Apartment is your choice, not the room! Very close to Colosseum, just walking a few minutes. Supermarket on next street... lots place to eat. Manager is lovely girl and very hlepful! Main building no elevator, but they will help you left your luggages. Need send clear direction to custom, because sounds no body knows where is the street, we walked back and forth over 30mins, but accurately only 5-minute distance...

We had a very bad experience. The noise from street are so loud and it quiet down til midnight, there is restaurant under our window. The curtain isn’t blackout at all, light from street get into room and Change room color when waking up. There isn’t elevator. There are like 10 steps to go over and the staff isn’t ready to help. The bed is next to fridge which makes sound at night. The air conditioner makes squeaky sound too. We feel the coolness after a few hours turning it on. The most annoying is that there is vibration sound at the door. I didn’t figure it out exactly what it was. It vibrates every minute or so . My kid was woken up bumpy the sound and thinking there may be someone at the door, scary. They provided phone number for time out side 10-6 pm . I tried both of them , no one pick up and they never explain to me what that sound was. The room is definitely on the much smaller side than I expected, no hair conditioner, bath was ok , the water sometime hot and and sometimes cold. Oh my, it was quite adventure living through the two nights there.

La respuesta del hotel es un poco lenta, el hotel tiene magnífica ubicación, el detalle con la propiedad es que no te dan lo que ofrecen, en la limpieza no barren, lo demás hacen muy bien la limpieza. En general, el hotel me parece que está sobre valorado. El precio es exagerado para lo que ofrece.

Lo unico malo es que, a pesar que nos dieron la clave y pasword, nunca nos pudimos conectar a la red y por ende nunca tuvimos internet, lo que para el turista es necesario. Por lo demas todo muy bien, ubicacion, limpieza, comodiad. Lo recomendaria y volveria a ir. Prueben el internet en recepcion antes de ocuoar la habitacion.

Adoramos o local, o ambiente estava limpo, e era bem localizado, mas vale a pena pontuar que os quartos que não tem vista para o Coliseu não ficam no mesmo lugar, ficam a uma quadra. Pra nós mesmo assim valeu super a pena, a região é cheia de restaurantes e super movimentada, era no primeiro andar e não ouvimos barulho nenhum da rua, super tranquilo.
Adoramos o local, o ambiente estava limpo, e era bem localizado, mas vale a pena pontuar que os quartos que não tem vista para o Coliseu não ficam no mesmo lugar, ficam a uma quadra. Pra nós mesmo assim valeu super a pena, a região é cheia de restaurantes e super movimentada, era no primeiro andar e não ouvimos barulho nenhum da rua, super tranquilo.

My husband, daughter and I rented this apartment for our stay in Rome. The week we were there it was a heat wave so 96, 98 and 102 degrees for the 3 days we were there. It was so nice to be right across from the Colosseum. What a relief to run back home, take a cold shower and go back out. The room was comfortable and clean. Nice to have a fridge. At least 30 restaurants within walking distance. A little convenience store about 1/2 a block away. Only 2 issues, they didn't give me check in instructions, so I had to call and then there was a little bit of a language barrier, so I wasn't sure where to go. For anyone wondering. It is a huge orange building, and the big green doors are where you need to go. On the right side of the doors is an Inacom thing and press Maximus and someone will answer and let you in. Second issue (which I understand but still annoyed), they turned our AC off when we were out touring, so it was 102 out and we got back and didn't know and within a couple hours the apartment was really hot!

Our room was directly across from the Colosseum!! The view was amazing and we were able to walk to several sites we wanted to visit. The room was a perfect size, clean and functional.

Ea un lugar sobrevalorado, con una ubicación excelente pero son más los detalles negativos. No te entregan la habitación que reservas No te dan la ubicación del anuncio (te dan una ubicación 2 cuadras atrás) La habitación muy muy muy sucia, deterioradas, con insectos, nada funciona bien, el baño se tapa, la cafetera con hongos y sedimento, la tetera oxidada. En realidad es un alojamiento muy mal aprovechado ya que cuenta con una excelente ubicación, pero al tener una tan mala limpieza, mantenimiento y engaños no vale la pena el alojamiento, No regresaría a ese hotel. Los que consideren alojarse por la ubicación piénselo y busquen mejores opciones.

The location of this property is convenient to the Colosseum and metro and several local eateries as well as a 24hr grocery store. The bed was a murphy-bed/pull-out style and had little to no padding. Additionally, the booking led us to believe a balcony would be included, which it was not. That being said, there was a full kitchenette, comfortable room in the bathroom, remote controlled AC/heat and a refrigerator. No Wifi in the hotel room either. The stay was convenient for us since we didn't spend much time in the room and out trip was quick, and overall worth the money.

We loved this location! We would highly recommend. 5 minute walk to the Colosseum, food...20 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain...20 minute taxi to Vatican. We had room 9 which had a loft and pull out counch. The adults stayed downstairs on the bed couch and had the teens stay on the 2nd floor, but the bed couch was very comfortable.

Great location literally steps from the Colosseum. Restaurants surrounding the property. Taxi stand right out the front door. Even though our room was right on a busy street, we heard zero outside noise. AC was nice and cold (just took a little time to cool down).

Only stayed one night as a quick pit stop while we explored Rome. I cannot explain how AMAZING the location is, right next to the colosseum, with bakeries, small shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. There is a taxi rank at the front of the hotel too. Room was really spacious, had a lovely balcony and was well equipped. Staff were warm and friendly. We cannot wait to return here.

Andrea made it easy to check-in, find our apartment, and made great recommendations for dining choices nearby. You cannot beat the location, and the accommodations give you ample room for just one person, or a family with children. I cannot wait for a return trip to Rome, and will definitely stay here again!

We had a very bad experience. The noise from street are so loud and it quiet down til midnight, there is restaurant under our window. The curtain isn’t blackout at all, light from street get into room and Change room color when waking up. There isn’t elevator. There are like 10 steps to go over and the staff isn’t ready to help. The bed is next to fridge which makes sound at night. The air conditioner makes squeaky sound too. We feel the coolness after a few hours turning it on. The most annoying is that there is vibration sound at the door. I didn’t figure it out exactly what it was. It vibrates every minute or so . My kid was woken up bumpy the sound and thinking there may be someone at the door, scary. They provided phone number for time out side 10-6 pm . I tried both of them , no one pick up and they never explain to me what that sound was. The room is definitely on the much smaller side than I expected, no hair conditioner, bath was ok , the water sometime hot and and sometimes cold. Oh my, it was quite adventure living through the two nights there.

Very poor service. The people don't know how to talk politely and help the customer. My worst experience ever. I will never recommend anyone staying here. Total waste of money and time and energy. If i could, i would rate this stupid place and people in negative.

Great location literally steps from the Colosseum. Restaurants surrounding the property. Taxi stand right out the front door. Even though our room was right on a busy street, we heard zero outside noise. AC was nice and cold (just took a little time to cool down).

The location was great. Just steps away from the coliseum. Not too bad for walkable site seeing. Area is a little loud at night (great for night owls) but we were able to sleep through. We are a family of four and we would stay here again.

Falso que están frente al coliseo. Esta a dos cuadras. Falsa publicidad. Y cuando les dices que te cambien resulta que solo tienen un cuarto enfrente y los demás son oficinas. Claramente lo usan de gancho para los que reserves. Antes de eso me mintieron diciendo que solamente las oficinas estaban frente al coliseo. Así que suerte si aleatoriamente te toca dormir en las oficinas

Adoramos o local, o ambiente estava limpo, e era bem localizado, mas vale a pena pontuar que os quartos que não tem vista para o Coliseu não ficam no mesmo lugar, ficam a uma quadra. Pra nós mesmo assim valeu super a pena, a região é cheia de restaurantes e super movimentada, era no primeiro andar e não ouvimos barulho nenhum da rua, super tranquilo.
Adoramos o local, o ambiente estava limpo, e era bem localizado, mas vale a pena pontuar que os quartos que não tem vista para o Coliseu não ficam no mesmo lugar, ficam a uma quadra. Quarto Ok, localização boa. Porém diferente do que é “vendido” nas imagens, localização também diferente. Põe o anúncio com a localização dos escritório mas o quarto é em um endereço no final da rua, perto também mas poderiam ser mais claros no anúncio e não atrair hóspedes com imagens que não são verídicas.

Very nice. Easy, friendly check in. Difficult to figure out where it was because there are no markings on the property. Big plus is that it is literally right across the street from the colliseum

Location, location, location - this place was small, but nice, room was clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Bathroom could use a remodel. Steps to the loft bedroom area were a little tough. The main thing this place has to offer is that it is in an easy walking distance of the Colosseum. As well as transportation and shops restaurants it was convenient and it worked out well for us. 🙏👍 if I ever needed to do any of the activities around the Colosseum again I would definitely stay here.
