La chambre était spacieuse, propre et hyper fonctionnelle ! Le personnel était disponible. La piscine etait propre et le jardin bien entretenu. Petit bémol,pas de gel douche ni de shampoing, les serviettes ne sont pas changées et le ménage ne fait pas partie des prestations. Attention aussi, les chambres sont notées pour 6 personnes, mais il n'y a que 2 lits doubles. Je recommande quand même a 100% cet hotel !

Nous avons passé 4 jours parfaits à l’Oceanfront Condos à Nilaveli : très propre, moderne et bien entretenu. Les prestations sont de qualité et l’ensemble est agréable. En revanche, si vous recherchez un hôtel avec du charme, du caractère ou une ambiance plus chaleureuse et authentique, ce n’est peut-être pas l’endroit idéal. Ici, on est davantage dans le moderne et le fonctionnel que dans le charme. La vue sur l’océan est magnifique, la gentillesse du personnel, le parc est très bien entretenu, la piscine est très belle. Je recommande vivement. Un plus : il y a des laves linges dans les appartements. Nous n’avons pas essayé le restaurant.

Oceanfront Nilaveli has a fantastic beachfront location, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. The property is poorly managed because each apartment has a different owner. The reception frequently refers guests to the individual owner instead of resolving issues, making even simple requests frustrating. During our stay, requests for missing towels, shampoo, shower gel or Wi-Fi problems often went unanswered. Calling reception was usually ineffective, and we repeatedly had to go there in person before anything happened. Another important point: apartments are not cleaned during your stay. Housekeeping is only done after check-out, which is disappointing, especially for longer stays. Maintenance is clearly lacking, with defective equipment, noisy construction work and inconsistent management of facilities. Sound insulation is also very poor. The windows let almost every outside noise through. Besides the sound of the ocean, nights are disturbed by the pool area, numerous stray dogs and other animals, making it difficult to sleep. We also noticed stray dogs inside the property, litter in common areas, and several safety concerns, including exposed or poorly protected electrical installations near the swimming pool and children’s area. While the location is beautiful, the poor maintenance, lack of service, weak management and safety concerns mean we cannot recommend this property, especially for families with young children.

Dejlig strand og hjælpsomt personale - flere ting på værelset virkede dog ikke ved ankomst og skift af håndklæder og sengetøj kunne godt ske proaktivt (det blev skiftet da vi spurgte om det) Vi prøvede morgenmaden en enkelt gang, men ift. kvaliteten synes vi det var for dyrt. Generelt fremstår stedet lidt slidt hvorfor det i vores optik ikke kan få mere end tre stjerner
