Hotel is clean, rooms are large and spacious. Hotel appears relatively new. Located across the street from UF Health Hospital in Leesburg, FL. Staff very pleasant and helpful. No cost to use the computer and printer in the lobby for business. Complimentary breakfast every morning was good. Would stay here again.

We have stayed here the past several years during the Leesburg Bikefest and we will continue on doing so! We love how convenient it is to Main St, the breakfast is delicious (the oatmeal with all the toppings is a real treat!), the elevators are quiet and quick and the rooms have everything we could ever hope for!

The parking lot was spacious for our work trucks, and breakfast always out on time. Employees were kind. My room felt like the AC unit could not keep up with the humidity, and the freezer was always sweating. My work papers and clothes felt damp

Perfect location for the wedding reception we attended at The Venetian. The hotel was set back from the road so it was very quiet! We had a spacious room, clean, quiet, with a kitchenette. We didn’t need another thing, but the gym and pool looked wonderful had we used them.

Desk clerk was very friendly. Room was dirty and gum stuck to table. Hole in wall behind bathroom door. Room was quiet so I was able to sleep. Bathroom floor was filthy! Showed front desk picture of gum before dinner. 3 hours later it was still there

It was a good stay overall. The trash wasn't taken out from the last person that stayed in the room. Also, the fan didn't work in the bathroom. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay.

The room was not clean as it should be. I just cleaned it and removed a lot of long black hair from all over the tub. Looks like it was on the cloth usef to clean with because, it was drug all over. I told the desk clerk and said I had cleaned it and she just looked at me? The handicap handheld shower needs a place to hang it on turn on and off from near the seat area. There is too likely of a fall from getting up and down off the bench while trying to shower.

So the pillow was not cleaned properly. It had what appeared to have make up or something brown on it. Thank goodness I thought to bring my own pillow and did not have to use theirs. I showered and the tub would not drain. I told the front desk about it when I left for the evening. When I came back it still was not drained. It stayed that way until I checked out. I can't even say until I checked out because i dont know what happpen after I left. As for the breakfast, i did not make it on time to eat breakfast so I cannot comment on that. I was able to get coffee and that was nice. They had a variety of creamers, which I like. However, I had the one bedroom suite on the second floor on the corner that faced the front and side of the hotel. That was disapointing because i wish i had more of a view. Overall though, the room was nice.

The property was nice. Everyone was friendly. Breakfast was good. Only thing that is worth mentioning is the shower makes no sense. There was only one door and no matter how you arrange the shower head it leaks all over the floor. We went through two towels maintaining the water. Room didnt come with enough towels to deal with shower floor and body. We had to use pool towel. I suggest a full door on the shower. Other than that, it was good. The mix up with being over charged was handled. No problem.

Great amenities in room. Our only complaint was with the shower. It was terrible. No door to close caused a mess. Shower head was probably the absolute worst ever experienced. Would not adjust. Stream of water actually hurt causing me to cover face and private parts because they started to hurt. Definitely needs looked at. Room 107.

I loved staying at this hotel. The room was very nice and clean. The kitchenette was fully stocked and had everything you would need. The room was spacious. There was a large closet that fit the suitcases and still had room to hang clothes.

My family and I were unable to sleep due to the air conditioning running continuously throughout the night. Despite multiple attempts to adjust the control panel, it was unresponsive, and we could not turn off or regulate the unit. The hotel itself is very nice. Nothing was lacking about the room or the amenities. However, the policy of NOT doing daily full room service cleaning and replacement of towels was not appreciated. We had to personally request each day that the bed be made and the towels be replaced and the room be cleaned (they call it a Full Service Cleaning). Also, when spending time in the lobby later at night, after purchasing ice cream from their shop, I was then scolded by the front desk attendant for opening their breakfast cabinet to retrieve a plastic spoon and napkin to eat the ice cream. She spoke to me as though I were a child and she was my authority figure. I did not appreciate her tone or her lack of friendliness or concern to serve her guests.

The hotel & staff were wonderful. They have a great breakfast every morning with lots of options. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. Glenn at the front desk was amazing. He was super helpful, polite, professional & knowledgeable. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Overall it was acceptable. The wifi was spotty and not strong enough to do much with it. They have no room safes and you can only get housekeeping if you ask for it.

I had an Expedia confirmation and Marriott would not honor it because they were sold out. Marrott just simply put up their hands and said I don’t understand why Expedia would have available rooms. I don’t know who fault it is but the communication needs to improve between the hotel and this website. They did not even offer to help find another hotel. I had to scramble and make another reservation. It was most difficult since it was bike week. By the way, Expedita charged me for both stay even though Marriott did not acknowledge my reservations. After over an hour on the phone with Expedia, I finally got a credit back.

Property was very well kept. Excellent central location. Was down for wedding so didn’t see much of city. Staff at desk were very friendly especially DEMETRIUS!! Excellent room layout and furnishings. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Perfect location - I was visiting family in the hospital and this was the perfect spot and had everything I needed - even got to slip away to the pool which is very nice

We have stayed here the past several years during the Leesburg Bikefest and we will continue on doing so! We love how convenient it is to Main St, the breakfast is delicious (the oatmeal with all the toppings is a real treat!), the elevators are quiet and quick and the rooms have everything we could ever hope for!

Perfect location for the wedding reception we attended at The Venetian. The hotel was set back from the road so it was very quiet! We had a spacious room, clean, quiet, with a kitchenette. We didn’t need another thing, but the gym and pool looked wonderful had we used them.

Hotel is clean, rooms are large and spacious. Hotel appears relatively new. Located across the street from UF Health Hospital in Leesburg, FL. Staff very pleasant and helpful. No cost to use the computer and printer in the lobby for business. Complimentary breakfast every morning was good. Would stay here again.

Stay was nice, clean room and the breakfast was pretty decent for a hotel continental breakfast. Service was always nice and greeted us when we walked into the lobby. My only complaint was we had taken the “do not disturb” sign off our door after 2 days of having it on in hopes of getting our room picked up and new towels and they never came by to service our room.

The hotel & staff were wonderful. They have a great breakfast every morning with lots of options. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. Glenn at the front desk was amazing. He was super helpful, polite, professional & knowledgeable. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Stayed at the hotel for one night. The property is very well maintained. You walk in and the front desk staff is very welcoming and eager to assist with your check in. I arrived later in the evening and the front desk staff was welcoming and very friendly and wanted to make sure my stat would be excellent. The room was extremely clean and I loved the layout. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. I rode hundreds of miles on my motorcycle and the bed was so comfortable. Very quiet location. In the morning I opened my windows curtains and I had a great view of a lake in the distance. Went down stairs to the lobby and had a fantastic buffet style breakfast. It as included and was as happy to get to have breakfast without having to leave the property. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. Great accommodations and safe.

Breakfast had a great selection! Delicious oatmeal, baby quiches, real bacon, waffles, etc. Definitely better quality than most hotels! But don't get down there one minute after 9:30 because it all gets shut down right away. There is no coffee or hot water available in the evening. The check-in staff and housekeeping staff was great. The room was clean.

We often stay at this hotel when visiting my mother. The location is great and the room provides ample space for our family of three. We do not utilize the pool, the gym, or breakfast, but all seem great. When we need assistance, 99.9 % of the time, within minutes someone provides what we need. Our last checkout did not run as smoothly as our other checkouts. Our room key did not work at 10 am and had to get assistance. Then at 12 noon,we had to run back into our room to get additional bags but our keys stopped working. I asked the head of housekeeping for help but was told she could not help. The young woman at the front desk needed assistance. I waited over 12 minutes to have my key fixed and then had to wait again to check out. I would suggest for major holidays having two persons work the front desk.
