Express Inn Near Columbus Airport

Place was run down and nasty. Blanket on the bed was at least 10 years old. Cobbeled together furnishing. Electrical appliances hanging by wire out of the walls. Struggled to get anything we needed from the staff like the pillows that were not in the room or towels and washclothes. The refrigerator was not plugged in and smelled like something died in it. And finally noticed roaches on the last day. I would not have stayed here but had no choice because dident have to money to pay for a new room wile waiting for refund to come. -1 out of 10 stars. This place should be shut down....

Not great, but it was cheap so I didn't expect much. The curtains fell down twice within the first 20 minutes. Cramped room that was not meant for two beds, so cramped the bedside table had to be turned 90° to even fit. Not enough outlets for the appliances so had to choose which two you wanted plugged in between the TV, microwave, fridge, and the lamp. Overhead light didn't work and one of the lamps didn't have a lightbulb. Bathroom door taped together and difficult to open, front door difficult to shut. Latch of the front door missing the hook. No TV remote, tried to call multiple different numbers, all hung up on us. Vending machines broken. Sink drain stopper didn't work. AC was taped up, tape must have pulled up and a huge bug got inside.

It's nice that Loyalty Inn (previously Motel 6) added a pool and has a nice staff. Unfortunately that's about the only good thing. There's no hot water, no mini fridge, and it took over an hour to find the correct remote to the television.

Most horrible experience ever. No hot water , Dirty room, couldn’t get clean towels,Bed bugs, only 12 inches between the 2 beds, plywood holding air conditioner in place and then a inch gap were anyone could look in . I could go on but you get the point. HORRIBLE

The tap in the bathroom wasn't working, no air conditioning and the room was a total mess

I didnt even stay. I went to park and a drug addict threw a shopping cart out of her room at my car.

The room was not equipped with heat and only half of the outlets worked. There was a space heater in the room that barely kept it warm we had to provide our own heater as well. The door was broken and not sealed properly so cold air just kept coming in. The beds are hard and not comfortable I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was absolutely the worst motel I've ever been to. I booked 2 double rooms and the first had a roach on the door as soon as i opened it. The second was not even cleaned from the previous occupant. I walked in and walked right back out and left immediately. I was told to contact expedia for a refund by the attendant at the property. The property manager has not responded to Expedia's request for refund so i’m assuming they are just taking peoples money at this point. THIS MOTEL SHOULD BE CLOSED AND REMOVED FROM EXPEDIA IMMEDIATELY

The manager would not take care of my concerns which were uncleanliness and multiple health code violations- I complained about seeing 5 roaches, the bed was not made, the heat barely worked, there were no towels, washcloths, the carpet was not vacuumed and severely stained, the room smelled very bad, and the mattress looked like it had been collected from a dumpster. The manager said he couldn’t refund me and offered me a $10 discount for the following night if stayed a second night (what I needed to) and promise me that would be someone in to take care of all of my complaints and clean the room properly. I asked to move rooms and he said no- I could only do that if I checked out and came back in 4 to 5 hours at 3 PM, so I was stuck with the same dirty room because I could not leave at that time. However, I left an hour or two later, and I returned at midnight in the room and not been cleaned or touched. I fell asleep, unfortunately on a dirty bed. When I checked out this morning, they rushed me to leave at exactly 11 AM and did not address any of my concerns which involved the roaches. I have videos, and photos of all of these things, and I even took my water bottle up to the manager with a dead roach inside of it, I had the cat off while I was sleeping and when I woke up the roach was inside of it. I address the manager again when I was leaving and he said he would take care of me Next time I came by giving me a better room. Huge health concerns calling Health Dept

The room smelled, the large towels were dirty, they did not provide face towels and never brought clean towels for the next 2days. the trash was never remove during my entire stay. someone tried to come in room on day 2. lock on door did not work had to use latch. no remote for tv, I asked for remote never got it. shower curtain to small floor gets wet. roaches in the room. right outside my door was broken glass. I would not consider staying here again and am considering calling state and health department. I would like a refund as this was a major inconvenience this hotel should be condemed

It was cheap. But really a $25 deposit when I got to the hotel. What was I going to break that was not already damaged or poorly fixed

debris between sheets, noisy and people of low charter around the property

The bed I slept in was broken very uncomfortable stay the whole time because of the bed

No pillows, non working door key for the first two hours. The room was damaged and looked like a crime scene. No tv remote, no bedspread or duvet. This room did not match the photos on Expedia in any way.

I booked for a 2 bed and upon arrival they only had a 1 bed because they gave away the 2 beds that i had already booked for and i was accompanying 4 peaople. I requested to cancel and for a refund but never recieved refund.

I was very well treated by the receptionist who attended to me. She was professional, courteous, and made me feel welcome

I had to clean the room literally.. housekeeping didn’t finish it I had to make the bed and clean the entire room the guy that works nights he was very rude

They sold out cancelled booking

You can tell theyre trying. One room was further along in renovations then the other. Warmest, softest comforters weve had at a motel stay ever. Front desk was super nice. We will be back to see their success

Came for Lost Lands music festival. The stay was okay, we didn't get bothered from the people who were living there. I can see they are trying to upgrade the hotel. New mattresses, but had plastic on them and the fitting sheet kept coming off. There was a cigarette burn on the sheets. No one came to exchange the sheets and provide new towels. We had buy our own towels and toilet paper. the shower curtain kept falling off, and was only on 4 hooks. It was just a place to recover but I don't think I will stay there for the next years festival.
