The place itself is fantastic ...perfect for kids many enormous swimming pools with beautiful surrounding architecture. Outdoor and Indoor pool water is spotless. The evening entertainment is wonderful The beach is lovely and very near the hotel. There are a few issues. The massage people and photographers are quite pushy and go around every single day and try to get you to buy their services. The biggest issue was that most of us got sick while staying in the hotel. We went to the hotel doctor (the hotel has a medial facility) and The standard answer is that bacterial infections are caused by bacteria in the sea water but this is unlikely and I believe this excuse is used all over the region. On the other hand it’s said that the beach is a blue flag beach so you cant have it every way. The doctor in the hotel is very quick to ask about private insurance and send people to a private hospital which is very expensive. Our daughter had a mild ear infection but the doctor wanted to send us to hospital to see a specialist. We have never before been sent to the Hospital for an ear infection. A few ear drops and it was fixed. Other members of our group were not so lucky and were very sick with an infection which we believe was contracted in the hotel from the food or other guests. They ended up in hospital but they could not get a written diagnosis with the cause of the infection. It felt like a conflict of interest that the hotel sent sick guests only to one private hospital.

Great entertainment, kids club was truly amazing with excellent care and fun. Pools beach were great. Food options in the buffet were fantastic. And the best hair saloon you can ever wish for with best hair stylist- I highly recommend trying hair saloon, pedicure. We liked the Hammam spa with the bath and massage. The girls in guest service were nice. Few things we did not like: - old outdated rooms, - horrible mold in showers. - you get only 1 x during stay Ala cart restaurant and they are hard to book,, -the reception staff was not very helpful and did not make you feel special upon arrival plus they spoke very limited English.

Wow, this is best holiday I have ever been I give everything out of 10. From the pools, everyday activities, night activities, location next to the beach, spa . All the staff I came across were amazing. I can’t not say anything negative about this hotel. The only thing I would recommend is thinner pillows esp for kids rather than that everything else perfect. I would recommend anyone looking for a holiday in turkey to book this . It’s a 3 in 1 hotel which is amazing. Thank you Selin. We enjoyed our holiday

Hotel was amazing from the first foot we stepped into the reception! Staff were so friendly and amazing the whole time, great gardens and pools, great beach front location and the cleanliness of the hotel was superb. Would 100% recommend to other travellers.

Das einzig positive an diesem Hotel ist die große Anlage und der Strand. Alles andere war schrecklich. In unserem Zimmer waren auf dem Boden überall Haare. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht doch bei Ankunft hieß es es gäbe es kein Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick und deshalb haben wir als Upgrade das Beach House bekommen. Das Beach house ist zwar 1 min vom Strand entfernt aber Meerblick war nicht vorhanden. Stattdessen zeigte man uns dann ein Zimmer im Kamelya Fulya. Allerdings haben wir mehr Geld bezahlt und extra das Selin gebucht um direkt am Strand zu sein. Wir mussten aufgrund einer Kakerlake im Zimmer das Zimmer wechseln. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich kein Hallo kein Tschüss. Aber zu den Russen und Deutschen und größeren Gruppen waren Sie sehr freundlich. Man merkt, dass es Ihnen um das Trinkgeld geht. Die einzig netten waren die Empfangsdamen mit den pinken Röcken. Besonders die vermutliche Kasachin war sooo sympathisch ebenso der jüngere Bellboy. Essen war nicht abwechslungsreich immer dasselbe. Reste vom Mittagessen gab es auch zum Abendessen und teilweise wurden auch Sachen vom Vortrag noch angeboten. Vegane Auswahl sehr wenig und man hat sich nicht wirklich bemüht. Getränke schmecken sehr billig vermutlich wird hier gespart. Von anderen Hotels kenne ich es so, dass die Animateure auf die Gäste zugehen. Das ist hier leider nicht der Fall. Wir waren 9 Tage dort und erst am 8. Tag haben wir die Animateure zu Gesicht bekommen.

Hotel in general is super clean. Great selection of food. Great to have a cafe also to get a nice coffee in the mornings. The only problem i had was the noise. There was some sort of a soccer tournament on and there was so many children about which created noise early in the morning and late at night. It was very annoying at meal times because they all came together which created chaos and lots of children running around. It wasn't so nice when your a couple looking to rest for a couple of days. From talking with other guests they seem to have had the same experience. We did report it and they gave us another room. Staff are very accommodating to your needs which is nice. Pool area is nice withnplenty of beds for everyone and entertainment is spot on. In general the hotel is excellent but the noise level was super annoying for us. I probably would come back again but i would ask firstly if there was a kids tournament booked in. Really during food serving times that many children should have there own room for dining and not be put in with other paying guests. This is a hotel not a crèche and people pay good money for some peace and quiet. Other than this i had no issues at all.

Wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit mit der Familie und es mangelte an nichts! Habe noch nie so eine große, ansehnliche Anlage und einem so schönen Strand gesehen! Bin wirklich verliebt darin und das Personal war zudem immer zuvorkommend. Man hat die Möglichkeit von allen kamelya Hotels die Anlage zu nutzen, somit hat man den Aquapark inklusive. Die Zimmer fand ich jetzt leider nicht so prickelnd und 5 Sterne konform (abgesehen von der Gemütlichkeit her), da es einfach veraltet ist und zum Teil etwas kaputt. Aber dadurch, dass es an den öffentlichen Bereichen so toll und modern ist, macht es das Ganze wieder wett. Zudem war sowohl das Essen und die Desserts echt hervorragend, da können auch picky eaters mit Sicherheit Anschluss finden. Übrigens hat man über die gesamten Hotels verteilt Internet Empfang und braucht sich auch keine Sorgen zu machen, mal nicht erreichbar zu sein. Dankeschön an die Kamelya Hotels für den tollen Aufenthalt! LG Kurt

Lots of issues with the room with numerous things broken including the air conditioning. The hotel was already aware of this. As we found a card on the door with all the faults on and they put us in the room anyway. They were not great at getting things resolved would not stay again.

Wir hatten eigentlich ein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und haben dann vor Ort ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Beach House bekommen. Das hat uns natürlich sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war groß (Bett ca. 2,40m breit; eine zusätzliche Couch; wir haben uns noch ein Kinderbett geben lassen; 2 Sessel und ein Tisch). Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte definitiv mal eine Auffrischung gebrauchen und zusätzlich fand ich den Einstieg in die Wanne/Dusche arg hoch. Das Zimmer ist wirklich ruhig gelegen, und nur wenn in der Palm Pool Bar Musik gespielt wird, hört man es, sonst nicht. Das Restaurant bietet eine super Auswahl und man wird auf jeden Fall satt. Einziges Manko war für uns, dass die Pools alle zu kalt waren, also auch der Indoor und vor allem der Kinderpool.

We stayed at Kamelya hotel for a family reunion. Every family had a different room type and at the check in, they mixed up our reservation with another family and refused to give us the room we booked!!! Finally!! After arguing for 20 minutes they found out that they have made a mistake and gave us the right room. The hotel overall is OK. Spa center is amazing. Bit they need major renovation and more training for their staff. We stayed at Selin

Great location, next to the beach, beautiful outdoor facilities. However the stuff treat guests accordingly. I have personally never offered drinks at the restaurant while some other guests get service right after they set on the table. I would love to give tips if I get good service, but they are trying to ignore me. I hope every guest deserves the same service regardless of their ethnicity.

This was the 2nd time my family have stayed at the Selin, we booked the family 2 bedroom Suite which was the best available. Our previous stay was so amazing that we were really excited. I had emailed with the hotel that we needed a lower floor. On arrival we were given a room on the 6th floor. So I said no, so they gave us a room on the 1st floor. On entering the porter tried to turn the lights on but living room area had 1 tiny uplight on the wall so it was in darkness. The 2nd bedroom had 1 light so again it was dark and tiny windows. We were really upset as this wasn’t the room we booked. I went back to reception and they said they’d move us the next day. So our first night was spend in a very dark depressing room. Not very good for over £400 per night! The 2nd day I was shown a room with a view of an asphalt roof which stunk of tar, which was rejected. Finally we were given the room we paid for at the end of the corridor (rooms ending in 10 are family rooms). So we enjoyed our holiday until the last night. My daughter had been Vomiting with a bug so we wanted to keep the room till 5pm, I was told price which was fine. Next morn went to pay. “hotel is full-no extension!”. So I showed her the written note of price etc. the woman was NASTY and rude. Told me to take my vomiting child to a cabana in 40degree heat. Told me I’d already complained and moved rooms over a lamp! Said we’d been given a free cabana! (We’d paid!) The manager arrived & gave me a room immediately.

Worst customer service. They over booked so we didn't get the room we paid for. They kept on telling us they will get us the right room after an argument every day (we stayed SEVEN days!!!) yet they never did. Everything in the room was broken: safe, fridge, no towels, no replenish of coffee or water (that was all included in all-inclusive). Worst part: they gave my husband and I two beds and not one double like we booked. Couldn’t even sleep next to my husband on our annual vacation!! Ruined our family trip big time.

Très bon hotel en général. L’extérieur est juste magnifique, plusieurs piscine à disposition. J’ai trouvé la chambre et la salle de bain très étroit. Le buffet du restaurant principal est assez petit on a vite fait le tour et assez répétitif. Les repas sont délicieux. J’étais à selin mais je trouve qu’il y avais beaucoup plus d’ambiance chez aishen et fulya. L’hotel selin est plus prêt de la mer mais principalement des personnes âgées donc plus calme. En conclusion je conseil fortement de visiter cette hôtel. L’extérieur est immense pas besoin de sortir dehors tout est là. La plage est superbe le sable fin. Plage peu profonde pendant longtemps ce qui est très bien pour ceux qui ne savent pas nager. Buffet à améliorer absolument.
