Stayed 2 nights

The property was very clean. It is a bit of an unusual set up with access to one bedroom being from outside and also access to toilet is outside but under cover Great location and had everything we needed.

Not at all what we expected for what we paid. There is NO toilet inside the house.Front and back yard completely overgrown and unsuitable for dogs or children as unsafe. No fence at street front for dogs/children.No outdoor eating area, no BBQ.No clothes line or clothes rack.Nowhere to hang/dry anything, including beach gear.No oven trays for cooking. No PowerPoint in bathroom.Driveway plants so overgrown they scratched my car.I sharp knife only. No knife set, no coffee machine.First Aid kit had nothing, not even bandaids.Needs a lot of attention before rented out at such a price in the future.

The property was clean, comfortable and well-placed for our purposes. On the website it was mentioned that there were two bathrooms and no mention of only one outside toilet was made. Please consider making that clear.

Toilet is listed as semi-detached but is in reality outside, as is the 4th bedroom, although it does share a wall with the house. You need to leave the house to access both. In the middle of winter it was freezing. You can access the toilet from the front door through the carport and this is under cover. However, from the back of the house it is completely in the open to access the toilet and the back door of the house. We were all over 60 and needing the toilet in the middle of the night to have to go outside was very uncomfortable and timing an issue. We don't have time to meander through the house to come to the front door. Even those of our group sleeping in the house found accessing the toilet extremely inconvenient. The same would apply for families with young children. Sitting in the nice warm and cosy loungeroom became freezing when the front door had to be opened for someone to go to the toilet. Also, more toilet paper needs to be supplied; one roll was not enough. For our group, the shower over the bath without a handrail was quite tricky. Apart from this, the house has been done up nicely. Kitchen is modern with great appliances etc. Beds are very comfortable and the bedding all lovely and warm. The heating provided was efficient and kept us warm in the lounge room and warmed up bedrooms. Everything freshly painted and clean. Also brand new blinds on windows is great. Price ok for what we had but for the 21st century, a toilet inside must be considered essential.
