Bel hôtel, chambre confortable et luxueuse. L'accès au stationnement est difficile et celui recommandé par l'hôtel est peu sécuritaire, notre voiture a été vandalisée. Les petits déjeuners sont super, pas contre, le quartier est sale et peu sécuritaire.

vor dem Hotel wurde der Platz renoviert / umgebaut, deshalb war eine Zufahrt nicht möglich. Wir mussten selber schauen, wie das Gepäck von einer öffentlichen Parkgarage zum Hotel gelangte. Es wurde uns keine Hilfe angeboten - Null Service, trotz 5 Sterne Hotel...

Très bel hôtel situé sur la place des martyrs. A 10 minutes à pieds de la grande place. Accueil chaleureux, chambre très confortable et magnifique salle de bain avec d’excellents produits. La piscine est très agréable et en libre accès. Petit déjeuner d’excellente qualité. Petit conseil: personnel au petit déjeuner souriez !!! Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel

Très bel hôtel, chic et joliment décoré, il est idéalement situé pour parcourir le centre ville à pied. Le service voiturier est pratique, ils ont même chargé ma voiture électrique gratuitement. La suite premium est spacieuse, la literie tres confortable et la salle de bain est magnifique. J’y retournerai avec plaisir :)

Bonne accueil, belle chambre, Hotel idéalement placé dans le centre sur une place calme et à quelques pas du quartier animé. Spa, hamam et sauna très chouette malgré une très belle piscine un peu froide mais les lieux sont très bien. Très bon petit déjeuné.

Excellent stay at this gorgeous 5 star hotel. The area while close and walkable to sites and restaurants is in not the prettiest spot. But the staff and the hotel make up for all of that. The pool, sauna and hamman are

We had a great stay overall but there were several small things that got in the way of it being perfect. We were upgraded on check in to a very nice room but it was a twin bed even though the hotel does not advertise having twin rooms. Having one in a suite is just weird anyway, I can’t imagine there is much demand for that. When we asked staff to rectify this by joining it together they did not even tell us if they tried. When I questioned them about this they offered to move us. We were of course then downgraded significantly but the first room they gave us had a broken safe. This meant we had to move rooms again to an even smaller room. When I complained about the broken safe the man at the front desk was rude and said there was no maintenance on site so we would have to either accept the broken safe and wait for a repair or move to another room. We chose to move. We also noticed the hammam had to be manually turned on by staff who were not there and seemed too lazy to turn it on. We came back later in the week and were given a room that stank of smoke. The hotel were very good about this and upgraded us to a lovely room which was much nicer. This second stay was perfect save for the fact we were told we could use the spa showers on checkout. However the private one was broken so we ended up not being able to use them.

While the food was good, the hotel bar ran out of Bourbon. One further complaint. The hotel is located on a plaza that did not permit cars. When we arrived it was raining, and we had a 5 minute walk in heavy rain to get to the hotel. We later learned that one could call the hotel to have the traffic barriers removed.

Gregory was great at conceirge, never a problem and always quick and effecient. Breakfast was good, all you would need for breakfast, bed clean and comfortable and intriguing collection throughout the hotel. Would recommend to anyone wishes to stay in a five star hotel on the centre of Brussels!

Service is echt goed! Het enige wat wij hadden is dat ik onder de douche stond en er water uit het plafond in de badkamer/slaapkamer kwam. Vervolgens kregen we netjes een andere kamer. Deze was alleen in de badkamer niet schoon. De spiegel en de glazenwand van de douche was niet schoon en onder het toilet lag nog een gele vlek onder. Niet te missen.

Overall the hotel is great. Room service is limited. The shower head needed maintenance bc it was severely clogged causing the ones that actually work to spray sideways. Hotel staff are wonderful and very helpful and nice.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Brussels. Exceptional breakfast, and the most comfortable bed we slept on in Europe. Gorgeous bathrooms, attention to detail, and the hotel smells like a dream.

Nice property. Very quiet area not in the center. Not crowded and not noise. Close to everything, very convenient. Friendly staff and good breakfast. I didn’t like the fact that was a lot of bags and trays outside the rooms it was all over the hallway, it look kind of dirty. Everything else was ok.

Loved staying at the Hotel Juliana for the second time. The rooms are beautiful and bespoke and the service is excellent. Lovely breakfast and nicely appointed surroundings.

Très bel hôtel très bien placé, proche de la grande place, récent et de taille humaine (moins de 50 chambres). Personnel attentionné. Chambre bien aménagée, silencieuse. Excellent petit déjeuner (quoique cher, 39€ par personne, mais ils l’ont offert à mon fils de 9 ans). Seul bémol pour ceux qui aiment faire de la musculation: salle en sous sol, avec très peu d’équipements et pas forcément opérationnels

This second stay was perfect save for the fact we were told we could use the spa showers on checkout. However the private one was broken so we ended up not being able to use them.

While the staff was great, our room was very, very small, and dark (no overhead lights). Further, we had no internet (we were told it did not work on the 3rd floor). Oddly, no washcloths in the room. While the food was good, the hotel bar ran out of Bourbon. One further complaint. The hotel is located on a plaza that did not permit cars. When we arrived it was raining, and we had a 5 minute walk in heavy rain to get to the hotel. We later learned that one could call the hotel to have the traffic barriers removed.

Gregory was great at conceirge, never a problem and always quick and effecient. Breakfast was good, all you would need for breakfast, bed clean and comfortable and intriguing collection throughout the hotel. Would recommend to anyone wishes to stay in a five star hotel on the centre of Brussels!

Staff has difficulty performing simple tasks. One of the front desk staff couldn’t locate the hotel on a city map. A simple room service breakfast order wasn’t filled properly. On three occasions we came back to the hotel from outside to find no one at the front desk.

They put me in a lower class room than the one I paid for and wouldn’t fund the the difference It was a roof cable room, and I banged my head on the ceiling and cut my scalp. Terrible service. Would not recommend it.

We had a great stay overall but there were several small things that got in the way of it being perfect. We were upgraded on check in to a very nice room but it was a twin bed even though the hotel does not advertise having twin rooms. Having one in a suite is just weird anyway, I can’t imagine there is much demand for that. When we asked staff to rectify this by joining it together they did not even tell us if they tried. When I questioned them about this they offered to move us. We were of course then downgraded significantly but the first room they gave us had a broken safe. This meant we had to move rooms again to an even smaller room. It is located in a somewhat dangerous, very isolated, and graffiti-filled part of the city where one taxi driver noted "he had never once taken anyone" in his many years of driving. Furthermore, the hotel failed to follow through on its commitment to assign a room that would accommodate three people, as promised several days before check-in by the front desk staff. When we arrived, we were told no rooms that could accommodate a third person was available and needed to stay elsewhere. We then were promised a refund, but the hotel management subsequently reneged on this commitment as well and offered only a free night should we choose to return to the hotel again in the future (I\'m not sure why we would). Having stayed at hotels of this caliber all over the world, I\'ve never had such a bad experience from a supposed "five star" property. As an aside, I\'m also not even sure how they received that designation. They literally had two people working---a bellman/front desk agent and a member of housekeeping on a Tuesday night at 7pm---and not one supervisor or member of management. It really felt more like a low-frills "express" property rather than a full service hotel of the caliber advertised. Really a terrible choice. Stay away and book something closer to the restaurants and life of the city---ultimately where we ended up staying. This hotel is a joke.

You get out in an entrance to a square. When you walk into the square there are 6 white building all looking the same. You can not see a hotel name or sign anywhere. We were accosted crossing f the square and a gold chain was tore off my neck. And I still don’t know where the lobby was. We had to retreat and phone for an escort.

Très bel hôtel très bien placé, proche de la grande place, récent et de taille humaine (moins de 50 chambres). Personnel attentionné. Chambre bien aménagée, silencieuse. Excellent petit déjeuner (quoique cher, 39€ par personne, mais ils l’ont offert à mon fils de 9 ans). Seul bémol pour ceux qui aiment faire de la musculation: salle en sous sol, avec très peu d’équipements et pas forcément opérationnels

Non mi è piaciuto che la colazione non fosse inclusa nel prezzo, e all'atto della prenotazione questo non fosse ben specificato. E spendere 280 euro in 4 giorni di colazione mi sembra leggermente esagerato.

This was our second stay. We had a not so great experience at another hotel and moved our last night in Brussels to Hotel Juliana. And as always we had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous hotel. 5 Stars. Breakfast and dinner are worth staying for too. Thank you.

Un personnel irréprochable à la gentillesse inégalé . Chambre parfaite. Petit déjeuner bien avec quelques axes d’amélioration ( vérifier régulièrement la température des aliments qui refroidissent vite dans les plats , et la brioche perdu qui reste collé à l’ardoise ) L’hôtel est magnifique et calme. Très bon séjour, nous reviendrons !

O atendimento tambem foi excepcional em todos os momentos, do check in ate o check out, sempre com muita educação e simpatia Boa localização, com facil acesso ao centro da cidade Café da manhã bem farto e variado, tanto em doce quanto em salgado, trazendo itens da culinária local. Apesar de “obvio”, tem hotel que faz um café simples sem trazer elementos locais, o que é uma pena (mas felizmente longe de ser o caso deste hotel)

Overall the hotel is great. Room service is limited. The shower head needed maintenance bc it was severely clogged causing the ones that actually work to spray sideways. Hotel staff are wonderful and very helpful and nice.

Très bel hôtel situé sur la place des martyrs. A 10 minutes à pieds de la grande place. Accueil chaleureux, chambre très confortable et magnifique salle de bain avec d’excellents produits. My daughter’s dirty clothes—placed directly next to her travel bag on the floor—went missing during our stay. We lost hundreds of dollars in high-end activewear, including a Lululemon jacket, a Vuori set, Alo socks, and a Vuori halter. When I reported it, front desk staff claimed housekeeping "accidentally tossed" the clothes into the trash and that the refuse had already been collected. They refused to show camera footage to verify who entered the room, denied any theft, and insisted it was my mistake for leaving clothing near the bin. Considering how small the room trash cans are, it is completely unreasonable to claim a full wardrobe's worth of bulky clothes was mistaken for garbage. Management took zero accountability and offered no compensation or reimbursement for our lost property—they simply comped a single breakfast. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of responsibility and security here. I would not recommend staying at a hotel that takes so little care of its guests' personal belongings.

Das Hotel an der verkehrsfreien Place des Martyrs ist ein Bijou, eine Oase mitten im Trubel von Brüssel. Der Rezeptionist war sehr hilfsbereit mit Restaurantsvorschlägen und auch sonst sehr freundlich, man ist nicht nur einfach Gast in einem Systemhotel, sondern wird als Persönlichkeit wahrgenommen. Der Pool ist sehr schön, das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr originell, lecker, frisch, mit Kuchen, Flans, Tortillas, Quiches, Waffeln, Crepes und alles weitere, was dazugehört. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön.
Das Hotel an der verkehrsfreien Place des Martyrs ist ein Bijou, eine Oase mitten im Trubel von Brüssel. Der Rezeptionist war sehr hilfsbereit mit Restaurantsvorschlägen und auch sonst sehr freundlich, man ist nicht nur einfach Gast in einem Systemhotel, sondern wird als Persönlichkeit wahrgenommen. Der Pool ist sehr schön, das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr originell, lecker, frisch, mit Kuchen, Flans, Tortillas, Quiches, Waffeln, Crepes und alles weitere, was dazugehört. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön.
