This was a beautiful, clean home and exactly what the listing said - it was the perfect vacation home for us. We had family fly in from out of town and this home was the perfect place for us to gather. We rented out the basement as well, and we thoroughly enjoyed playing pool. It’s a nice, quiet neighborhood and shopping centers and restaurants are super convenient. Bonnie and Patrick were quick to respond to any question we had and very attentive. Kitchen was very well stocked - definitely enough pots/pans to cook with for large families and more than enough silverware/plates and cups so that we didnt have to do dishes after every meal. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend their home to anyone…they were fantastic hosts!!

We enjoyed our stay here with our whole family. The property was lovely and plenty of room to spread out. The addition of the basement area was very helpful and the kids enjoyed the pool table down stairs. The hosts were very communicative and prompt in replies. Thank you!

The place is stunning and exactly like the photos. Everyone had plenty of space, even if you just wanted to find somewhere to be by yourself, you can. The hosts are excellent when it comes to communicating, very accommodating, and quick to respond. I definitely would ask and recommend the rental of the downstairs area. It’s a great space to be entertained pool table, foos ball, small living room with tv, and a quiet bedroom as well. You will not be disappointed in your rental or the service you will receive from the hosts. 5 Stars for sure!

This home is beautiful and large, giving large families lots of space to spread out and make memories. We loved having access to the game room, with both pool table as well as a football table for family fun (this is an extra charge but worth it and provides an extra private bedroom and bathroom). The property itself is surrounded by a dense wooded forest and offers a great deal of privacy. We highly recommend this wonderful house for families especially.

The property was big enough to host our family wedding shower event. Rooms were of nice size, well furnished and clean. There were plenty of linens for guests to use. We were Pleased that each of the five adults had their own bedroom and 4 full baths to use. The space was perfect for gathering, eating in with light cooking, and outside patio table. Very close to top local wineries, lots of options. House has a slight musty odor, I have allergies and am sensitive to it. But it was not a problem. Its an older home, no updates, but timeless quality. We enjoyed our stay there.

This was the perfect home for our family reunion. We had privacy with trees surrounding the property. Spacious interior with well furnished home, plenty of extra towels, sheets, pillows, comforters. We enjoyed the house overall. There was some draining issues in one of the restrooms but nothing too bad. Definitely wish there were more TVs in the guest rooms. Other than that the house worked well for our family of 8.

We rented this property as our home base for our daughter’s wedding in Leesburg. The hosts were wonderful! We were able to add an event to our stay and host the rehearsal dinner at the property. The grounds and neighborhood are beautiful. Beds were all very comfortable and we had plenty of space for our group of 10 to relax and prepare for the wedding!

Our guys and wives had a great stay at the house. The host was very responsive to all of our questions. The kitchen had everything you would need to allow for a home cooked meal on vacation. I would definitely look to stay here again when visiting the Washington area, as the commuting distance is manageable, and the accommodations were outstanding.

The Good: The house is beautiful and the most well-equipped house we have EVER stayed in. And the caretakers down the street could not have been kinder. The Bad: We were to have 6 family members stay in the house for a 4-day Christmas celebration--the first time since COVID. A storm knocked out all power and heat to the house, and while the owners (who were in Florida) were responsive and got a repair person on site quickly, heat never returned to the top floor. It was 8 degrees outside and 45 degrees on the second floor-rendering them uninhabitable. 4 members of our party has to find other accommodations for the 4 nights, including Christmas Eve and Christmas. The Ugly--The owners at first offered to refund us 25% of our total rental, but only if we didn't file a review (which VRBO is currently investigating as extortion, true story). I asked for a pro rata refund of two thirds since 4 of our 6 people had to find other accommodations, which they refused. They also told several troubling lies in communication to me and to VRBO. I have tried to work this out amicably over the last month, but the Sides were at first confrontational and rude, and now have gone completely silent. This is what gives house renting a bad name.
The Good: The house is beautiful and the most well-equipped house we have EVER stayed in. And the caretakers down the street could not have been kinder. The Bad: We were to have 6 family members stay in the house for a 4-day Christmas celebration--the first time since COVID. A storm knocked out all power and heat to the house, and while the owners (who were in Florida) were responsive and got a repair person on site quickly, heat never returned to the top floor. It was 8 degrees outside and 45 degrees on the second floor-rendering them uninhabitable. 4 members of our party has to find other accommodations for the 4 nights, including Christmas Eve and Christmas. The Ugly--The owners at first offered to refund us 25% of our total rental, but only if we didn't file a review (which VRBO is currently investigating as extortion, true story). I asked for a pro rata refund of two thirds since 4 of our 6 people had to find other accommodations, which they refused. They also told several troubling lies in communication to me and to VRBO. This was the perfect home for our family reunion. We had privacy with trees surrounding the property. Spacious interior with well furnished home, plenty of extra towels, sheets, pillows, comforters. Both kids and adults had a blast with the game room options. Special thanks to our Gracious hosts for well in advance communications, check in process and making us feel welcome. Thank you Bonnie and Patrick!

We rented this property as our home base for our daughter’s wedding in Leesburg. The hosts were wonderful! We were able to add an event to our stay and host the rehearsal dinner at the property. The grounds and neighborhood are beautiful. Beds were all very comfortable and we had plenty of space for our group of 10 to relax and prepare for the wedding!

This is the second year our group of 8 old college friends have spend a great 4 days at this property. We come from all areas of the country and its proximity to Dulles makes for easy in and out for those who have to fly, and the many great restaurants and vineyards in the area, plus the gathering places in the house itself let us enjoy our time together some 60 years after college, eating, drinking a bit of wine, enjoying the views and each other.

The home is tucked away in a quite rural subdivision area of Leesburg. You can walk and hike for an hour and not see a car, Close enough to the wineries, spas, shopping and restaurants. If DC is your destination, then an easy drive into town using the Dulles Greenway and 267. Or you can drive to a metro and commute into DC.

Second time we have stayed here. So close to Dulles, restaurants and wineries. It's a beautiful comfortable home. We love this house and the beautiful grounds. One would never regret the comfort of this gem. Thank you owners for sharing your home again!

The house was as advertised. We traveled with 4 other couples and never felt crowded. it was also very close to Quattro Goombas our favorite brewery/winery. Beautiful home and property made for a 5 star stay from all 5 couples.

A group of old college friends gathered in this spacious home for the third year in a row, so obviously we found it to be an excellent place with easy access to Dulles Airport, local vineyards, good restaurants and shopping venues. In addition, there was adequate sleeping and bath facilities for all and several roomy gathering spots, as well as a large and well equipped kitchen.There was easy communication with the hosts if necessary, and a quiet neighborhood for outdoor gathering and relaxing.

The property is just beautiful inside and out! My large family needed to find a place to stay locally for about 4 weeks and Bonnie was so accommodating in allowing our fur babies to stay with us. We loved the spacious home which provided comfort for our multi-generational family. The home is well appointed to meet any need and the homeowners are very responsive. We cannot say enough about our stay at this property!
