Polo Villa 6 by AvantStay | Expansive Putting Green, Pool, Spa & Outdoor Firepit

Had a fantastic experience renting from AvantStay. The property was amazing and their service and professionalism were top notch. I'll definitely be looking for an Avant property the next time we travel.

Host was responsive. House was spacious. Backyard was great. Floors were not clean, cleaning supplies very low, and overall experience below what we expected

Good communication. Easy check in. Large kitchen with plenty of supplies and appliances. Huge backyard. Beautiful pool. Floor plan is very well thought out, with an open concept indoors and very spacious outdoors. Bathrooms in every bedroom. Pool table, ping pong table, 3 hole putting green. Directly across the street from the Polo grounds.

Great location to the polo fields and very clean.

Great location, beautiful,, spacious modern style property that’s very clean property with endless amenities, accommodations and the hosts are extremely responsive! We had ages 3 - 60 and everyone enjoyed the pool, spa, ample in pool and deck lounge chairs, mini golf, pool table, ping pong and TVs in every room. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, paper towels, soaps and cleaners. Each room had its own private bathroom. The towels and sheets smelled fresh and clean. Close to bike trails, tons of golf, pickleball, tennis, shopping and great restaurants. They have an app that answers literally any question you might have.
