Very nice room. Great location next to the Ayala mall. Plenty of parking in the garage. Great breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet does get very busy on the weekends. Staff was very professional and friendly.

The reception and professionalism is incredible. I had a really early arrival 7am, and checkin starts at 2pm. Grace was able to get me into my lodgings by 10am free of charge! Since it was my first time visiting the country, I got help from the staff on navigating my way through town. They will either call or schedule a cab pick up for me or enter the right address I needed in the grab app Breakfast is so exquisite and delicious. There is more than enough variety to accommodate every diet and taste buds. The pool is resort style with enough room for everyone. There are lifeguards and towels. There is a kiddy section too. Every floor has a golfing area. I will definitely recommend Seda Manila

Excellent stay. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Very impressed with this hotel and stay. I would recommend with the option for the gameroom and all the employees staffed here, someone be in charge of the room and responsible for distributing and receiving the items needed to use the games on the fifth floor instead of having to go all the way down to the lobby and get these items at the front desk.

The pool area is absolutely massive. It has a gym and games room for kids right off the pool area. Nice rooftop bar as well. Brand new property that is directly adjacent to a large mall, and walking distance to city of dreams. Breakfast buffet is good as well, lots of great service at the restaurant.

Lovely clean hotel beds and pillow super comfortable only 10 minutes away from airport. Amenities great lovely roof top swimming pool, gym, crazy golf. Great breakfast catering for all nationalities.

Close to airport and connected to the mall which is a plus. However, although it’s a nice hotel we noticed the bathroom smells and the water coming from the faucet has this distinct sewer smell.

Mostly staff are very nice and professional, except sadly the door guys are much nicer than front desk staff whose smiles are sparing and tight. Stayed 10 nights so it’s not random days or maybe just bad timing :/ Surely will try one more in Manila Bay, and maybe other locations are different story. It’s a hotel less than a year, yet bathroom shower tiles corners are very orange stained already :/ In fairness I’ve critiqued Shangrila and Fairmont Makati with same shower tiles stains. Lobby lounge restaurant serves very good breakfast and dinner, staff are very nice. Manager’s sadly would also need smiles management training. Yes I would stay again, second or third chances? Why not:)

The conditions in the room are ok but the air-conditioning is really loud, and the drainage for the sink was slow, the corridor had stench due to the carpet. The morning breakfast was also not very pleasant, especially on weekend. We have to forgo the long wait and eat at McDonald's in the mall instead. The breakfast spread was unfortunately limited with mostly local foods. Could have been better if a wider spread is provided.

The property had no 'SMART TV" I enjoy streaming at night and I had a plan to watch a movie. No netflix prime or even youtube was available. for a 4* hotel I thought that was expected. Based on that I personally would not stay there again.

The walls are VERY thin and this is a very kid-friendly hotel. That being said, we were awoken by many children that were staying in the rooms sharing walls with us- even across the hall. It wouldn’t stop. Sounded like they were just a few feet away from us instead of being in the next room over. We stayed here for 8 nights and only got sleep one of those nights. Other than that, it was very convenient being located inside Ayala Manila Bay Mall. Much to shop and to eat! Service was also quick with room service, laundry, and housekeeping.

Let me just start by saying this is a very nice hotel. However, having stayed there a week after staying at another hotel in Manila, I have to say you are just paying for the location. Room service options is limited, restaurant food is limited, wifi is average, they only have a local tv network, despite having samsung smart tv, with Netflix & Prime options you can see, but hotel dont offer connection to. If you dont press the button to clean room before you leave, you will come back to how you left the room. Despite that. Staff were very friendly and helpful and it is a nice hotel. Mini golf & small games room is a nice touch also. But as I said, it’s overpriced for what they offer and you are literally just paying for the location. Could be much better.

Requested for a quiet room but was given one infront of the lifts which was noisy. That said, hotel checked me in early without cost which was good. Breakfast spread is decent. Malls within short walking distance & airport a short ride away.

Stayed here for the end of our family trip to the Philippines. Despite the long line we experienced when checking in during Valentine’s Day weekend, everything else was good. The staff were welcoming, friendly and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food to choose from, my favorite was the fresh taho. The hotel has direct access to Ayala Mall on the 4th floor which made it very convenient to buy last minute gifts and many restaurants to choose from if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Booked transportation service from the hotel to the airport and the drive took about 15 minutes without traffic which was a plus for me and the family!

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. The lounge on the 11th floor was convenient and the meals, afternoon teas, and evening treats were well-presented and delicious! I also would like to commend Renan (lobby staff) who helped me fill out my etravel exit document. He was very patient and respectful of this senior citizen. I will certainly recommend The Seda Hotel to my friends.

Hotel is connected to Ayala malls which was why I chose this hotel. Lovely and friendly staff. There was a queue in front of us when checking in and noticed that the process was quite slow, had to wait more than 30mins before getting seen. There was also a queue during breakfast and there were loads of other guests which meant food trays can be empty quite quickly but refilling them is not quick at all.

The hotel had a walkway access to Ayala Mall which is convenient for a traveller like us wherein we can access everything. From dining to shopping to everything. The staff were also amazing and the place was clean and easily accessible by both private and public transport. Highly recommended.

Seda hotel is in a good location, adjoining the Ayala Mall. Seda has a variety of foods for breakfast like American food, Filipino dishes, Italian too. The room is nice, convenient although the bathroom is somewhat smaller. The rooms are safe and has a safety deposit box. Overall, we had a memorable, relaxing stay at the Seda. We will be back!
