The better the bed size and mattress quality, the better. Removing the leather from the mattresses will help secure the sheets Removing the leather improves comfort, warmth, and sleep quality. Replacing the televisions, with YouTube, and being able to access Netflix

Our stay at Enotel was a bit disappointing. We had high expectations for this 5-star resort, especially since we’ve stayed at many 5-star resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean. It’s a large property, but it’s clearly outdated. Almost nobody speaks English. The TV needed repairs every day. The cleaning staff were hesitant to leave four towels for four people, so we had to keep reminding them and tipping them. The pools and beach area are great, and the restaurants offer a good variety of food options. I just wish they served more Brazilian BBQ instead of sausages and bacon. We’ll probably stay somewhere else next time.

The initial room had no light, was older, the thermostat fell off the wall and it was clear because I am an American “gringo”. I was given a bad room. When my Brazilian friend spoke for me suddenly we got a much better room that was more modern with and with a well lit room and a desk, which was important for me because of my job I had to work and better location to reception
