Awesome views and friendly staff, with just a minor cleanliness issue The location was super convenient, and the room had a fantastic view of the fall foliage. Staff were very warm and welcoming. A fun surprise when I walked in was that there was no visible bed—it was actually built into the wall! The room was generally clean, but I was turned off when we pulled out the sofa bed and found food crumbs left on it.

The staff is amazing here at Jackson Gore Village. There were actually some issues with our stay and we reported to the front desk. The staff was really helpful and took care of the issue immediately. Katie, the manager, followed up the next day and further resolved the issue. The way they treat their customers makes me trust them in the future. We surely will come back.

The hotel grounds and amenities are awesome in fall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will say, the rooms are outdated and could’ve been cleaned a bit better. Our shower liner smelled and appeared rusty. Seems like it hadn’t been changed for a long time. Although this is something that should’ve been taken care of before our stay, they did immediately get a new liner for us when we requested one. Also, the walls and doors are extremely thin. We could hear the people who were staying next to us’ conversations. I highly recommend the mountain coaster and sunburst six lift. Both offered fantastic views and were worth the price,
