We had a very nice stay here. I had seen these house boats last time I was in the SF area and wanted to try them out. It was nice when the tide was up as you had a very gentle movement on board. Unit was very clean and we enjoyed having the W/D in the unit. Owner gave very detailed instructions and the stay was easily managed. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to experience the house boat.

I needed a home away from home for a couple nights and I got just that. The houseboat has everything you will need to have a comfortable stay. It was like being in my house! The owners have clear instructions and were great with communication.

The boat and accommodations were comfortable & lovely inside. We were in unit A which is the one in the back with a side deck. The bed is beyond comfortable. Not much space for suitcases as we were traveling across the country for a week but it all worked out. For us it rained the whole time. Poured and the wind…but the boat house was solid. The area is interesting. The house is located behind some industrial buildings. The parking is all based on the tides. We did not have any problems. Sausalito is a short drive to the downtown area and restaurants. And the ferry to San Fran. Also a short drive to a Muir Woods and about an to Napa and Sonoma. and never shook.

Harold the host was an absolute delight! He shared local knowledge and did everything he could to make sure we had everything we needed! Sausalito is so much fun to visit! The condo had all of the amenities we needed for our stay, the view was beautiful, the bed comfortable and we had a great time! If you haven't stayed on a houseboat condo before, this is a fun and different!

We came for a weekend getaway and Harold communicated clearly with excellent details. His floating condo was clean and exactly as described with all of the amenities we needed for a relaxing weekend. It was close to great restaurants and an easy drive to Muir Woods. We will definitely be back when we need to have a weekend of connection and relaxation. The views of Richardson Bay were very peaceful.

The condo had all of the amenities we needed for our stay, the view was beautiful, the bed comfortable and we had a great time! If you haven't stayed on a houseboat condo before, this is a fun and different!
Harold the host was an absolute delight! He shared local knowledge and did everything he could to make sure we had everything we needed! Sausalito is so much fun to visit! The condo had all of the amenities we needed for our stay, the view was beautiful, the bed comfortable and we had a great time! We came for a weekend getaway and Harold communicated clearly with excellent details. His floating condo was clean and exactly as described with all of the amenities we needed for a relaxing weekend. It was close to great restaurants and an easy drive to Muir Woods. We will definitely be back when we need to have a weekend of connection and relaxation. The views of Richardson Bay were very peaceful.

We had an exceptional experience at this property, which matched the description perfectly. Parking was a breeze, and locating the lockbox with the keys was straightforward. The interior was spotless and cozy, offering more amenities than we anticipated. The stunning views of the bay and the nearby sea-plane dock were truly spectacular! The exterior deck provided an excellent spot for watching birds and airplanes, adding to the charm of our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we were well-rested each morning. We loved the convenient access to a nearby paved trail, which made for a delightful walk into Sausalito for breakfast. Additionally, the property’s proximity to Highway 101 made traveling north and south a hassle-free experience. The host was wonderfully communicative, providing clear instructions for parking (considering the tides) and detailed information on accessing and operating everything in the unit. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The boat and accommodations were comfortable & lovely inside. We were in unit A which is the one in the back with a side deck. The bed is beyond comfortable. Not much space for suitcases as we were traveling across the country for a week but it all worked out. For us it rained the whole time. Poured and the wind…but the boat house was solid. The area is interesting. The house is located behind some industrial buildings. The parking is all based on the tides. We did not have any problems. Sausalito is a short drive to the downtown area and restaurants. And the ferry to San Fran. Also a short drive to a Muir Woods and about an to Napa and Sonoma. and never shook.

Host was wonderful with providing valuable information about the area, good dining, and fun local experiences. The stay was lovely, clean, and so relaxing!
