Cliff Cottage - Luxurious Seaview Retreat

I cannot describe my stay as they let someone else book the property. Realising their mistake they cancelled my booking, not the other people even though i booked first. Communication was abysmal. The host didn't respond to any SMS, call or email (3 of each). Vrbo were just bad. I was on the phone for hours to secure emergency accommodation (hotel that i found), then Vrbo had the audacity to claim that they found the emergency accommodation. They did pay for 2 of the 3 nights of the hotel stay, but under duress. We then repeated this cycle every day to agree where i was going to be sleeping each night. It was very stressful and the Vrbo guarantee is basically useless as they're passive in locating alternative accommodation.
