Hotel was very modern and rooms were great. Good air con, nice bathroom and good shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely, always sun beds available. Breakfast was okay, could be better. My only criticism of this hotel was that they played loud music every day by the pool all day. Got a bit much after a while but it seems to be common in Albania for places to play loud music all day every day.

Les chambres sont pas mal, le petit déjeuner est le même tous les jours (un peu rébarbatif au bout de 2 petits déjeuners), le vrai souci est la musique trop forte à la piscine dès 10h du matin jusqu'a 22h. La piscine en elle-même est bien avec un bassin pour les plus petit. Après en termes d'emplacement, c'est pas super pratique, car loin du centre ville et sur la haut d'une Coline. Pour y accéder, il faut la monter et 300 mètres de montée à 30% quand on est en fin de journée après un peu d'alcool, c'est très très compliqué

Overall great hotel, location is wrong on hotels.com. takes 20 min to walk to the city and it is slot up and down stairs. music at the pool is very loud and it is the same playlist on repeat in a 90 min loop. Super nice staff and amazing view.

People were very attentive and friendly. Even though there was sometimes a language barrier they always took the time to try and understand what we were saying and asking. They explained all the traditional dishes to us. The pool area was great for a relaxing day at the hotel and the coctails were amazing. The view from the hotel was amazing. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The worst hotel experience ever. Checked out after one night due to this horrible “hotel”. Upon checkout, the hotel staff clearly told us they wanted to refund us but couldn’t, as the booking had been made through a platform. Just a few minutes later, however, they gave you a completely different version of events, claiming they had offered us an alternative room — which is simply not true. No such offer was ever made. The hotel experience was far below expectations. The room was dirty, with towels that had holes and yellow stains. Basic amenities were missing: there were no bedside lamps, no spoons for the coffee cups, and no bathrobes, despite the listing stating otherwise. Additionally, the hotel staff regularly fed stray dogs at the garbage area next to the property, which caused constant barking whenever anyone passed by. It made the atmosphere noisy and unpleasant. The hotel staffs friend and family used the pool and the music was so loud you could not have a conversation.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed, with a nice view from our balcony across to Corfu. The pool and room were clean and breakfast was tasty. The only 2 downsides were that the car park was more like an abandoned quarry with a large digger in, so only enough room to park for several cars, and the lots either side of the hotel were building sites which you couldn’t see from any pictures online. We weren’t too fussed but it’s worth baring in mind if you want a scenic hotel stay

The only 2 downsides were that the car park was more like an abandoned quarry with a large digger in, so only enough room to park for several cars, and the lots either side of the hotel were building sites which you couldn’t see from any pictures online. We weren’t too fussed but it’s worth baring in mind if you want a scenic hotel stay

You definitely need a car if you’re staying here as the town, although nearby, was too far and hilly to walk. My room had a balcony so I had the view of the ocean from my bed. The room was clean and spacious enough, the breakfast was fine and it also had a view.

The hotel was amazing! It was super clean and had a gorgeous view of Sarandë. It’s a 20 minute walk from the centre, which meant the hotel was quiet and relaxing at night time. The staff were super helpful and welcoming, there was always staff available in the hotel should you need any assistance. We will definitely come back! Loved it!

Au début tous semblait bien, bon cadre, emplacement dans les hauteur (prévoir une voiture), design et assez récent. Puis une circonstance de problème : il manquait une ampoule sur les lumières de lecture (1/2), la télévision ne marchait pas, oublie de gel douche, l’interrupteur des toilettes qui se bloque ( alors qu’il est neuf) les joint de porte d’entrée d la chambre mal calibrés Mais la crème de la crème : le service de nettoyage qui rentre dans la chambre le matin à 11h, sans pression même en lui disant non. Sans gêne elle entame même la discussion la porte ouverte. S’en suis un ménage désastreux le reste du séjour. Enfin notre dernière nuit s’achève sur une panne de la Clim dans notre chambre. En résumer : Les point positif : la vue, la piscine, le design. Les point négatifs : le service de ménage, les finitions/details. Ça reste quand même positif, mais des détails ca joue quand on paye un quatre étoile.

Great views. Great location near the busy areas, but far enough away to accommodate parking and easy access. Nice breakfast! It was off season, which may be the reason, but daily room cleaning was lacking.

Wir waren 8 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Unser Start war etwas holprig, da wir nachmittags eincheckten und zum Abend auf einmal eine Mitarbeiterin des Hotels mit einer Karte unser Zimmer öffnete und in unserem Hotelzimmer stand. Das fanden wir selbstverständlich etwas merkwürdig und waren eher weniger erfreut darüber. Für uns als Deutsche war es zudem etwas ungewöhnlich, dass es für die Bettdecken keinen Bezug gab, auch auf Nachfrage nicht. Der Zimmerservice war sehr freundlich, allerdings wurde unser Bad in diesem Zeitraum nicht einmal gesäubert (Waschbecken, Boden). Pool und Speisebereich waren dafür aber sehr schön!

Nice stay with a nice pool area. The staff procedures was a bit weird ? They were coming to check our mini bar every second day, which seemed very strange as they would pry their way into our hotel room whilst we were there ? Also upon arrival our aircondition didn’t work, which was fixed but the technican left a big mess and we were offered no cleaning. Even though there was screws on our floor.

Bilderna är inte som i verkligheten. Hotellet går knappt att hitta en adress till. Ligger ganska långt från allt. Frukosten är förfärlig. Vi hittade både spindel och larv i maten. Sängarna eller golvet är oklart vad som är skönast att sova på. Med andra ord ta ett annat hotell.

Great hotel. Helpful staff. Location is a bit away from downtown promenade area but only a short ride and the views are worth it. Room was very comfortable with LoTS of outlets!

The staff were great, however the breakfast was quite limited, and the hotel was right in the centre of a lot of construction. As such it was quite noisy at night and though out the day. The photos appear to do the hotel a lot more justice then they appear.

Fint hotell med supertrevligt poolområde, bra frukost med stort utbud. Fina rum med sköna sängar. Felaktig information i beskrivningen av hotellet, gångavstånd till Mango beach 2 min och nära färjeterminalen, inget av detta stämmer. De borde också vara tydliga med att säga att hotellet ligger högt uppe på en kulle, svårt för barnfamiljer, äldre människor och personer som har vissa kroppsliga problem. Servicen var väldigt ojämn.

Nice stay with a nice pool area. The staff procedures was a bit weird ? They were coming to check our mini bar every second day, which seemed very strange as they would pry their way into our hotel room whilst we were there ? Also upon arrival our aircondition didn’t work, which was fixed but the technican left a big mess and we were offered no cleaning. Even though there was screws on our floor.

Terrible breakfast, no one at the front desk or on the property, barking dogs that live on site (plus a rooster for a neighbor), loud construction noise next to the property, power goes off a lot, hot water off every morning and you have to park in the street(not near the street or the side of the street, but actually in the street). What is not to love? Oh and the adrress/directions on Expedia are completely wrong. It will take you to a completely different hotel. I will dispell one more myth while I am on a roll. Saranda is pretty much a dump. I would not waste a trip to come here. Let my mistake be your learning. Skip it!

People were very attentive and friendly. Even though there was sometimes a language barrier they always took the time to try and understand what we were saying and asking. They explained all the traditional dishes to us. The pool area was great for a relaxing day at the hotel and the coctails were amazing. The view from the hotel was amazing. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The worst hotel experience ever. Checked out after one night due to this horrible “hotel”. Upon checkout, the hotel staff clearly told us they wanted to refund us but couldn’t, as the booking had been made through a platform. Just a few minutes later, however, they gave you a completely different version of events, claiming they had offered us an alternative room — which is simply not true. No such offer was ever made. The hotel experience was far below expectations. The room was dirty, with towels that had holes and yellow stains. Basic amenities were missing: there were no bedside lamps, no spoons for the coffee cups, and no bathrobes, despite the listing stating otherwise. Wir waren 8 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Unser Start war etwas holprig, da wir nachmittags eincheckten und zum Abend auf einmal eine Mitarbeiterin des Hotels mit einer Karte unser Zimmer öffnete und in unserem Hotelzimmer stand. Das fanden wir selbstverständlich etwas merkwürdig und waren eher weniger erfreut darüber. Für uns als Deutsche war es zudem etwas ungewöhnlich, dass es für die Bettdecken keinen Bezug gab, auch auf Nachfrage nicht. Der Zimmerservice war sehr freundlich, allerdings wurde unser Bad in diesem Zeitraum nicht einmal gesäubert (Waschbecken, Boden). Pool und Speisebereich waren dafür aber sehr schön!

O hotel é muito recente, é bonito e muito confortável. Tem uma ótima piscina inserida num terraço com vista para Corfu. O pequeno almoço é ótimo. Fica perto da marginal principal de Sarandë, através de um caminho que permite descer e subir de e para a mesma. A envolvente não é a melhor porque tem construções em curso. Mas é provável que venha a sê-lo quando tudo à volta estiver edificado.

Overall great hotel, location is wrong on hotels.com. takes 20 min to walk to the city and it is slot up and down stairs. music at the pool is very loud and it is the same playlist on repeat in a 90 min loop. Super nice staff and amazing view.

Fantastiskt läge uppe på höjden. Supertrevlig personal. Jättefina rum. Fem min promenad nerför/uppför till trevliga restauranger (testa gärna Hi Saranda) nedanför hotellet. Enda minus är att de spelar VÄLDIGT hög musik vid poolen.

Bilderna är inte som i verkligheten. Hotellet går knappt att hitta en adress till. Ligger ganska långt från allt. Frukosten är förfärlig. Vi hittade både spindel och larv i maten. Sängarna eller golvet är oklart vad som är skönast att sova på. Med andra ord ta ett annat hotell.

Our stay at the Art Hotel was thoroughly enjoyable. The room was clean, and the balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool, which was spacious with comfortable loungers and music that perfectly matched our taste. Hotel was very modern and rooms were great. Good air con, nice bathroom and good shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely, always sun beds available. Breakfast was okay, could be better. My only criticism of this hotel was that they played loud music every day by the pool all day. Got a bit much after a while but it seems to be common in Albania for places to play loud music all day every day.

We enjoyed our stay at Art, the room Was spacious, modern and clean. A few little things in the bathroom could have had a better finish but didn’t affect us. Breakfast was pretty good. Menu for lunch & dinner was good and food was nice. Bar was fab. Pool area really nice, modern, comfy beds , pool was COLD ! But was a nice break from the heat. Mario was a fabulous staff member, made us feel really welcome and looked after us! The location was ok, the map is a bit misleading, it looks like it’s on a lower road but it’s not, is built in the hill , so either a quick steep walk ( lung busting) up to the hotel or a more gradual ( not pleasant scenery) walk down/up. Overall enjoyed our stay and would defo recommend.
We enjoyed our stay at Art, the room Was spacious, modern and clean. A few little things in the bathroom could have had a better finish but didn’t affect us. Breakfast was pretty good. Excellent séjour, tout était parfait ! L’hôtel est très propre, la chambre était confortable et bien entretenue. Le personnel est accueillant, sympathique et toujours disponible. L’emplacement est également très pratique. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y retournerai sans hésiter ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Om man söker position på var hotellet ligger så är det fel placerat, det ligger vid fel strand och betydligt högre upp från stranden. 104 trappsteg. Handdukarna på rummet va ej torktumlade så de va inte mjuka och härliga som det ska vara. Drinkar vid poolen blandas av ung personal och saknar kärlek till jobbet. Städpersonalen tömmer svabb vattnet på balkongen efter städning, inte ok. Glad och trevlig och hjälpsam personal. El och ac funkar bara när man är på rummet och det går ej att få 2 nycklar för att lösa detta.

The amenities were really great. The staff must work really hard as they are there working from morning into the evening. The younger bar staff were really friendly and helpful. He helped bring us a wasp deterrent when it was very clear we didn’t like the wasps flying near us at breakfast. I loved the cleaner we had for majority of our stay, despite us not speaking any Albanian she was really friendly and helpful and wanted to clean our room or change our towels or bedding even when we were happy to keep the same ones for our stay. She brought us an extra blanket when we were cold and toilet paper so we didn’t run out. She was a cutie pie and I was happy to see her every day. We were welcomed into the hotel upon check in and given all the information about breakfast timings, pool times and WiFi but we weren’t sure if breakfast was included in the price on our booking so we asked later on and was unfortunately met with a passive aggressive statement that ‘if we had been listening’ and got the same instruction’s again of the information we knew. I appreciate that they must get a lot of tourists but it wasn’t what we were asking and I feel like they thought we were stupid or something. Being a more anxious person myself it then made me feel a bit on edge walking around the hotel. Overall, the hotel was nice and of a good standard and despite not using it in the evening, I like the fact that the pool was open till 10pm as you don’t get this often.
