Hotel on the Cay

Rooms are advertised as having air conditioning but over our week there, we had to be moved between three rooms due to the AC not working. Very frustrating not to mention hot. The staff is hit or miss at the front desk. They could definitely learn people skills better. Housekeeping and the bar employees were great.

The room was nice they are In the middle of major renovations painting,the exterior of the hotel did not see a pool ,but all in all it well worth the money that it cost.the beach was very well looked after on a daily basis I would definitely recommend the stay to anyone thank you for the tremendous hospitality

The room was clean and staff were attentive and friendly.

The beach is wonderful. We frequent St. Croix, yearly. And I always wanted to give this place a chance. We did not have bath towels or beach towels available to us for our stay. How are you supposed to even take a shower? And they just expected us to be OK with it. That is a simple necessity. The TV did not work in the room, which would’ve been helpful to relax our children at night. I would go back just to experience the bar, but I would never stay at the hotel again.
