Luxury Villa Pefkochri

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit traumhaftem Blick über die Stadt bis zum Meer. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und die Kommunikation war vorbildlich und problemlos.

Amazing villa with fantastic views! Very private and a great base for our holiday. We're a family of four with two teenage children, we all loved it.We had a couple of bbqs and some amazing meals in Pefkochori, all within walking distance. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the front and 20 minutes to walk back....good for walking off the Gyros and Mythos!Can't recommend highly enough, 10/10.

This property and house were very lovely, clean, and comfortable. Bedrooms had beautiful views and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was modern with good amenities and well stocked with utensils and cookware. The garden was immaculate with dwarf palm trees, flowers, and well maintained grass and cypress trees. The pool was beautiful with heated water and very refreshing to swim and enjoy the amazing view from this hill top location. The pictures are very accurate and everything was clean and very enjoyable on the entire property. However the downfall to this property is the location that is about a 15 minute walk to Pevkohori village so you will need a vehicle. The other issue is the time of year. July is extremely busy in the whole area so driving through the village and parking was extremely frustrating as there were cars everywhere blocking already very narrow roadways with too many parked and moving vehicles and pedestrations as there are no sidewalks leading uphill to the higher streets in the village. We were not impressed with the beaches in Pevkohori as we found them very narrow and overcrowded (July) and in some spots dirty, but we had a vehicle so explored other beaches 15-30 minutes away. Also because the town is over-run with tourists in July and August the power and water were intermittently shutting down so something to be aware of. Our host Vicky explained that a better time to visit this area is probably May to June or September to October.
