Our overflow guests stayed here and it was even better than the pictures. You can relax in the garden paradise out back or in the seating areas inside. Quiet and clean and super central to Eugene, Autzen and Hayward Field. #GoDucks

This property was just what we needed for my son to begin convalescence after surgery. No stairs, beautiful back yard perfect for his dog and sitting in the evening, excellent quiet well maintained neighborhood in Cal Young district. This home was larger than we needed but met our other important needs. Can easily house a large family.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The space was clean, cozy and exactly as pictured, if not better. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to shopping and ice cream. The neighborhood was cute and we enjoyed sitting in the backyard on a beautiful sunny day. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

The home and neighborhood were clean and beautiful! I enjoyed having my coffee in the backyard while watching some crows gathering nesting materials, and surrounded by gorgeous landscaping! I found the king bed very comfortable (and I'm picky), and having 2.5 baths was very nice for a group of four adults. The amenities met our needs perfectly! I appreciated that there were some basics like coffee, sugar, zero calorie sweetener, creamer, spices, and even popcorn - even though we didn't use most of it. I would definitely stay here again. Wish we had discovered the ping pong table in the garage earlier, though. :)

Our family group of 8 ranged in age from 14-78. This home was very comfortable and the layout was easy for a wheel chair and a walker to get around in.and still feel part of everything going on, no matter what room they wanted to be in. The host was great & quick to respond to questions.😊. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some The backyard is beautiful with plenty of room for the dog to enjoy also. The front and back covered porches were nice to sit with hot chocolate and watch the rain. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home Micah!

You never know what you're going to get with a VRBO. This one felt like home. The furnishings and supplies were intentional-- not just leftovers from the owner's personal home. There were lots of warm blankets and lots of fun places for our two families to hang out within the home itself. It is obvious that a lot of work, time and thought have gone into improving this home. It was super clean. The ping pong table in the garage with brand new paddles and balls was a wonderful surprise and the kids and dads spent hours in there playing instead of asking for screens. I wish we could have stayed longer! I would ABSOLUTELY, without hesitation, book this home again.

We came to Eugene for a long weekend and to see our Terps play the Ducks. This house was absolutely perfect for us. There were 7 adults that stayed comfortably in this space, we absolutely loved the layout of the house, everyone enjoyed their own sleeping quarters and the shared spaced was really nice! The home was centrally located near all the activities we planned, in a very friendly neighborhood. We loved the outdoor space, as well as the ping pong table in the garage. The colors were absolutely beautiful in early November.

This vacation home is roomy and has a great layout. Well decorated. A wonderful, wide covered front patio. The mature shrubs and the garden filled with naturalized bulbs and new sprouts...this would be a wonderful spring vacation rental. Completely fenced backyard, in a dog-walking friendly neighborhood. Nice large driveway on a street that ends, so no through traffic. It was comfortable and easily suited the needs of two adult couples with well-behaved dogs.

This was the perfect home for our extended family to meet and stay together in Eugene. Very close to markets and restaurants. The home was spotless and had plenty of space inside. Beautiful backyard surrounded by so much green! We’d stay here again.

This is a lovely, well-maintained, very clean home with a beautiful backyard. We had a family gathering/reunion here. The home is very roomy and excellent for getting together and visiting. The public spaces include a living room, a den and a dining room as well as a beautiful patio outside. The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable! Check-in and out were easy and the hosts were very responsive.

Upon arrival cleaning person said front door handle broke off but owner would come by and fix it the afternoon. never heard from her/him. Also some things in the house were inadequate like empty soap in bathroom shower and empty coffee container in kitchen. Emailed owner to a sk for extra time departing - 10:00 depart is unusual and too early, and never heard back. Also no recycling available. Cleaning and prep appears to have been rushed and incomplete. House was otherwise good and very nice quite neighborhood.

What a pleasant surprise when we arrived and the home is actually prettier in person compared to website. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The only thing I would recommend is a single cup brewer, to make having coffee easier for all.

My family celebrated Christmas on New Years Eve in Eugene with my daughter who lives there. My other two daughters, their families, and my husband and I stayed at this Cal Young home. We were very comfortable and felt at home there. It was clean and quiet. Very roomy. Thank you for the hospitality!

Large floor plan and 4 bedrooms were great for accommodating the 5 of us. All necessary bathroom, linens and kitchen amenities we needed were supplied. Nice outdoor seating in front and back yard with large trees to shade seating areas.

My family was in Eugene for my son's University of Oregon graduation. Micah's home is in a safe, quiet and central location that had plenty of room for my extended family of 9 and a pre-graduation brunch and meeting place. The kitchen has 2 ovens for anyone who likes to cook. The beds were comfortable. Micah was very responsive and accommodating of a late request to support my brother-in-law's dog when his kennel appointment fell through. I highly recommend!

My kids and I were in Eugene for graduation. This home was centrally located to everything we needed to do. Communication with the host/property manager was always timely and helpful. Great place for a family gathering. Pet friendly too! Overall fantastic VRBO rental.

Upon arrival cleaning person said front door handle broke off but owner would come by and fix it the afternoon. never heard from her/him. Also some things in the house were inadequate like empty soap in bathroom shower and empty coffee container in kitchen. Emailed owner to a sk for extra time departing - 10:00 depart is unusual and too early, and never heard back. Also no recycling available. Cleaning and prep appears to have been rushed and incomplete. House was otherwise good and very nice quite neighborhood.

Everything was perfect! Check in was easy and the kitchen was large enough to cook for our group of 7. The neighbor is quiet and the backyard is secluded and beautifully landscape. Loved this place! Will book again when we are back in Eugene.

We stayed here for my daughters track meet at Hayward. Although not walkable it’s a 10 min drive. House was comfortable with a lovely back yard. It’s in a quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac. Perfect for us

Our overflow guests stayed here and it was even better than the pictures. You can relax in the garden paradise out back or in the seating areas inside. Quiet and clean and super central to Eugene, Autzen and Hayward Field. #GoDucks

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The space was clean, cozy and exactly as pictured, if not better. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to shopping and ice cream. The neighborhood was cute and we enjoyed sitting in the backyard on a beautiful sunny day. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

My family was in Eugene for my son's University of Oregon graduation. Micah's home is in a safe, quiet and central location that had plenty of room for my extended family of 9 and a pre-graduation brunch and meeting place. The kitchen has 2 ovens for anyone who likes to cook. The beds were comfortable. Micah was very responsive and accommodating of a late request to support my brother-in-law's dog when his kennel appointment fell through. I highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Micah's beautiful home. It was very clean, and had lots of good space for family members to have separate space as well as room to all be together. Extra chairs in the garage, and a fun ping pong table (for our next visit). The backyard was beautiful. Flowers blooming. Our two Portuguese water dogs had a super time running around, and our great niece had a lot of fun with her first Easter egg hunt. Safeway, Market of Choice and Trader Joes are all really close - as well as many good places for take out. Beds comfortable and kitchen quite well stocked for cooking. Definitely recommend.
