Lovely little apartments clean confortable good laundry room. Was a good stay abke to cook my own food and wash all my clothes after traveling for 3 weeks in hotel rooms this made the perfect change for me as i come to the end of my travels

Elevator in the property was the highlight of my stay. Traveling with heavy luggage was easy here. The room is not that big and there is not much space to open a big piece of luggage, but the place was clean and in a quiet area. Easy to find on google maps.

Good Location, there’s laundry facilities to use, good food around, the place said no smoking but our room smelled like someone had been there smoking. Kinda small bathroom and just clean enough.

Die Zimmer sind im großen und ganzen schön eingerichtet. Die Betten und Einrichtung sind sauber. Allerdings sind die Matratzen schon gut durchgelegen und sollten getauscht werden. Außerdem ist das putzteam auch sehr nachlässig beim Wischen der Böden. Man könnte fast meinen dass sie nur kehren.

Verkehrsgünstige Lage an zentraler Straßenbahnstation. Lärmbelästigung bei geschlossenen Läden und laufender Klimaanlage erträglich.Keine Parkplätze. Nicht reparierte Schäden wie Schraube von Klapptisch in Wand rausgerissen, Leuchtmittel defekt, Ablage in Bad abgebrochen. Keine Matrazenschoner. Handtücher waren ausreichend und sauber.

Not being able to check in early was very inconvenient. Also, instructions for how and where to use the code to get the room key were lacking. However it was a good price for the time we were there and we didn’t sirens a lot of time in the room anyway. Only came and cleaned and gave new towels once in 9 days.

I really recommend this hotel. It was in a great location right across the street from a metro. The room was fabulous was quiet. It was a little hot, but it was very spacious so I highly recommend it. It was very good property.

The room had everything i needed. Easy check in. The negative points: the mattress and the pillow, thin in my opinion. Well connected with the city and airport by tram. Only 30 min walk to the centre

Location was great with the Trams just outside that went straight to the Main Train Station. This room could have been a lot better if it taken care of. Listed air conditioning but all that was there was a button that didn’t work?!? Kitchen was stocked but needed to buy dish soap to clean after. Again, all this suit needed was some maintenance/repair.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado e bem mobiliado. Tem supermercado em frente e transporte público na porta. Ótimos chuveiro e camas. Tem aquecedor. Mas tem poucas tomadas e algumas não funcionaram, assim como o microondas.

There was no reception, no way to contact anyone other than by email, the toilet constantly ran for the duration of my stay, the noise from surrounding apts was dreadful, the kitchen tap was so loose I'm amazed it didn't break... I fully expected it to. There was an ironing board but no iron and the hairdryer was covered in some sticky substance. There was only ONE chair in the apt and that was a basic wooden chair. I did not feel safe as people were coming and going all night, I think some apts are residential. The keysafe to get the key is outside in the back yard.

The stay was good but the check in process was horrible. I had 2 prior stays in Switzerland with similar apartments with no front desk person. But the other 2 communicated thru hotel.com app to let me know how to check in. Swiss Star did not communicate it at all. Took 3 hours for Hotel.com person to help me figure out the problem. Swiss Star was suppose to send a code so I could check in but because they didn't have my personal email address I never got it and they did not send me anything thru the Hotel.com app. I called and messaged multiple times and so did Hotel.com, finally after 3 hours they were able to get thru.

We trace from afar and expecting that upon coming out of the airport we will have it, but no! Arrived at the place workout means of entering! No body there to help!, no body answering phone calls! Terrible! We had to wait in line hearing a waiting music for over an hour to finally reach someone and get the code (thanks to an stranger that was willing to help. The girl on the other side of the line confessed that that was frequent. Terrible. Terrible!

it was difficult to get in the property - there was a form that needed to be filled out sent by email to recover a code in order to get the key to the room... too complicated!... not sure why they did not email the code once the booking was confirmed and paid for!

Era tutto sporco e il Wi-Fi non funzionava. La mattina, c'era gente che dormiva sulle scale. La persona nella stanza accanto aveva due biciclette che bloccavano l'ingresso, rendendo quasi impossibile il passaggio.

Es war sehr schlimm. Das Zimmer hat total schlecht gerochen und war schmutzig. Im Kühlschrank war Schimmel und auf dem Kopfkissen ein Blutfleck. Ich habe Fotos von allem gemacht. Ich hab sofort um ein neues Zimmer gebeten, aber habe keine Antwort bekommen. Weil es schon spät war, musste ich in Zimmer schlafen. Aber die zweite Nacht habe ich einem anderen Hotel in der Nähe verbracht, weil ich es nicht in dem Zimmer aufgehalten habe. Keine Kommunikation mit dem Hotel. Ich würde es niemanden empfehlen.

1. No proper instructions about the property and checkin instrections, the property number is not mentioned anywhere and had to pick from their photo. I had to make an international call to get the second room keys. Why? 2. No proper information nor communication about parking. I did speak to at least 3 other guests and all were struggling with the same. 3. WiFi didn’t work at all, all my planning for the following day is ruined. 4. Bedside lights were not working and had to switch somewhere and walk towards your bed in dark in a new place. 5. Kitchen kettle didn’t work so not even had a coffee. 6. Sink tap was loose and spills water around. 7. Air condition is joke. It simply made noise and didn’t cool the air. And no fan in the hot night. Ideally I should be getting a full refund for this one night(mare) stay for not using anything and have spent more money coming and staying in this apartment.
