 베개도 편하고 좋으네요. 아이가 아파서 밤새 토하고 고생해서 힘들어했는데 죽이라도 먹이려 조식먹으러 가다가 아이가 토하는걸 보시고 생강차를 가져다 주시며 아이 마시게 하라고 가져다 주셨어요. 필요한거 없냐 계속 물으시고. . 너무 감사하고 베트남에 대한 좋은 추억 가져갑니다. 팜베이 최고입니다.

Good for the price but disappointed that no one responded to my emails one week prior to the trip. Also the taxi that the hotel offer to send at 5 usd never came. People on site were friendly.

パームベイリゾート フーコックに宿泊しました。 まず立地がとても良く、フーコック島の中でも落ち着いたエリアにあり、静かに過ごしたい人には最高の場所だと思います。観光地の喧騒から少し離れているので、リゾートらしいゆったりした時間を楽しめました。 敷地内のプールも雰囲気が良く、サイズ感もちょうどよくて、朝や夕方にのんびり過ごすのに最適でした。部屋からプールが近いのも使いやすかったです。 朝食もとても満足度が高く、特にフォーと卵料理が美味しかったです。毎朝食べても飽きない味で、一日のスタートが気持ちよく切れました。 Wi-Fiもとてもスムーズで、滞在中ストレスを感じることはありませんでした。部屋でも共用エリアでも問題なく使えたので、仕事や調べものをする方にも安心だと思います。 バイクレンタルがあるのも大きな魅力で、1日約900円（日本円）とリーズナブル。ビーチ巡りやカフェ、サンセットスポットへ気軽に行けて、とても便利でした。 スタッフの方々の雰囲気も良く、皆さん親切でフレンドリー。過度すぎない距離感が心地よく、安心して滞在できました。 また、思っていた以上に日本人のお客さんも見かけたので、初めてのフーコック旅行でも安心感があると思います。 少し歩くとレストランやマッサージが集まるエリアもあり、食事やリラックスにも困りません。静かさと便利さのバランスがとても良いホテルです。 フーコック島で落ち着いたリゾート滞在をしたい方には本当におすすめです。 ぜひまたリピートしたいと思います

완벽한 리조트. 푸꾸옥에서 호텔 3군데에 머물렀어요. 세 곳 다 좋았는데 이 곳이 단연코 최고였어요. 스태프분들 다 친절하시고 영어도 잘하시고 센스도 넘치셨어요. 부족함이 있는지 내내 체크해주신 덕분에 최고로 멋진 여행을 할 수 있었어요. 5성급 리조트들보다도 여기가 최고로 기억에 남아요!! 나중에 또 가고싶어요!!!!

I cannot say enough praise about this property, the family who own it, and the incredible staff which operates this hidden Phu Quoc gem of a boutique hotel resort. Serenity, peace, quiet and convenient to anything you desire. We cannot praise the dedication to guest comfort displayed by all members of their staff. This is a new (July 2023) property, so, the breakfast is not perfect as occupancy increased they were transitioning from ala carte to buffet, but any helpful suggestions we gave them were amazingly applied the very next day’s service - WOW! You cannot go wrong booking here, and please, tell “Pink” at reception a big hello from Rick and Valeria if you do - she is a diamond of customer service excellence!

도로에서 안쪽이나 무료17번 버스정류장까지 5분거리. 깨끗하고 깔끔한 수영장. 가격대비 너무 좋아요. 사책하기도 시골느낌나는 골목길. 잘쉬다갑니다.

表通りから細い道を歩くとホテルまで7.8分かかるのでなるべくホテルへの帰りはgrabを使った方が良いです♪ 無料のVINバスのバス停は表通りに出て左に2.3分歩くとあります！ コンビニはホテルから3分の場所にミニマートがあります！2階へ上がるのは階段しかない為、荷物が重い方は一階をリクエストしてください！ ワンチャン、猫ちゃんがフロント付近にいるので猫アレルギーの方は🆖かと思います！飼い猫、飼い犬なので😊

The hotel is nice but the location is not convenient. It is a 10 minute walk to the Main street for restaurants and shops. At night it is very dark and has stray dogs; it doesn't feel safe to walk at night. The street is also very narrow barely enough space for one car.

Upon first arriving I was as bit taken back by the location. However, as my stay proceeded, the location had some distinct advantages. First and foremost, peace and quiet. Secondly, it really is a centralized location, just rent one of their scooters. The property is well cared for and the staff is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It took a bit of brainstorming to try and find a less than completely positive topic to write about but here is one: maybe have more western breakfast choices but, when in Rome(VN) have Pho for breakfast. I will stay again.

If you like a quiet holiday away from the noise this is for you. Short walking distance to the Main Street where you will find restaurants and bars. If you like a good old knees up it’s only a short grab away. Would highly recommend this place

Loved this property, so comfortable and clean. Staff were really accommodating. Really close to public transport and loads of restaurants. Only thing would be limited options at breakfast, but had everything that you needed. Would definitely stay again!

最寄りのバス停から慣れれば徒歩約12分。その途中で商店が3件程ありますが飼い犬？がその辺りをウロウロしているので少し怖かったです。特に夜。grabを使えばほぼ問題ないと思いますが。ナイトマーケットで購入した物の匂いでホテルにいる犬が真後ろに付いてきてビックリしました。襲われる事はなかったです。猫もいてカウンターで寝そべっていました。アレルギーの方はしんどいかもしれません。 ホテルでのんびりするには静かでプールもあり無料でタオルの貸し出しもありいいと思います。 毎日のタオル交換、ベッドメーキング、ボトル水の補充してくれます。 シャワー圧は良く固定とジャバラと2種あり。でもはいすいがイマイチで溜まりやすい。 英語が堪能でいつも笑顔で接してくれて、誰にでも声をかけてくれる、マイナス点がその方のおかげでプラマイ0になるくらいいい印象のスタッフさんがいました。 朝食はフルーツが3種、パン類、日替りメニュー6種程、グラノーラ、コーヒーや紅茶、ジュース日替り、注文したらビーフフォー、卵料理（スクランブル、オムレツ、目玉焼き）もあります。美味しかったです！ 種類は少ないけど満腹になり満足でした。 マンゴーが滞在中1回しかでて来ず。ホテルの1番最寄りの商店で購入25K/1kgなので超安い！１個約500g-600gあり約130円程。かなり美味しい。毎日食べました。 自然の中にあるホテルなので虫系は仕方ないです。

It was a very nice place to stay. However, it was off the beaten path, so one had to walk away to get to the property. The morning breakfast was generally good though they ran out of food most of the time and servicing was substandard at times.

パームベイリゾート フーコックに宿泊しました。 まず立地がとても良く、フーコック島の中でも落ち着いたエリアにあり、静かに過ごしたい人には最高の場所だと思います。観光地の喧騒から少し離れているので、リゾートらしいゆったりした時間を楽しめました。 敷地内のプールも雰囲気が良く、サイズ感もちょうどよくて、朝や夕方にのんびり過ごすのに最適でした。部屋からプールが近いのも使いやすかったです。 朝食もとても満足度が高く、特にフォーと卵料理が美味しかったです。毎朝食べても飽きない味で、一日のスタートが気持ちよく切れました。 Wi-Fiもとてもスムーズで、滞在中ストレスを感じることはありませんでした。部屋でも共用エリアでも問題なく使えたので、仕事や調べものをする方にも安心だと思います。 バイクレンタルがあるのも大きな魅力で、1日約900円（日本円）とリーズナブル。ビーチ巡りやカフェ、サンセットスポットへ気軽に行けて、とても便利でした。 スタッフの方々の雰囲気も良く、皆さん親切でフレンドリー。過度すぎない距離感が心地よく、安心して滞在できました。 また、思っていた以上に日本人のお客さんも見かけたので、初めてのフーコック旅行でも安心感があると思います。 少し歩くとレストランやマッサージが集まるエリアもあり、食事やリラックスにも困りません。静かさと便利さのバランスがとても良いホテルです。 フーコック島で落ち着いたリゾート滞在をしたい方には本当におすすめです。 ぜひまたリピートしたいと思います

Very awesome place to stay. The staff are excellent. There’s a Grab guy on site as well. I love their beds. We got a Family suite for just 2 of us and we had so much rooms and 2 huge king sizes. The walk is a bit away from the street but inly 5 minutes. There’s a nice pool. Breakfast was delicious. The beach is 15 min walk to Bai Truoc, so beautiful and awesome drinks and foods with free lounge chairs and umbrellas. Stronly recommend this place. Plenty of restaurants near by

장점은 아침에 조금씩이긴 하나 망고를 포함한 꽤 많은 과일이 나오고 직원들이 무척 친절했습니다. 이가격에 이정도면 대만족입니다. 그리고 진입하는 길이 좁긴한데 킹콩마트도 가깝고 근처에 식당이나 마사지삽도 가까워서 편리했구요 단점은 방이 작은편이고 금고가 없습니다 이외에는 화장실도 깨끗하고 수압도 쎄서 이몽에 불편함이 없었습니다

Lovely large clean rooms with outside space too. Reception were so very helpful. I would recommend this place - taxis to the centre are cheap and plentiful. Think they would be better offering yoghurt and fruit and reducing choices. Breakfast was adequate. May be good for the business to seek crisps nuts etc for snacks

Das Hotel war hervorragend. Sauberes Hotel und mega nettes Personal. Das Buffet hatte eine große Auswahl und das Obst jeden Tag war das beste. Wir waren Mega zufrieden, kann ich nur empfehlen

Underbar personal & bemötande. Frukost var ok. Hotellet är otroligt prisvärt! Rent & fräscht! Städ på rum varje dag. Familjär stämning. Mysig trädgår & pool. Sängar runt pool i lugn miljö. Enda minuset att dom inte hade bar & restaurang förutom, på frukost. Annars helt topp! 9 av 10! Rekommenderas varmt!

Nested in the back alley is a hidden paradise! Extremely friendly staff, Great Breakfast buffet, the rooms are clean and modern with great AC and lighting. The pool was fabulous! Location was centrally located just a grab away from all the action. Only downside it is not beach front but a de minutes away is the beautiful Ba Keo Beach.

A small resort, a little back from the main road and beach, but absolutely charming. The main road with all the shops and restaurants is about a 5 minute walk. The resort itself is small, around 24 rooms, therefor it is quiet and peaceful. People with children enjoy this place very much. The resorts consists of small 2-story buildings situated around a big pool and gorgeous landscaping. Many palm trees and an abundance of flowers line the pool as wel as excellent loungers. On one side of the pool is the office building with the reception and the breakfast restaurant above it. The rooms are nicely decorated with a great bathroom. All is very clean and meticulously maintained. The staff really take pride in their work. Breakfast is very decent with Vietnamese, Asian and Western dishes. The quality is very good and the personnel is again great. In general I will say that the personnel go out of their way to accommodate you. If you need something: just ask. Many times you will even be invited to have tea with the lovely owner of this resort. However: unless you are fluent in Vietnamese: Google Translate is required. But you will enjoy the local atmosphere. This hotel is absolutely recommended.
