Very nice and modern hotel. The breakfast was very good, but there could have been more seating. The pool was good, but they were short on towels.

Pool was gross, but room was nice. Front desk was super friendly. Lots of fun shops near.

The first room we were given had a horrible smell. It also had black grease footprints on the carpet and the sheets did not look clean. We went down and requested a different room. The second room was clean and worked out fine. The rooms don’t block out noise. We could hear noisy guests in the hallway. Only one elevator was working. For being a newer hotel, I was surprised by some of these items. The free breakfast was great. It provided a wide variety of hot and cold options.

All the staff we interacted with were friendly and happy to provide assistance. My wife and I found all the facilities we used at the hotel to be clean and well kept. The pool was a great oasis after a hot humid day in Warsaw and Winona Lake area.

I wish I could offer a like. Lobby restrooms were disgustingly dirty. Elevator had trash in corners as if the floors hadn't been swept in ages. Not enough parking spaces. One staff member for checking at 3pm of a sold out hotel is not wise. That staff member swore numerous times discussing a room that had been marked clean but wasn't. We were told there was no housekeeping staff at 315pm. Our bathroom was luckily not filthy but definitely not dirty. We found small hairs all over our bedsheets we are uncertain in thy ever were actually changed.

Great value! The only suggestion is to have a little more outdoor space and seating for conversation. We were in town for a funeral with extended family. We didn’t want to be cooped up on a beautiful day and had nowhere else to go, so we sat outside which quickly filled up with other guests.

The staff is very friendly, perfect for families. We enjoyed the workout center and the pool. The free breakfast every day is wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Desk clerk not familiar with check out policy. Saw a bug in the room and near the dining area. Toliet was tempermental about flushing. Pool was closed. Blood on sheets when I checked in. I assumed maid would change it the next day when I pulled the coverlet off, very noticeable. She didn't. Had to have them come back and change the bed.

The hotel was well maintained and in a safe area. Our room was very clean. The breakfast was enjoyable and tasty.

Worst hotel experience of my life! My family and I got to the hotel very late. We checked into our room and soon realized the sheets had not been washed nor had the room been properly cleaned. There was makeup smeared on the pillowcase, hairs on both pillows and one pillow reeked of body odor! The floor had obviously not been swept- there was hair, crumbs, and even a dirty bandaid on the carpet. The bathroom toilet seat was dirty and the shower and bathroom floors had hair everywhere. We called the front desk and asked for a new room which had actually been cleaned. We were told the lady working the front desk would have to personally clean it since housekeeping was gone. A few minutes later, she informed us that the room that was supposed to be vacant actually had someone in it when she went in it! Therefore, there were no available rooms. Although we were dead tired and needed a room to sleep in, we chose to drive through the night instead of staying in someone else’s filth. The lady at the front desk didn’t know how to issue a refund. She told us someone would email me the next morning. I heard nothing. After calling the hotel daily, we were told the Manager was the only one that could refund us. We left messages for her 4+ times. Finally, after 4 days of calling, one of the hotel employees laughed and told us not to expect her to ever call us back. Manager never called but finally got our refund initiated a week later. No apology or nothing. Don’t ever stay here!

Did like the location, did not like at all the hair in the shower like it was not cleaned, my pillow was dirty like it was not clean so it made me guess what else was skipped during the lack of cleaning

There were small pieces of trash on the floor of our hallway and the floor of the elevator. They were there all 4 days of our stay. Also, the alarm clock in the room was non-operative. It was unplugged when we checked in, I tried to reset it, and gave up and unplugged it again.

The service was great, the workers very helpful. My room had a strange noise all night, humming. I think it might have been the AC unit. Annoying as I fell asleep.

We had a great experience here. The beds were super comfortable, the hotel was very quiet, breakfast was good and the coffee was even great! Highly recommend!

Comfortable stay but the property is aging, indicated by the bathroom.

I had asked for a room close to the elevator. I walk with a can or walker. The room we were given was the one farthest from the elevator. I also believe that I had reserved an accessible room. There was a low bathtub with low grab bars. I don’t see a horizontal grab bar fir getting out of thr tub. And one last thing. The bed is very high. For someone with accessibility issues that is a big problem. It comes up to my waist and I couldn't get into bed also. I just hope that if I get up during the night my friend is up as well to help me make into ted.

Most comfortable bed I’ve EVER slept in. Only complaint is that there was no bottled water available during the entirety of my visit

Easy to get to, fast response to needs.

Poorly run compared to similar hotels and other hotels in the area. Room had one set of towels, no washcloths, no bath mat. Coffee machines in the lobby were not working when we checked in, and the night shift clerk did not know how to fix them; I assume that was another day shift task left unfinished. Bathroom sink was not clean around the edges or a long the top of the backsplash. Enamel is peeling off the bottom of the tub. The key cards deactivated every day (not just for us - others had the same issue). Fridge was dirty on all the inside edges. Looked for the two day shift managers to get towels, and both were gone from the desk, not in the offices or the laundry room. They were snotty with me for stepping back to call and look for them. Offices were wide open, desk was wide open. No bell or sign indicating a return time. Just not a place I will stay again.

We were a little put off by the fact we could not get 2 more towels the day we arrived. The room only had 2 towels in it. We had 4 adults staying in the room. When we asked, we were told they did not have anymore towels. The next morning, we asked again to a different person, and they said they would try to find us some. The breakfast that morning was a struggle as well. The person working the breakfast seemed to struggle with keeping up with stocking the food. They were pretty much out of everything. I gave it a 3 star because everyone I encountered, with exception of one, seemed to want to go above to try and help with what they could. I did appreciate that.

When I got to my room, I went to take a quick shower before going out to eat. I found a black spider on the shower curtain and a brown spider on the floor leading into the bathroom. I went to the front desk and told Rachel who was the manager about this, and she asked me if I was a Holiday Inn member and I she told me she could do nothing about this and gave me a deer in the headlights look that I was upset about having spiders in my room. I left the front desk feeling I was not an important customer to Holiday Inn Express.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff!

This place was really clean and a nice quiet place to rest. The hotel staff was friendly with easy check in. The breakfast was really good for a hotel breakfast. I stayed here while attending a football game at Notre Dame. Easy driving distance to stay out a little bit. I would highly recommend this property.

This hotel is top notch! Location provides excellent aces to Warsaw and surrounding lakes, shopping, and dining.

Very nice hotel, but there is a train that runs quite a bit, not a big deal for me. everything you expect from HOLIDAY INN.

we were in town for a family event in Pierceton and the location was convenient for everything that we needed and wanted to do.

Warsaw is a lovely little hidden gem by Winona Lake and this hotel is convenient to it all!

The hotel was well maintained and in a safe area. Our room was very clean. The breakfast was enjoyable and tasty.

Hotel was good except for no hot breakfast . The attendant wasn’t at fault . She said her oven was broke. All we were offered were cold rolls and possibly pancakes but not sure about even that. Disappointed about that. Had to go next door for hot breakfast. Otherwise hotel was good. We’ve stayed there before and chose it on this trip.

Very nice hotel and staff. The breakfast really let it down. The coffee was even lousy. The pancake maker was still broken. I guess I was just looking forward to a decent breakfast.

Breakfast provided a good variety of foods that were fresh and warm.

Room was great except for the tile flooring in bathroom and entryway. It was not clean. Shower door was spotty but appeared to be clean. Water spots all over it. However, we had the best breakfast we’ve had in several years. We’ve stayed at many over the years and this was exceptional.

Room was clean and service was excellent. The breakfast was by far the best I have ever had. So many options and it all tasted great!

The stay was great. The staff was excellent and very kind. One morning there was no food available for breakfast, the entire place had been emptied out. The cooking staff was most likely overwhelmed with the amount of people who were there for the eclipse. I have very much enjoyed staying at this hotel and hope to visit again.

The room was good however the breakfast attendant was terrible. The attendant was sloppy and did not keep food out or when asked put omelets that were cold in the middle and no cinnamon rolls one morning. Very disappointing from other Holiday Inns I have stayed at.
