Pros: The location is close to town and there’s parking in front which is great. Very clean and modern accommodation, spacious. Nice to have a kitchen and balcony. The cleaning lady is really nice. Cons: there is no front desk and the property manager isn’t terribly helpful. They’re quite inflexible on their policies — for example, only change towels and linens on day 3. We stayed for 5 nights and would’ve appreciated fresh towels after the 2nd night but they wouldn’t allow for it. There’s a washing machine but they’ll only supply 1 pod. So we couldn’t even wash them ourselves. No beach towels or daily coffee pods or water, which is pretty standard for most other hotels/aparthotels in Greece. It’s a nice enough accommodation but will likely stay elsewhere next visit.

Great apartment! Very responsive and helpful. Even have a Blink charge in the parking area if you have an EV or plug in Hybrid car. Will return next time we are in Lefkada! Ευχαριστούμε!

This place was reallllllly nice and super clean!! Will definitely stay here again…. Loved how new it was too… one of the best places I have stayed in!

Wir sind schon das zweite Mal in Folge bei dieser Unterkunft und ich habe wie beim letzten Mal auch nichts auszusetzen. Wenn man ankommt ruft man geschwind bei der hinterlegten Nummer an und innerhalb 5 Minuten ist einer da für die Schlüssel Übergabe. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gehoben, alles was man braucht ist hier mit drinnen. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen wenn wir noch ein drittes Mal nach lefkada gehen dann wieder in diese Unterkunft.

I can hardly find any negative about this accommodation. The building and the apartments are brand new. With all you need for a short or long stay. Close to the centre of Lefkada. Parking included. Definitely, I would recommend coming back in the future. The only thing is that there is no reception, and you have to organise your check-in in advance. Overall 10/10. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
