Wonderful place, fantastic location. Only note the following: * This is a studio, not a suite and the descriptions about bedroom and lounge are misleading. Even the shower is in the main studio area * There is a persistent smell of mould coming from the kitchen cupboards. We got used to it easily

The room was beautifully designed and very well maintained, always clean and the benefit of daily housekeeping available. Also, very helpful being right in the centre of town! However, a few negatives for us: firstly, the shower was cold a number of times, despite waiting 10+ minutes for it to heat up there was no change in temperature. The room is sold as being sound proofed but we were woken up 2/3 nights by noises outside. Lastly, I was unaware that there was going to be restrictions on when you can use the laundry facilities (closes @ 3pm) and you must agree with the housekeeper prior to using the facilities. Despite that it was a nice apartment with a lovely view!

Michael was really helpful allowing us late access after missing our flight and arriving late at night. We stayed in a ground floor room with a plunge pool and it was beautiful. It was a stones throw from the beach and restaurants. Just wonderful, we would definitely recommend a stay here. Agios Nikitas is the nicest authentic Greek resort we have stayed in. Fabulous!
