HUGE Family Cabin i Northern Michigan på två sjöar och 10 Acres!

This was the perfect property for our family getaway. The beach was great for the kids, with beautiful clear water! The host was great, and very responsive. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place for you!

This rental was perfect for our needs. Very spacious to hold 12 adults. It was clean and a beautiful location. The owner was super responsive and helpful. We do wish the wifi was better, we had some challenges steaming sometimes. Other than that, it was great!

Good call on the StarLink internet; game changer.

We had a wonderful time staying at Two Lakes Lodge in Irons, MI. We were a group of 23, 9 adults and 14 children. Before arriving we were a bit concerned that although there were enough beds to sleep in, we might be very cramped because the lodge itself is only 2500 sq Ft. But the layout is well designed and quite efficient so we never felt crowded. The description of the lodge was accurate. The kitchen had every kind of tool or pot or pan we could have needed for a week stay. Having a washer and dryer available was great with so many people. We loved the deck and spent most evenings around the fire pit. The kids spent hours swimming, fishing and rowing around on the kayaks, paddle boat and row boats. The weather wasn’t the best the last couple of days of our stay but we still had fun playing games and fellowshipping with each other. We would definitely return to this VRBO.

Property was great, just as last year. Kids had a blast. Great property for dogs as well. Lake and beach were perfect for the kids.

Loved every minute of it!! Our group ended up being smaller than planned with only 8 adults, 1 8yo, 1 infant and an old dog, but even if everyone were able to come, we still would have had plenty of room. Although we had cold and rainy weather 3 out of 5 days, we were still able to enjoy all the amenities! We loved fishing off the dock & and the 2 john boats were great to have! Midget Lake was something like a Bob Ross painting, just beautiful!!! We loved having the bar in the house, and all the games & cards & poker chips you could ever need. The Dublin General store was only like a 4min drive away & fully stocked with everything you could possibly need… we loved that store enough to get a couple souvenir shirts!! We had a fire going in the pit for 3 days straight & most of the family found themselves gathered around the fire….the beds were comfy…the kitchen had pretty much everything you would need to cook any meal, large or small. This was a family getaway that made some great memories ☺️ and as always, it went by way too fast!!! Alex, Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!!

Campfire on the lakeshore very memorable; pleased to find so many beds at a reasonable cost; 20 people in the house; pedal boat and kayaks were put to good use by all; one member fell going up the high deck steps; screen door needs fixing; had trouble locking up with code at checkout

I stayed here with 9 other friends. It’s a great location with plenty of room for activities and relaxing. The place has a beautiful view of the lake and the provided kayaks are an added bonus. Bring a hammock because the trees around the fire pit are perfect for them.

This was a wonderful page to stay with tons of amenities! Thankfully the house has tons of activities and games since we came to fish then12 inches of snow dropped. I can't wait to experience next time in better weather the beach area is beautiful and it's so well equipped here! The owners were extremely responsive with any questions I had!

My family has been looking for a place to spend a week every year up north, on a lake. It’s hard to agree on one place and have everyone be happy. This was the first place we’ve stayed at where everyone was happy. It was big enough, had all of the amenities, and the location was almost perfect. Let me just mention some of the things that surprised me, good and bad. -Sand lake is a little small. -But the fishing is awesome. Bass all day. We also caught Crappie, blue gill, and sunfish. -the canal does not connect the 2 lakes and you have to paddle through the narrow canal and through some very shallow areas to get to midget lake. -once you get to midget lake, you can use the trolling motor that is provided. Great fishing. Basically the same as Sand Lake. -the kitchen is currently a little rustic. The drawers, counters , and cabinets are a little rough. -but you can see the homeowners are slowly making improvements. Huge stainless steel sink, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, fancy coffee pot. -the neighborhood was SO peaceful. Most of the week, it felt like we had the lake to ourselves. On the weekend it got a little busier. -it was very clean. No cobwebs, no dust. My last words. Unfortunately, the price has gone up for next year, so we won’t be able to afford to come back. It was already at the top end of our budget. BUT, rightfully so. This house is great. The longer I stayed, the more I loved it. If you can afford it,book it.

Perfect location, house and property. Will be back. One of the cleanest VRBOs I have rented for its size. Kitchen has more utensils, pots and pans then a Homegoods store. If visiting in the winter heed the instructions and park at top, if you do not have 4 wheel drive and snow tires you may not make it back up the hill.

Plenty of room on the property and in the cabin. Had a golf trip with friends and everyone enjoyed the cabin. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something off the beaten path a little.

The lake was crystal clear, fun fishing was had by all and the beach was perfect for sand toys and sun bathing. Alex always responded quickly whenever we had a question which was appreciated. A very enjoyable vacation was had by all!

We had a group of 14 ranging from 3 to 70! Everyone had plenty of room and things to do. The place was easy to find and had everything we needed in the kitchen cook with feed our huge family. The kids loved to play all day outside and our teens loved to explore the woods during the day. Definitely a place to come to unwind and unplug from the everyday life. We hope to come back!

We had a great time - Kids had fun fishing and swimming. House worked out great with the sleeping arrangements - we had 8 adults and 6 kids under the age of 8. Communication with owner was very good.

We enjoyed our stay. Thought just 2 bathrooms might be a problem, but didn't seem to be an issue. The top bunks should have higher safety railings-a grandchild rolled off one night, thankfully not seriously hurt! It was difficult keeping up with ice cubes needed-couldn't get bar maker to work efficiently. We loved the beach front, fishing, swimming, boating, grills, campfires, inside Lodge and decking accommodated our large family very well. Will be back:)

We've stayed at Two Lakes Lodge 5 years and love the place and setting. It's well- equipped and our 1o adults and 11 kids fit well. It would be great to have another bathroom and, occasionally, a/c. but overall, it's a great place to gather and spend the week

The setting is as lovely as always! Updated flooring, windows, coffee maker, toaster, some new mattresses, flatware and glassware. Alex continues to improve an already wonderful place!

Check in was easy, kitchen has everything you will need. The only thing is that all the draws in the kitchen are broken they will fall out if not careful.

This property was great for our large group. The bedrooms, living space and kitchen were large enough for us to feel comfortable. The view of the lake from the deck was beautiful. It felt secluded and quiet. We stayed for the weekend and rode Caberfae Peaks. We would definitely stay again!
