Walk to Downtown Meredith | Private Pool & Hot Tub

This house was beautiful. Peaceful, quiet setting with a cute swing in the front yard. Check in was simple and easy. Host was responsive to any messages sent. House was very clean and accomodating. Beds were all really comfortable. Great outdoor space perfect for entertaining with the pool, deck, grill and hot tub.

Beautiful, very clean and well kept home, we were 10 people, beds are very comfortable, it was rainy weekend but the jacuzzi came in handy for the teens along with the Pac-man arcade and foosball table, very close and walkable to Meredith Center where all the action is. Plenty of parking and a big beautiful yard. Mark was a great host and corresponded quickly if needed. Hope to stay here again!

This home has a lot of great space both indoors and out. The host is responsive with direct, home related questions both before and during the stay. The kids loved the hot tub and pool - and the grownups enjoyed the location and proximity to the activities we had planned.I am unsure if there was an issue with housekeeping before we arrived but there were a few things that could be improved: 1. The towels. It looked like we had the hosts personal towels, a mismatched pile of older, faded, frayed, stained towels. 2. Pillows. For each room of the house - there was a max of two pillows per bed and they were flat. To the point where after the first night - we bought new pillows and towels to complete our stay. 3. Keurig, we realized there was mold in the water tank after we had all taken the first sip. We tried to clean it but there were barely any cleaning products to use. 4. Paper goods: we ran out of both paper towels (half roll to start with) and toilet paper (no backups in any bathroom) during our stay. We were hesitant to buy our own given the septic tank rules we received. With some simple modifications and updates - this property could be perfect.

We had a wonderful time. My grandkids enjoyed the pool and being close to everything. We used firepit and enjoyed making smores. There is a hottub but we didn’t use it. All in all Great vacation

This place was very nice! We had a great time on the lake and just hanging by the pool. At night we used the hot tub. All the bedrooms and common areas were very clean! Mark was very responsive to every question we had! We would come back here the area was perfect!

This home was super clean in every way. The modern smart features made controlling everything very easy. Beds are very comfortable. While this home is not advertised as ADA compliant it’s not far off. Only 2 short steps to enter the house, main floor is very open with everything needed and accessible for a person with limited mobility. Only one short step down to the deck with grill, hot tub, awning overlooking a very private property with firepit. Hot tub is in great condition and very clean. We didn’t use the pool but it sure looked nice. The host was very responsive to questions prior to our decision on this property and very detail with instruction. Location is very short distance to downtown Meredith with several great restaurants and other conveniences. Would highly recommend this home for families of all ages.

The house was great. Clean, new, and the AC worked great. All was in good shape. The pool is very small, good for a quick dip but not a swim. The hot tub is lovely. Mark, the owner, was helpful and very responsive. We vacationed there to be close to lake Winnipesaukee for daily beach access. The two town beaches were a couple miles away and the nice beach (Leavitt Park/Beach) is clearly marked for locals only with a resident sticker. We went there in the evenings with no problem but they may ticket during the day. The other beach Waukewan is right next to the road and not as nice (a little dirty, not much beach) but water access was quick and easy. There were no docks or anything to play on in the water so bring your own floats and toys if you want to keep the kids entertained for the day.

The house was absolutely amazing! My sons totally loved the hot tub, the pool, and the arcade game. We hadn’t been on vacation since 2019, and it was so much fun! We can’t thank you enough!

Instructions are clear and Mark answered very promptly with any questions I had. The outdoor space was perfect for 8 people, and there is a beautiful view of the lake! Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking in the Meredith area.

For the most part this was a nice house. However, some appliances were so dirty they were unusable. Some of the towels left for us were rag worthy. There was no welcome note, letter, anything upon arrival - we had to ask for the wifi. No directions of any kind for appliances, smart things, etc. The filter light was blinking in the fridge-should have been replaced. Told that we would incur extra cost to park additional car-not a great thing to add on addiitonal cost-not sending a good message to very responsible guests. Couch in the living room needs to be cleaned. Thank you.

The house was just what we were looking for - great location, quiet and private. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. That being said some of the incidentals were not what we were looking for. The upstairs bathroom soap dispenser was empty with no refill in sight. The bath tub drain must have been clogged because we were standing in ankle-deep water by the end of the shower. The clothes dryer broke down before we arrived and we only had a few towels for 5 people. I messaged the host who gave me the code to access the linen closet in which I found several wet towels hanging on hooks. We placed them outside to hopefully dry which they eventually did but we did not have nearly enough towels for 5 people. Also the condition of the towels left a lot to be desired. I realize that appliances do break down but for the money that was spent for a two-night stay at this property I was not expecting to have an insufficient number of towels for my family. I have never stayed in a place that did not have a flat sheet over the top of the bottom fitted one - this was a first! We also discovered black mold in the top of the refrigerated water pitcher after several of us drank from it. Sometimes it’s the little touches that really add to the enjoyment of your stay. For example a box of tissues in the bathrooms would have been much appreciated. For what it’s worth these are just a few of the observations noted that would not be difficult to rectify for the future.

There was no welcome book to explain how everything worked. Getting in with provided code was difficult. No WiFi password and couldn’t get a response till the day before we were do to leave. Had to wash silverware and pans before use. Kitchen not well equipped to make a meal in I had to go by a baking pan so I could cook in the oven. I know they are new to this process is what I was told but you need to research and see how others run. I hope they fix things and have great success at it.

I would suggest new pillows and towels but they were fine. I would rent again for sure.

All of us said wow when we walked in. A beautiful home nestled in a wooded area of Meredith. Spacious, clean and comfortable. We had 6 adults and the size was perfect with us all having just the space we needed. The Pac Man game was icing on the cake.

Overall fantastic stay - the house was inviting and clean, the couches and beds were comfortable, there were plenty of blankets and linens provided. All the appliances were in great condition and not only did every room have a huge TV, every room had its own thermostat and heating/cooling system, which, in my opinion, is the most awesome thing about the house. There was even a door separating the downstairs bedrooms from the living room, which helped with noise reduction and privacy. The location was great, right down the road from downtown but somehow still tucked away in the woods. My only complaint is that I would’ve liked more chairs at the kitchen table, but I’m nit picking.

Clean. Great communication

Our group of 10 stayed for just one overnight after a concert. The house was perfect for all of us. Very clean & modern. Great location. Communication was great and I had a quick response to any questions that I had. Just wished we had stayed longer. We love the area!

Beautiful location, very quiet and no close neighbors . Great amenities and plenty of space.We stayed in the winter so the hot tub was great.Really good communication with the property manager.Overall a fantastic stay

The property is very close to town yet tucked away from the main roads and gives you the feel of being out in the country. Loved the hot tub and saw several shooting stars! The house has everything you need and the host answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!

Very impressed with the house. Plenty of things for the kids and adults. Location was perfect close to the center of Meredith but also tucked away down a private drive.
