The cottage was beautiful! Comfy bed, loved the dock and private boat ramp for our little fishing boat. Close to town, took the boat over to Docks and Decks to eat lunch one day. The owners provide everything you need, including two kayaks and water toys for swimming off the dock. We will be back!!

The house was clean, and in a great location. The only two issues that I had with the house itself was that it was cold at night and there were no spare blankets. Also, that the shower was extremely small. One of the anglers was 6'5" and barely was able to use the shower. Outside of the house was great, except for the fact we were not allowed to use the boat lift. This feature was one of the main reasons I booked this house, so that I wouldnt have to take my boat in and out of the water. I was told to just tie up to the pier, but during our stay the winds had ranged from 15-35 mph guest and I didnt want my new boat banging into the pier all night. It would have been nice to see in the listing that the boat lift was not available for tenants to use. Overall it was a good experience other than the issues listed above.

The cottage is very comfortable. You walk through it and exit the back door, and suddenly, you've found paradise. There is a huge deck overlooking Weiss Lake, replete with a large outdoor table and chairs. A walk down a path towards the waterfront opens to a dock that spans about 80% of the property, where I caught 25 small crappie (odd name for a fish you can eat) during our stay. My wife took advantage of the paddleboard and enjoyed swimming.

I can’t say enough about our stay at this charming little cottage! The place was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need—except the food, of course—which made settling in so easy and comfortable.My husband and I are both avid anglers, so having access to a private fishing dock was a huge bonus. We caught plenty of crappie—enough to enjoy a fresh fish dinner during our stay and still take home enough for a couple more meals!The host was incredibly kind and went out of their way to accommodate a special request from my husband, which we truly appreciated. They also checked in periodically just to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay.One unexpected highlight was the arcade system—playing those classic games brought back so many great memories from my teenage years!I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.— Regina F.

this little place is so cute. It is an older house that I'm sure could tell a few stories. The azaleas were in full bloom. Very convenient boat dock and boat launch. The only negative thing would be the boat launch needs some repair work. But we would stay there again for sure.

The house was very clean. It’s an older home but was clean, colorful, and had everything we needed. Enjoyed docking our pontoon boat on the nice boat dock. Had strings of lights around the deck and dock. Enjoyed the lights and view of the lake. Easy and short distance to the lake.

We traveled from Indiana for Spring Break. We loved our stay! We had everything we needed and more! The owners were amazing and helpful. Having an extra kayak was great and the paddle board was fun! They had an arcade area that was cool. Would definitely come back in the summer! One issue we had were the windows. There were no curtains on the front door or the windows throughout the main part of the house. You could easily be seen at night. Also, the chairs they show in the first picture weren’t there. Nothing to complain about, we were just looking forward to lounging in them! Great hosts, great stay. Would still rate 5/5!!

Property has an amazing view of the lake. Deep water year round and great fishing. The gaming table inside is a plus. Decks outside well kept and easy access. Many of the items like kayaks and such are not accessible when you rent, but you pretty much have the place to yourself and use of everything on the premises. Jessica and Steven are fantastic hosts. There for you any time you have questions. Will most definitely be staying again in the future.

The cottage was spotless and well appointed. The outdoor living was incredible and offered easy access to the dock for fishing and sunning. We enjoyed our relaxing stay and plan to return soon.

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved fishing off the dock so well I didn.t even use my boat it just sat in the driveway all weekend! The owners where great and the cleaning lady was so nice plus it was spotless inside 10/10 Would recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at serenity pointe. The cottage was really nice and clean. My 12 year old grandson really liked the gaming amenities. Sitting on the back deck and boat dock in the evenings was enjoyable. Would definitely come back again. Communication with property manager was excellent!

I stayed for three nights in February of 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed the property. It was nice and clean and the king size bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The weather was unseasonably so I was able to make use of the patio and dock space. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the Leesburg area.

This cottage is in a beautiful location with spectacular views of Lake Weiss. The host has thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. It's tastefully decorated and has nice amenities that other cottages in the area did not have. It's quiet and peaceful. We loved relaxing on the deck, enjoying the breeze from the lake and the sounds of the water and the birds. We will return!

We stayed Nov 5-10 and had picture perfect weather. We especially enjoyed fishing off the dock. We almost lost both our rods & reels to fish pulling them in. One literally teetered off the dock with the rod pointing vertically downward and the reel just barely hung up on the end of the dock. The other pole got pulled all the way in, and we had to fish it out with the other pole. We caught a nice variety, large mouth bass, striped bass and crappie. We saw black squirrels (didn't know they existed), a beaver cruising the lake, ducks, and lots of birds and chipmunks. The house may be old, but it is kept very clean. It was fun playing PacMan and the Frogger game, What a blast from the past. We had WIFI access the whole time and Roku was easy to operate and get access to Netflix. We had a great time at Serenity Pointe and would love to come back another time.

As we arrived the house was painted such a cheerful color we couldn't help but smile. The interior did not disappoint as it was light and bright as well. The cottage had a nice king size bed, a roomy kitchen, a 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds, a deck, covered dock, and patio provided many opportunities to rest and relax. The location on the lake was very nice! Great views of the lake and sunsets. With all these features, we were able to overlook the small shower. The location is close to Leesburg restaurants and stores so it is centrally located. We look forward to a return visit.

Very quiet and peaceful place. Unfortunately the fish weren't biting much. We enjoyed our stay. The lake view was beautiful! The shower was very small. The main bed was big and comfortable. We enjoyed the retro games on the video arcade macine. We are already considering visiting again!

From start to finish the communication with the property managers was excellent. The location was amazing and very clean. My friends and I.. there were 3 of us… enjoyed every aspect of this lake house. We were able to sit out on the large deck and have great conversation and the propane grill really hit the spot. Also we love to fish and we’re able to enjoy a relaxing time from the boat dock fishing. I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful relaxing lake house property and we will definitely be back when we visit Weiss Lake again!

We really enjoyed our stay at serenity pointe. The cottage was really nice and clean. My 12 year old grandson really liked the gaming amenities. Sitting on the back deck and boat dock in the evenings was enjoyable. Would definitely come back again. Communication with property manager was excellent!

I can’t say enough about our stay at this charming little cottage! The place was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need—except the food, of course—which made settling in so easy and comfortable.My husband and I are both avid anglers, so having access to a private fishing dock was a huge bonus. We caught plenty of crappie—enough to enjoy a fresh fish dinner during our stay and still take home enough for a couple more meals!The host was incredibly kind and went out of their way to accommodate a special request from my husband, which we truly appreciated. They also checked in periodically just to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay.One unexpected highlight was the arcade system—playing those classic games brought back so many great memories from my teenage years!I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.— Regina F.

I stayed for three nights in February of 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed the property. It was nice and clean and the king size bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The weather was unseasonably so I was able to make use of the patio and dock space. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the Leesburg area.

We traveled from Indiana for Spring Break. We loved our stay! We had everything we needed and more! The owners were amazing and helpful. Having an extra kayak was great and the paddle board was fun! They had an arcade area that was cool. Would definitely come back in the summer! One issue we had were the windows. There were no curtains on the front door or the windows throughout the main part of the house. You could easily be seen at night. Also, the chairs they show in the first picture weren’t there. Nothing to complain about, we were just looking forward to lounging in them! Great hosts, great stay. Would still rate 5/5!!

Property has an amazing view of the lake. Deep water year round and great fishing. The gaming table inside is a plus. Decks outside well kept and easy access. Many of the items like kayaks and such are not accessible when you rent, but you pretty much have the place to yourself and use of everything on the premises. Jessica and Steven are fantastic hosts. There for you any time you have questions. Will most definitely be staying again in the future.

Owners did a great job explaining everything and setting expectations. One of our favorite vacations. Nice clean rustic place with a small shower on a very quiet lake. Not your place if u want to throw a large party.

My wife and I needed a break from work, and our week-long stay at this cottage on Weiss Lake was just what we were looking for. We fished from the dock and floated on our large inflatable. It was such a peaceful week. We really didn’t want to leave, especially after she caught the biggest fish she had ever caught.

It was great. It reminded me of staying at Grandmas house. It was great spot on the lake. The dock was the best and the back porch. We stay outside mostly so we loved the stay.

Did some relaxing, fishing and shopping. Loved the site, location and surrounding area, it was just what we were looking. Not the best time of the year for fishing but it was the only time we could come.

The cottage is very comfortable. You walk through it and exit the back door, and suddenly, you've found paradise. There is a huge deck overlooking Weiss Lake, replete with a large outdoor table and chairs. A walk down a path towards the waterfront opens to a dock that spans about 80% of the property, where I caught 25 small crappie (odd name for a fish you can eat) during our stay. My wife took advantage of the paddleboard and enjoyed swimming.

This cottage is in a beautiful location with spectacular views of Lake Weiss. The host has thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. It's tastefully decorated and has nice amenities that other cottages in the area did not have. It's quiet and peaceful. We loved relaxing on the deck, enjoying the breeze from the lake and the sounds of the water and the birds. We will return!

As we arrived the house was painted such a cheerful color we couldn't help but smile. The interior did not disappoint as it was light and bright as well. The cottage had a nice king size bed, a roomy kitchen, a 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds, a deck, covered dock, and patio provided many opportunities to rest and relax. The location on the lake was very nice! Great views of the lake and sunsets. With all these features, we were able to overlook the small shower. The location is close to Leesburg restaurants and stores so it is centrally located. We look forward to a return visit.

Cute and cozy cottage with great location on the lake. Had a great time on Lake Weiss. There was awesome hiking trails/waterfalls fairly close. Biked a section of the Chief Ladiga trail and that was nice too. Private launch was a huge plus, It saved a lot of the headaches of putting our boat in and taking it out.Cottage had everything we needed and layout was very nice and comfortable.Thanks for everything.

This is our second time staying here and we love it. It’s a beautiful place and very clean. Has everything you need for a stay. The homeowner is very fast with responding to any questions. Spent a lot of time on the private dock fishing. We will definitely be back!!

The home was perfect!! Very clean and in excellent location with great views from the deck and the dock. Boat ramp is usable year round in deeper water. Also if you need anything (forgot anything) town is a few minutes away. Thank you for hosting!!!
