I was doing a week long residency at the Millspace and need somewhere close by that I could have reliable Internet, a kitchen to prevent going out to eat regularly, and a good night rest. The property was very comfortable! The kitchen was well supplied with a small variety of useful items (including Tupperware!) that made cooking very easy. It was perfectly clean, nothing out of place at all. It was also well stocked with things like toilet paper and paper towels so a party of more than 1 would be comfortable for an extended stay.I was also very impressed by the ease of working with the host. My husband came to town to see my production so I had asked if it was ok for a second car to be present overnight; the listing says it can sleep five, but I had only booked for myself and did not want to displace parking for any tenants of the building. All in all, this was a perfect experience. I work in Newmarket quite often and will very likely book this apartment again if it's available!

Great place to stay! Very clean and cozy, plenty of parking and in a quiet area. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. Highly recommend this place.

Overall very pleasant stay. Was visiting my mother who moved to Newmarket recently and this place is about 1 mile from the downtown area. There are no motels in town. It is a second floor unit at the back of the property, that looks like some kind of converted barn structure. Very clean and quiet. Well stocked for the morning coffee. Two full beds that were OK. Note that it is located in a rather secluded spot and would probably be challenging to find if you were arriving at night. It's off the 'main' road a bit but there is no house number at the road. Once you know where it is, not a problem.

Interior a bit dated but very clean. There was no picture of the outside surrounds when booking. Extremely disappointed when arrived. Debris everywhere and very un-kept. Didn't think I was at the right place. However, served the purpose of a place to sleep.
