This property should never have even a one star rating. The only redeeming feature was the pool which took up the whole inner courtyard except a path to rooms. The room we had was unsafe. The door did not shut unless it was locked with a key so we had to lock ourselves in with a deadbolt. One key meant that if a person left while the other was sleeping you couldn’t close the door or you were locking the other person in with no egress option. The window in our room(1st floor last room in next to pool) was MISSING a complete glass panel so there was no way to close or lock windows. This impacted both safety and noise from pool as window always open. It also impacted bugs in room. There is a slat shutter that closes with a rust clasp that is hard to close. This was not apparent on check in as the shutter and window and curtain were stacked in such a way that we didn’t notice til 10:30 at night when we got back from dinner. Beds were hard and towels thin and old. Would never stay again and would never recommend this overpriced hovel to anyone. We paid $250 US to stay in awhat should have been a $40/night room! Staff was rude and didn’t try to communicate nor was the manager interested in finding a solution to the window or door issues. There were other issues as well. The list of deficiencies was long. Horrible experience

muito decadente, ate a placa luminosa quebrada,faltando ganchos no banheiro para as toalhas, quartos minusculos, piscina somente ate as 19 horas,cobram uma taxa extra que nem sabem explicar direito,falta delimitacao nas vagas de garagem..
