Our stay at this stunning home by the Chena River was truly enjoyable. Tera, our host, was excellent and very responsive to our needs. The house was equipped with everything necessary for children, such as a high chair, car seat, and booster, which made our trip hassle-free. Additionally, Tera was accommodating with our late check-out request. The house was impeccably clean, warm, and cozy, providing a comfortable experience. The breathtaking views of the Chena River were absolutely fantastic. Moreover, we were conveniently located near many of the activities we had planned to do. We will be really happy to recommend this home to anyone visiting Fairbanks and will definitely stay here whenever we visit again.

This was a fantastic stay - so convenient to the airport and beautiful on the river. Watched beavers from the hot tub. Well stocked and loved the extra touches of snack basket and toiletries. Highly recommend as a base to see Fairbanks.

My family stayed over Christmas, including my 5yo grandson. I had a special request and asked the owner if they could provide a Christmas tree since we were traveling from south Texas, and really couldn’t pack one! We walked in, and there was a lovely little tree all lit with ornaments! My grandson lost it, and was so excited!! We were so grateful! The property is giant with three bedrooms and two bathrooms where everyone can stretch out. The deck looks right over the river and I mean right over the river. The communication with the owners was swift and kind. We loved it so much. We are already planning on going back. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas! Five stars all the way.

Never been to Alaska, never been anywhere with minus degree weather--This place was warm and inviting after driving in the icy snow from the airport nearby. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was the most stocked I have ever stayed in---plenty of snacks, a bottle of wine and more---some of the pans in the kitchen were scratched up but mostly it was amazing. Lots of stuff on the TV but I could not find ESPN! Anyways, Tera helped us greatly and was most appreciated.

Our hosts were very communicative and helpful with a last-minute date change. The close proximity to the airport and town was helpful, but we felt nice and secluded nestled up against the river. The views of the Chena River are fantastic even in the winter! You are tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood, that is still within a very short drive to many things in town. There is a lot of stairs if you are someone that does not want to deal with them, they did not bother us but something to note. Tera was quick to respond when we had questions and the house was warm, clean and comfortable. We would definitely return to this house in the future!

Excellent place for a quick stay in Fairbanks. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. It’s very clean. It was hot. Only one bedroom has a/c. I would recommend this to anyone.

My friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette weekend, and we had a great time! The home itself is beautiful, and affords all the comforts one could hope for. Additionally, the information the host provided was very helpful in making the best of our time in Fairbanks. We were also lucky to see the Northern Lights right from the rental itself, which was such a treat! I would definitely recommend this rental for anyone looking for a lovely stay in Fairbanks.

I planned a trip to visit my brother - told him 2 were coming but brought 15 family members. This location was perfect. We were able to have all 15 in the same location so we could play games, visit and cook together easily. rollaway beds not comfortable. thankfully one of the air mattresses stayed inflated so sleeping arrangements worked! Host was VERY responsive. we arrived at 2 in the morning. one of the codes do enter was not working. they responded quickly and fixed the issue. a few other minor questions were resolved quickly as well. also saw great Aurora displays right from our deck! highly recommend this VRBO.

Our stay at this stunning home by the Chena River was truly enjoyable. Tera, our host, was excellent and very responsive to our needs. The house was equipped with everything necessary for children, such as a high chair, car seat, and booster, which made our trip hassle-free. Additionally, Tera was accommodating with our late check-out request. The house was impeccably clean, warm, and cozy, providing a comfortable experience. The breathtaking views of the Chena River were absolutely fantastic. Moreover, we were conveniently located near many of the activities we had planned to do. We will be really happy to recommend this home to anyone visiting Fairbanks and will definitely stay here whenever we visit again.

I planned a trip to visit my brother - told him 2 were coming but brought 15 family members. This location was perfect. We were able to have all 15 in the same location so we could play games, visit and cook together easily. rollaway beds not comfortable. thankfully one of the air mattresses stayed inflated so sleeping arrangements worked! Host was VERY responsive. we arrived at 2 in the morning. one of the codes do enter was not working. they responded quickly and fixed the issue. a few other minor questions were resolved quickly as well. also saw great Aurora displays right from our deck! highly recommend this VRBO.

The views of the Chena River are fantastic even in the winter! You are tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood, that is still within a very short drive to many things in town. There is a lot of stairs if you are someone that does not want to deal with them, they did not bother us but something to note. Tera was quick to respond when we had questions and the house was warm, clean and comfortable. We would definitely return to this house in the future!

Our hosts were very communicative and helpful with a last-minute date change. The close proximity to the airport and town was helpful, but we felt nice and secluded nestled up against the river. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen, and the hot tub was the cherry on top. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was just as pictured. We absolutely loved it!! The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the location was perfect. As a bonus, we were able to see the Northern Lights from the house!!! Would definitely recommend.

This home was very cosy and had all the amenities you could need. It was so nice hanging out on the porch in the evenings and the extra large closet in the master bedroom was nice to store all of our luggage. Also loved the separation/privacy of the bedrooms! Would def stay here again. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Never been to Alaska, never been anywhere with minus degree weather--This place was warm and inviting after driving in the icy snow from the airport nearby. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was the most stocked I have ever stayed in---plenty of snacks, a bottle of wine and more---some of the pans in the kitchen were scratched up but mostly it was amazing. Lots of stuff on the TV but I could not find ESPN! Anyways, Tera helped us greatly and was most appreciated.

For 6 of us (adults) it was just fine. Tera was attentive. Everything worked and it was clean and well stocked with all the little extras. And the hot tub! The on-line description calls it a "luxury" accommodation and shows pictures of a very large property. In reality, the fixtures and accommodations were middle-class and the suite is just the left wing only without the large picture windows; others were in the rest of the building. But it was still was a great value, and we'd come again.

Great stay! The house was exactly as promised and the layout was perfect: master upstairs and the kitchen and living room in the middle and downstairs had two more bedrooms and a full bathroom, giving both couples plenty of privacy. Everything we needed was there, and the hot tub was amazing, especially soaking in it during the freezing weather. Would be perfect for families or couples traveling together!
