This hotel was a great place to sleep - so quiet! And, so near the Cannes harbor. Each room has adjustable air conditioning. There is no elevator, if someone requires that. There aren’t many restaurants in the immediate area of the hotel, but walk a couple blocks toward the beach, and there are many from which to choose. There is a little shaded patio area that is great for morning coffee or breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

Wow, what a find! Steps from the beach/Boulevard de la Croisette, free parking on site, and friendly staff, all for an incredible price. I enjoyed popping down for a morning swim in the mornings — even without a towel, as it was 2 minutes away. The staff on site were incredibly helpful in giving us directions to the main sites and train station for Monaco—all an easy walk away. Can’t recommend this hotel enough, a rare find indeed.
