The hotel is in the center of Oia, and the view is spectacular. It's close to everything. Just keep in mind that you have to walk a bit of stairs. The service from Jola and all the staff was excellent. They helped us with transportation from the port and to the airport. The hotel pool is incredible; it’s heated and has the best view.

Pearl is a beautiful 12 room boutique hotel. Perfect views of Caldera, away from crowds. Amazing Infiniti pool. Service was 5 stars from beginning to the end of our stay. When I come back, this will definitely be our first choice.

Hotel was situated in an ideal location for the main sights and shopping of Oia, plus it offered its own beautiful views and space. Their breakfast was small but very tasty and the common spaces and pool were very pleasing.

Superb attentive and thoughtful staff. (They will come get you from the square and help you down the fun steps to the hotel)! Gated and locked with a code, so very safe! Bonus: 4 resident cats!!

This property has definitely one of the best vue! It’s really quiet and safe. The staff was really nice! Yola contacted us few weeks before to make sure that we would enjoy our stay. I will definitely recommend to pay for the luggage’s transportation. It is more than worth it! The rooms with the private jacuzzi are the best.

An amazing hotel at the perfect spot - with stunning view of the Caldera and volcano islands in the bay. Close to mainstreet of Oia, full of restaurants, shops etc. We had a room with a private hot tub (highly recommended) which was great in the evening, but the hotel also offers a nice poolarea- open between 10-20. The breakfast was great. This is a smaller hotel with not to many rooms/guests. All in all, a very good experience - yet be aware that it’s quite a couple of stairs up and down to mainstreet, which can be a bit of a struggle in the hot sun. You can buy the service from the hotel to carry your luggage. We’d love to come back sometime.

This was one of my favorite hotels of our stays in Greece! Location is PERFECT! The view from the hotel is amazing and the staff were super friendly! We had an incident where we left our key in the room and even though it was 9PM, the staff was prompt to help us! The room felt tidy, although the bathroom did flood a little during showers but honestly we didn’t think it was a huge deal considering how great the pool and view was. I also have to mention breakfast (which is complimentary) was the best breakfast options we had and it was a full buffet with coffee of any choice. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and will be back on our next trip to Santorini!

The hotel is located almost at the bottom of the hill. So it is physically challenging to walk with luggage or even without luggage. The first thing I noticed when I got in the room was this weird smell. When I asked about the smell, I was told “it’s from the wind and all the hotels smell like that.” Not true! There were molds all over the bathroom wall. The room has not been maintained properly. There are cracks and rustic metal. Since it was a non refundable booking, we couldn't change to other hotels and had to breath the mold the whole time we stayed. I booked the deluxe room which happened to be next to the check in area. There is no privacy at all. People from other rooms come to eat breakfast in front of your room. If you try to sleep longer, you can’t because of the noise. You hear the guests and hotel staff conversation. Breakfast is just a joke. They provide very small portions with very little options. When we checked out the hotel manager told us we have to pay 10 Euro for each carry-on bag if we need help going up the stairs. We paid since we didn't want to fall off the cliff like I said it's physically challenging to walk up let alone with luggage. Also, they would tell you if you need a transfer, it would be 55 euro otherwise outside is more expensive. Actually it’s 40 euro outside. I highly suggest you avoid this hotel because it’s a nightmare and a health hazard both the mold and the hill. The quality of the room is lower than a motel. See pic

There are not enough positive words in the English language to describe our stay at Pearl of Caldera. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The resort is tricky to locate, but we just called them when we arrived and they came to us and brought us down. The stunning views of the caldera are marvelous. Truly a great location to watch the sunset (literally right next to the church where everyone goes).The accommodation was luxurious and meticulously maintained, offering breathtaking views from our room. What truly set this resort apart was the exceptional staff. They were not only professional, but incredibly friendly and accommodating. They truly want to make your stay the very best They anticipated our needs and made sure we felt valued throughout our entire stay. I can't recommend this resort highly enough and look forward to returning in the future.

Cet hébergement est superbe, au calme loin du défilé des hordes arrivées des mega Ferry. La vue est splendide, notre chambre superbe et le personnel d’une très grande gentillesse. Nous sommes arrivés fatigués et énervé d’une année difficile, nous repartons reposés et plein de beaux paysages dans les yeux . Merci

Jola and the rest of the staff were excellent in every way. They went above & beyond to accommodate myself & husband. We felt very special here and this property comes highly rated. The steep climb can be a challenge for some but it was a good exercise routine we adapted to. You can’t beat the breathtaking scenery & rooms besides. Thank you so much!!

We had a WONDERFUL stay! The location of the hotel is beautiful with views of old town Oia, the three domes, and the caldera. There are many stairs to get to the hotel but it was well worth the effort. It is less than a 10min walk from the Oia bus station, google maps is not much help to find the location( just turn to go down by Alexandros jewelry aka the secret alley to see the three domes and keep heading down) The breakfast buffet was fantastic complete with mimosas! Bed and linens very comfortable. Very nice cave style boutique hotel! 10 out of 10!

The breakfast was great. This is a smaller hotel with not to many rooms/guests. All in all, a very good experience - yet be aware that it’s quite a couple of stairs up and down to mainstreet, which can be a bit of a struggle in the hot sun. You can buy the service from the hotel to carry your luggage. We’d love to come back sometime.

The hotel is in the center of Oia, and the view is spectacular. It's close to everything. Just keep in mind that you have to walk a bit of stairs. The service from Jola and all the staff was excellent. They helped us with transportation from the port and to the airport. The hotel pool is incredible; it’s heated and has the best view.

Jola and her team were just wonderful the entire stay. She always had good recommendations and willing to help with whatever we needed. They also helped with our bags which was a must with all those stairs. The view is incredible. They really made this leg of our honeymoon so special.

I have to say our stay at this property was amazing. We called the facility a day before our arrival and spoke with the manager Yola, who was amazing. She arranged for our transfer from the port to the hotel, she arrange for a luggage porter (which is a necessity due to amount of stair), and she booked us on an amazing boat tour.

Fantastic! Great service right from the very start. Arranged a transfer from the port, met us at the vehicle and walked us to the hotel through the maze of Oia with a friendly chat about the area and the history, the breakfast was a surprise and it was huge with a great variety. Would recommend staying here!

The staff was extremely rude, threatening and lied to us several times. The hotel is listed as “adults only”, but there were multiple kids from different parties. When we asked the receptionist about the small children and talked to customer service, she became very mad and threatening and asked us to leave - without a refund.

Hotel was situated in an ideal location for the main sights and shopping of Oia, plus it offered its own beautiful views and space. Their breakfast was small but very tasty and the common spaces and pool were very pleasing.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. Initially there was a slight language barrier but we very quickly overcame that. Jola provided all the great hidden gems to eat at an affordable price and provided suggested many activities to do with the family. Sailing was the best! We chose this place because we wanted to be on the cliff side which was beautiful! One thing to note though trekking to hotel requires walking 130 steps down the narrow cliff pathway. Was worth every step!

We had a WONDERFUL stay! The location of the hotel is beautiful with views of old town Oia, the three domes, and the caldera. There are many stairs to get to the hotel but it was well worth the effort. It is less than a 10min walk from the Oia bus station, google maps is not much help to find the location( just turn to go down by Alexandros jewelry aka the secret alley to see the three domes and keep heading down) The breakfast buffet was fantastic complete with mimosas! Bed and linens very comfortable. Very nice cave style boutique hotel! 10 out of 10!

An amazing hotel at the perfect spot - with stunning view of the Caldera and volcano islands in the bay. Close to mainstreet of Oia, full of restaurants, shops etc. We had a room with a private hot tub (highly recommended) which was great in the evening, but the hotel also offers a nice poolarea- open between 10-20. This was one of my favorite hotels of our stays in Greece! Location is PERFECT! The view from the hotel is amazing and the staff were super friendly! We had an incident where we left our key in the room and even though it was 9PM, the staff was prompt to help us! The room felt tidy, although the bathroom did flood a little during showers but honestly we didn’t think it was a huge deal considering how great the pool and view was. I also have to mention breakfast (which is complimentary) was the best breakfast options we had and it was a full buffet with coffee of any choice. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and will be back on our next trip to Santorini!

The hotel is located almost at the bottom of the hill. So it is physically challenging to walk with luggage or even without luggage. The first thing I noticed when I got in the room was this weird smell. When I asked about the smell, I was told “it’s from the wind and all the hotels smell like that.” Not true! There were molds all over the bathroom wall. The room has not been maintained properly. There are cracks and rustic metal. Since it was a non refundable booking, we couldn't change to other hotels and had to breath the mold the whole time we stayed. I booked the deluxe room which happened to be next to the check in area. There is no privacy at all. People from other rooms come to eat breakfast in front of your room. If you try to sleep longer, you can’t because of the noise. You hear the guests and hotel staff conversation. Breakfast is just a joke. They provide very small portions with very little options. When we checked out the hotel manager told us we have to pay 10 Euro for each carry-on bag if we need help going up the stairs. We paid since we didn't want to fall off the cliff like I said it's physically challenging to walk up let alone with luggage. Also, they would tell you if you need a transfer, it would be 55 euro otherwise outside is more expensive. Actually it’s 40 euro outside. I highly suggest you avoid this hotel because it’s a nightmare and a health hazard both the mold and the hill. The quality of the room is lower than a motel. See pic

An unforgettable trip to Oia thanks to the Pearl of Caldera. We had a fabulous stay. The view of Oia and the Mediterranean Sea was breathtaking, and the service was amazingly kind. One of our favorite parts was the delicious breakfast that they brought to our room every morning to enjoy. Highly recommend the Pearl of Caldera to anyone who is considering a trip to Oia!

unglaubliche Aussicht, sehr ruhig und weg von dem Dichtestress der Stadt Oía, aber trotzdem gleich mittendrin. Frühstück wird privat auf Terrasse des Zimmers serviert. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Absolut genial und sehr empfehlenswert.
