Fast and easy check in. We had an issue with the sheets and told them at the desk and they fixed it quickly for us and apologized. We woke up late for breakfast but there was cereal and coffee left. No pool, kids were a little disappointed in that. Quiet and nice rooms. Good showers and comfy beds. Sheets are thin we had an extra thick blanket we had to use and the kids had their own blankets. Nice and clean rooms.

The staff was nice so I want to start by saying this doesn't reflect their performance. We showed up at 11pm the night before a music festival hoping to take one last real shower before roughing it in a field for 5 days and they didn't have any hot water. On top of that, after taking my ice cold shower, I ended up having some kind of a reaction to the soap they had. Also we saw a cockroach.

The rooms were very clean the water pressure and the hot water in the shower was wonderful The facility itself was very clean and neat The room was well maintained all things functioned well microwave refrigerator only thing that was odd to me was there was not a coffee maker so we had to go out for coffee each morning.. but I enjoyed my stay and if we go back we will go there again. Thank you
