Sunrise Waterfront Potomac Beach Haus near Two Beaches

Estuary-side property just a short walk to extremely quiet sandy beaches, The property itself is clean and has all you'll need. Recommend renting a golf cart to get around in Colonial Beach.

Spent many years in this area and this beautiful home allowed us to step back in time for a bit. Exactly as described and great location! Heather was prompt with responses and we had no issues. Loved it!

PROS *Ideal location - central to the two beaches and water views *Quaint waterfront community *Friendly people *Hot tub *Activity shed decently stocked *Communication with owner, resulted in quick, detailed responses *I suggest renting a golfcart or bringing bikes to explore the area CONS *We came in August and there were sooooo many jellyfish we never once got in the water. This was a dissappointment as the beaches were nice. *There was an ant issue in the kitchen area. When I mentioned this the owner she immediately responded that they had a service and could schedule to have it sprayed. We had two infants so declined the spray even though the spraying would be outside. We purchased ant traps but they did not help at all. We were dilligent in making sure there was no food left out, but still had signifigants ants daily for the full week. All and all its was lovely home and neighborhood and we enjoyed our stay. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with.

This was great for our little family and the amenities helped get us settled in with our 20 month old. Such a cool area and prime location! Heather was a wonderful host and very responsive!

What a fabulous home with all the little extras that you would need on a family getaway!! This charming home was just as described and so much more. My favorite was the outside space looking out over the Potomac. Being a bird enthusiast - the Osprey were amazing to watch as they were building their nests. Would love to visit again!
