It was ok, clean enough and very reasonably priced but no staff onsite from 9:00PM to 9:00AM which seems questionable and lots of "long term" guest. No breakfast and pool was closed. Overall it was acceptable but would probably spend more next time and stay somewhere else. But in a pinch it will do.

We really enjoyed the property! The rooms were nice and clean. House keeping really works hard! The rooms were well done. We did experience a problem with the air conditioner, and was treated very well by the staff. They were not able to fix it immediately, so they upgraded us to another room. The pool was not open in 100 degrees, and that was disappointing. But, other than that we really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it to w.

Check in was easy. Looked like they where about to start refurnishing the rooms. The elevator was a little wonky. Aince it is an extended stay you could smell everyone food in the hall way. Once you entered the room you could not smell it anymore. Room was very clean. We had a balcony, however out exterior door did not lock. Was running behind on our plans, so I just moved the couch and coffee table in front of it. (Second floor). Felt really comfortable there. Missed breakfast. Check out was Just as easy. Will stay again.

Good value. Not as clean as it could be and the pull out couch cushions were ripped. There was also hole in the bathroom door. That being said for the price and number of places for people to sleep (we had two beds and a pull out couch) it's clean enough and in good enough condition that I would recommend. We would stay here again.

We had issues with a dirty bathroom and bed. I know this happens when you have employees who doesn’t do their job. But the supervisor over house keeping made it right and up graded us to a very clean suite(no upgrade charge) since they didn’t have any other rooms available. Started out bad but was made right.

Great location. Was there for a concert at Walmart Amp, and it was close by. Great little bar in the shopping center next door. Clean room, comfy beds, loved having a balcony for a little fresh air.

The place is clean and maintained well. Staff is only there 9am to 9pm so you have to make arrangements outside of those hours if you need to check in. Bed was small and uncomfortable and furnishings are dated.

Room was great. I wasn’t expecting a separate bedroom, but was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, and had a kitchenette. Bed was comfy. Great price too!!! I would recommend and I would definitely stay there again

Great property, clean and cool. That's one thing my husband laments about at every hotel we stay at is the air conditioner and how they put a governor on it keeping the room from getting a cool as he needs it to sleep. This hotel was great and the air conditioner kept the room crisp and cool the whole time. Will definitely check these guys out again when we're in Rogers!

From start to finish it was awful. I had booked this stay over a month before, I called to make sure I was booked for two nights and who I talked to confirmed that. The week of my business trip I called them again to make sure again that it was two nights and again they confirmed. When I got there to check in there was two people there sitting in the common area and I had ask them to check in me twice before he came to the desk to do so, I get to the room it did NOT look like the pictures that they have posted online. The couch looked very old and dirty it was very hot inside from them not having the air on and over all very out dated. It was a 2 day business trip for me and on my first day during my class I was attending the people at the front desk called me to tell me I was suppose to check out and that I had to wait for the Manager to tell me if and when I could come get my stuff. I called them four times and the Manager was suppose to return my call to explain what happened and she never did. I get there after my class to get my things and their front desk tells me it was a “miscommunication” but yet they had multiple changes to tell me before hand that it was one night booking and at this point I had no where to stay for my second night and they wanted to charge me a late check out fee when it was their fault for not having it booked correctly in their system. Would NOT stay here ever again, staff is lazy and doesn’t communicate well at all and not as described online

I'm in NWA every weekend for work and Affordable Suites is my home away from home. They are so accommodating...even on a holiday weekend with the Jonas brothers in town! Margaret, 1 of the managers, is wonderful. This will be my weekend home for the forseeable future.

We attended a fb game and we’re driving to check in at 9:15 when the hotel staff called to make sure we were still staying because their front desk closed. I appreciated that because she could have just left us hanging without a place to stay and 3 hours from home.

There was a slight hiccup when we tried to check into our room and it wasn’t ready. We were in a time crunch to get to our plans for the evening, and the staff made it right and quickly figured out a solution so that we could get on our way in time. Very friendly and our room was clean and comfortable.

The toilet was not firmly attached to the floor. The seat on the toilet was very loose, I needed to tighten it myself. No staff available past 9pm, no staff before 9am. Staff at check in was rude.

Staying here for a week while working overnight so sleeping during the day. Front desk argumentative about wanting to come in the room in the afternoon to clean 2 times. Asked for them to come in as early as possible and still showed up after 10 AM when I got back to the room at 7 AM to sleep. I understand if they need to check the room but be more flexible and don’t argue and make someone talk to 3 different people. Will not stay here again due to the inflexibility of staff. Otherwise everything else was good.

Easy check in. Plenty of parking. Room was clean and free of any smells. Breakfast had oatmeal, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal and brew yoor own coffee using Starbucks beans. Would stay again.

My stay was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. The check-in was quick and the service was good. One disappointment was the hotel had stopped serving breakfast. This is something important to me.

It was ok, clean enough and very reasonably priced but no staff onsite from 9:00PM to 9:00AM which seems questionable and lots of "long term" guest. No breakfast and pool was closed. Overall it was acceptable but would probably spend more next time and stay somewhere else. But in a pinch it will do.

Room was clean but needed updating. Tv didn't work and some outlets were not working. Bed was comfortable and set up was nice. Location excellent. Advertised a complimentary breakfast and not was provided. We were told they no longer provided one but hotels.com would not remove it from their website.

Wonderful experience. We had the equivalent of a small 1 bedroom apartment. It included a small kitchen and separate bedroom. Breakfast was excellent for free hotel fare.

Arrived and hotel was short staffed it was 530pm with a evening rush, And some rooms were still not ready and some still needed towels. The one desk person was pulling double duty of laundry and desk, and had to field angry and upset people. She did incredible and shame on the owner for leaving a hotel understaffed and with out sufficient hol towels to cover the operation. We received our towel by about 9pm. Rooms were very pleasant, clean, and well maintained. We felt safe on the property and did not worry about our car. We chose property for the pool, but it was closed and covered already. Everything in our room functioned well and we had two AC. We did book for 3 adults and expected 2 beds and arrived to one bed and a pull out couch, the couch was not outfitted and we had to wait for wash to apply bedding and it was damp when received, we left for a out 2hrs and let it hang dry in the room. Front desk stated this happened when booking through 3rd party booking site. Even with mishaps, they made them all right, and for the price it was a super nice room and I would book again.

Staff was friendly enough. Hotel was quiet. Room was clean. Toilet was a little tricky because the chain for flushing came unattached from the handle easily, but that’s a pretty negligible thing. Location was good for what I needed. For the price, all around solid.

Bedroom was clean. Common areas carpets were filthy. Even by the office. The elevator floor was disgusting. Hair in the tub. Bed appeared clean and was comfortable. Pillows were dollar general worthy. The rest of the room was okay. The hotel is in a bad need of a remodel. There’s a reason it’s so cheap.
