Casa Alure by Kukun

Everything stood in the nice Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, the room was more than expected.

The property was fine in many ways but annoying in key areas. All the staff we interacted with were helpful. The apartment itself was somewhat run down. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable actually lumpy. Shower just so so but water pressure and temperature was fine. Our biggest complaint was bug bites from fleas ! Obviously left by a previous occupant. All and all we would not rent with this property again.

We LOVED our stay. Our host Diego and his team was accommodating, kind and quick to respond to any of our needs. I had an issue with the safe and hair dryer and they resolved it quickly and professionally. I felt really cared for! It was safe, large, comfortable (those beds were incredible) - everything we needed to enjoy our time in Mexico City.

Love the property staff is friendly. Only bad thing I can say is the noise at night. Hard to sleep with car traffic and sirens.

the property is smaller than what the pictures shows. the decor needs to update. not enough towels or toilet paper. the property did not provide water only two coffee pods no toilet trees.
