Superbra service och skön säng. Väldigt skönt att det gick att reglera temperaturen i rummet då det ofta är alldeles för varmt.

Nightmarish, unsafe hotel. We woke up in the middle of our last and fourth night with an awful looking, angry woman invading our room. It was around 12.30 am when I heard someone right outside the room. I screamed to ward away the intruder, but to my utter dismay she had a keycard and got in just as I leaped out of bed yelling at the top of my lungs, blocking any further entrance. She shouted back that it was her room, demanded we get out and quarreled madly. My husband and I - both undressed and in panic - stood ground, so after some minutes she abruptly left. We then tried to block the door with an arm chair, our hearts racing as we heard her pacing up and down for endless wee hours. We could not sleep. Was this a Norman Bates hotel, a madhouse? The hotel management has no emergency numbers, so you are at your own risk after 11 pm, when the reception closes. The next day the manager apologized for the horrific incident: the woman was a late arrival guest who was mistakenly assigned to our room by a confused staffer and, double mistake (!), given a master key that opened all rooms! Because of the unacceptable incident the payment for that night was waived and the manager insisted upon paying our taxi to the airport. Unfortunately this does not erase the threatening, dangerous experience at an unsafe, irresponsibly & badly managed, nightmarish hotel. If you value peace of mind, safety and wish to avoid dangerous encounters with mad people barging your room go anywhere else!

Amazing stay in Amsterdam! The place is awesome, the room was magnificent! Breakfast was delicious and the spa was wondrous after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice.

We stayed at The Noblemen from Thursday, 23 July, to Sunday, 26 July, in the Louys and Hendrick Trip Signature Room. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The room was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable, although we found the pillows too large and firm for our preference. As our room faced the canal, there was also quite a lot of outside noise, and the soundproofing could have been better. We ended up buying earplugs to ensure a good night’s sleep. We follow a plant-based and gluten-free diet, so the breakfast selection was somewhat limited. The portions also felt a little small for two people. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and service-minded, and they did their best to accommodate our dietary requirements. Before our arrival, I mentioned that my husband would be celebrating his 60th birthday during our stay and asked whether they might be able to make the breakfast that morning a little special. I received a very kind reply saying they would see what they could arrange. Unfortunately, nothing special was provided, which was a little disappointing. A highlight of our stay was the private spa in the basement. When booked, you have the entire spa area to yourself, which made the experience feel peaceful and exclusive. We enjoyed the sauna, Turkish hammam, multi-jet shower & bathtub. It was a relaxing experience that we recommend. Despite a few areas that could be improved, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the unique atmosphere of the hotel.
