Quiet hotel with spacious clean room, big soft bed, ac worked, indoor swimming pool was clean and provided clean towels. HOT breakfast was delish and well stocked: bacon, eggs, potatoes, belgium waffles, pastries, breads, yogurt, cold cereal, milk, juices, and coffee.

Room was not finished being cleaned when I checked in - no bed linens. Loose tile in bathroom. Someone in one of the rooms in the hallway was smoking, very noticeable in the hall, but luckily not in my room. Side entrance to hotel had no latch, door could be opened without a key. Overall, adequate.

This place has gone downhill since the new ownership. Air quality in the facility is not good so if you have health challenges or get sick easily I do not recommend. The first room they gave me had a super strong mold smell I asked for a new room and expressed my reasoning and he offered some type of machine to help the smell, I explained to him what mold was and why the smell was the least of my concerns and that they should make a report and have that checked out. The next room I had to leave the door open a while it was so humid. Even the bed seemed damp from moisture in the room. I slept on top of the covers (just needed a nap) I should’ve slept in the car. 2/10 Safe to say that’s my last time visiting. I miss when it was country inn, never had a problem.

It was nice and clean. The blackout curtains did not fully black out the light. The pillows were tiny, but the bed was comfortable and the room was nice. The pictures on the website are a bit deceiving. It is a little bit older of a place but has been updated a bit. Overall, though it was a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Another room was charged to my credit card. Thankfully I do check my credit card bill and adter several calls to the hotel they did end up refunding the charge. No apologies from staff. Hotel reeked of Marijuana,

The property was not being kept clean. The elevator buttons had brown indented imprints that I did not want to touch. Throughout the building there was carpet that looked disgusting. When I arrived on third floor the smell of seafood filled the entire hallway as a huge pile of trash sat outside someone’s room. Getting to my hotel room door their were countless scratches and missing paint on the door frame. Open the room and the same dirty carpet was in the room with pieces of trash in the floor with multiple white spots in the carpet. I called and asked if all rooms had the carpet because it had started to bother my sons allergies I was told they all had carpet and they apologized. Went to get the tv remote it was caked with dirt and grime. I took out a hand sanitizing wipe and literally spent five minutes cleaning the remote with brown grime all over the wipe. Went to the bathroom the bathroom door had the same scratches and paint missing the toilet seat looked as if someone took a knife and ran over the top of it because it was missing layers or cracked. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Checkin was super easy. Finding hotel was easy during daytime; at night returning to hotel, I missed my turn. Mattress was comfortable and sheets were clean. Bedframe was squeaky. No microwave in room, but there was a fridge. There were blackout shades which I appreciated. It's evident that this room had been remodeled but still could tell this room was old. Shower curtain had a hole in it, which I immediately informed front desk about. Water pressure was good. There was no air vent visible in bathroom to suck out the humidity of the shower. I had a horrible nights sleep: walls are paper thin (I woke up to every door slam and even the next door sexual encounter). The light from door rim was horrible, and it didnt help that I was in the room at end of hallway next to outdoor entryway. I informed front desk of all above details upon checkout and lady just nodded and continued the checkout as if she heard nothing.

For the price you cant beat it, staff was very friendly, room was clean. Only thing was there was no closet or place to hang any clothes, which i kind of needed this time, and the water pressure wasn't great, but the beds were comfortable.

When I first booked this hotel, I was worried because of the reviews on cleanliness. I am happy to say that our room was nice and clean. Pros: Customer service was great! Clean room/bathroom/Dove products Hot water pressure was awesome. Complimentary breakfast. Cons: -Terrible sleeping bed, pull out bed and terrible pillows. 2 nights of being uncomfortable and in pain. -Tiny refrigerator -Thin walls (no fault of the hotel- but other guests let their children run through the hotel until 2am) -Terrible wifi (Basic cable and limited channels that worked. The TV constantly lost signal.

Occupants of the room above mine sounded like they were running around and rearranging furniture at all hours of the night into the early morning like 3am. Was in town to take some certification exams and got little to no sleep the 3 nights I was there.

Overall the hotel and service was good. The food was good and the comfort was nice. The only issue i had was they werent able to provide additional wash cloths when asked. I was told it would be about an hour for fresh wash cloths. Besides that everything was good.

Booked and paid for a king room. Was told "someone is still in it. So I have to change your reservation." It was changed to 2 queen beds.. yet I was still charged for the king. Other than that i love this hotel. Have stayed multiple times and will again.

The service at this hotel was horrible. The staff discriminated against my disabled daughter and would not allow her to bring her medical equipment to the pool and questioned her about her disabilities upon check-in and harassed her about bringing her medical equipment to the hotel.

If I could give this place a no star review I would. When first checking in they ask for an ID and a credit card/debit card. They didnt explain why they needed it. The next day i checked out, i checked my bank account, I seen $75 taken out of my account. It was weird because I had already paid my stay in full and they had charged me extra. I called the hotel and asked why they charged me again, the lady did not give any direction whatsoever and explain why they charged me. All she kept saying was that, thats our rules we abide by. Another worker was put on the phone and that was when things escalated. The other worker on the phone was saying that the charge was for a deposit fee. Well, nobody EVER said anything about a deposit fee when checking in on my side it looks like they charged me twice! I was so upset. I asked why didnt they do their job and let me know that there was gonna be a deposit fee beforehand, all the lady said was that she wasnt there so she don't know. She was very rude and hung up on me without ever letting me finish. DO NOT GO THERE EVER! Bad customer service and rude people. Besides the rude people and bad customer service it is a very sketchy area and in the middle of nowhere right beside a highway. When i arrived they were painting the walls and banging the walls for something...I'm sure they were rennovating the place but still, they need to be considerate. Dont go there! Not worth the expense. 0 Stars for me! Thats my 2 cents.

The staff was excellent, helping my friend with his accommodations. We received anything we asked for. Check-in and check-out was so easy. We loved the free breakfast which was made on site, and different every day. The hotel was under construction, but only during the day while we were out. Special thanks to Esteban and Claudia, and to all of the housekeeping staff (didn't get their names). Would definitely recommend!

The property was a little secluded and often at night I would miss my turn onto the property due to poor signage. There was a lot of construction around the area so I know this will be corrected once more development is completed. Overall it was a very clean, nicely maintained property and considering it was a holiday week the price was surprisingly reasonable.

The property is awesome. It is conveniently located near highways to get to food and other things so overall location is great. The breakfast was amazing. My room was clean and the shower even looked new. I got an amazing experience, and an even better price. I would definitely stay there again or any similar branches. The coffee was actually pretty amazing so amazing so I had to give it its own special shout out along with the waffle machine.

Location was odd plus signs were tiny and easy to miss. Place smelt of chemicals from cleaning… rooms were nice n clean. Breakfast was good and area was clean. Coffee was very strong. Liked the coffee pot in the room. The lady at the desk was very nice. Helpful getting ice due machine being broken. For the price it was ok. We didn’t care for the location as it was or appeared to be remote for safety. We were there for a funeral and it was somewhat close to family.

Bathrooms weren't designed with tall folks in mind. Showerhead and bathroom lights were mounted too low. The hotel was easy to get to and I wasn't worried about my car being where I parked it in the morning. The room and bed were comfortable.

In the other reviews I read that the property had been recently renovated. This appeared to be true; however the renovation was rough. The property was very noisy. From the thin floors and walls to the windows. You heard everything inside the property along with everything outside. Also one of the reasons that I selected the property over another one close by was that it offered breakfast. So two negatives here. When we checked in breakfast didn't start until 7am. It has been my experience that most hotels start breakfast at 6am. Then at 7am there was no breakfast to speak of. The breakfast area was still roped off and the staff had not prepared anything. Just seemed that there was no care to the situation. If we had to stay in the area for more that one night we would have packed up to stay at another chain.

Breakfast was not the best very limited options and potatoes were hard as could be. Bed had stains on cover had to get it cleaned with no remorse, dresser was duct taped on corners the staff was the best part of the stay so friendly and helpful.

The best part of my stay was the breakfast prepared by one staff member. I failed to get her name, but her preparation and presentation of the food was amazing. I have had many a breakfast in higher priced hotels and she wins a blue ribbon for first class food prep. She made my stay very enjoyable.

Quiet hotel with spacious clean room, big soft bed, ac worked, indoor swimming pool was clean and provided clean towels. HOT breakfast was delish and well stocked: bacon, eggs, potatoes, belgium waffles, pastries, breads, yogurt, cold cereal, milk, juices, and coffee.

This was my second stay at this location, it left a horrible impression. We had a nice room, but found the AC sounded like a Harley as the compressor kicked in. I called the staff at 2am to lodge my concern. I was advised the manager arrives at 730am and to speak to them then. I spoke to her and she said she would get maintenance to look at it. We were gone the entire day, same manager at desk when we returned. She said hello and nothing further. You got it, still had the Harley upon our return. So, no sleep for a second night. Same manager at checkout asked how our stay was... I said as the AC was still loud, horrible. I quote..."Oh... do you need a receipt?" That was it, no concern, no apology, just brushed off. I will not stay a third time. I will be going south 1 to 2 times a month, but will find new lodging for my stays. The lack of care was unprofessional. I won't go into details of the beginning mold on the bathroom ceiling...

We had an issue with our third party booking and a policy that could have made our check in process very complicated but the gentleman at the front desk really went above and beyond to assist in coming to our aide, it really made our day and got us into our room so much quicker.

Room was clean and comfortable. TV was very small, the hotel in general felt humid inside, the elevator had no A/C, the floors are not carpeted so it was a bit noisy and would recommend staying on the top floor away from the elevator if you are sensitive to noise. No curtains on the windows- just pull down shades so light does come through the sides in the morning. Breakfast was basic, parking was fine. It is close by to restaurants and shopping. For the price it was alright.
