Tidy 2-Bed w/ Parking!🚗Wine!🍷UNH👩🏻‍🎓

Overall very pleasant stay. Was visiting my mother who moved to Newmarket recently and this place is about 1 mile from the downtown area. There are no motels in town. It is a second floor unit at the back of the property, that looks like some kind of converted barn structure. Very clean and quiet. Well stocked for the morning coffee. Two full beds that were OK. Note that it is located in a rather secluded spot and would probably be challenging to find if you were arriving at night. It's off the 'main' road a bit but there is no house number at the road. Once you know where it is, not a problem.

Interior a bit dated but very clean. There was no picture of the outside surrounds when booking. Extremely disappointed when arrived. Debris everywhere and very un-kept. Didn't think I was at the right place. However, served the purpose of a place to sleep.

the outside area could be cleaned up a little but dont let that stop you. Theres plenty of parking, beautiful inside, Great communication, clean inside, cozy, then they even gave a bottle of wine. I will stay again. Thank you Travis. overall 4stars!!

Very quick on helping out when having an issue with smoke detectors

Travis was very good at communication and even had his cleaners try to finish earlier so we could check in early. The place was cute and perfect for what we needed it for. Thanks Travis.
