We had a great stay. Rooms were big and nice. Beds were very comfortable but kinda low to the ground (didn’t bother me though). Great game room with pool table, darts, and nba jam. Mostly stocked with everything we needed. Clean and great location. We walked to the Cafe Piazza and the Budweiser lights. Would stay again.

On arrival, the neighborhood is in a city block that was close enough to walk to a park; which was nice, as the backyard did not allow for much play area. The house has been nicely updated. When paying for cleaning fee, I would expect a cleaner house (cobwebs, dust bunnies were noted). For us, the biggest draw at this house was the game room (compared to other properties); however, the NBA video game was not functional and the darts were broken/unusable. The board games were not organized and/or pieces were missing. We were in contact with the property manager, who attempted to fix the game, but this was not fixed during our stay.

Benton Park Farmhouse was a great place to gather and celebrate my birthday. When this house was renovated the owners really put a lot of thought into their plans!! The home provided privacy, with almost each bedroom having their own bathroom. It also provided lots of space to gather as a group and enjoy each other's company. We had a great time playing games & socializing in the basement with the dart board, pool table & bar. Each morning we gathered in the dining room/kitchen and enjoyed breakfast together. The location was a short uber ride to downtown attractions. It was a lovely trip and I would reccomend this property to anyone taking a trip to St. Louis.

Beautiful house about five minutes from downtown. House was as described, very large, fun amenities (game room), kitchen had necessary supplies. Easy check-in, check-out process, very communicative with property managers. We had a great stay and I would recommend.

Check in and out was very easy. The home was beautiful and packed with things to do in our down time as well as kitchen equipment to cook with. Communication the day before checkout was wonderful as i didnt have to look for the email with instructions.

Excellent stay tucked in a neighborhood close to so many main attractions! Check-in and check-out were easy, with no keys to mess with. The teens enjoyed the pool table and board games, and we loved being able to do laundry and have a full kitchen to cook. We all slept great-some beds were true mattresses and some more memory foam style, but all slept well! We also loved having so many bathrooms! Highly recommend!

Definitely recommend if you're looking for a place for a group to be able to meet together and be able to have plenty of space both inside and outside. Kitchen is much larger than what the pictures show, so be sure to take advantage of that, fridge is massive too; the downstairs is pretty awesome with the "St Louis-native" pool table, along with the bar area/TV with surround sound! House was easy to get to from main roads, and there's an Imo's Pizza not even a mile away!

Nice house. Great space and location. A few complaints. The two bedrooms upstair have minisplit heating/air untis. There was only one remote and we could not figure out how it operated. So no heat or air upstairs. The darts for the dartboard were broken. The arcade game wouldn't turn on. And there was a nail sticking out in the trim in the bedroom. Also the front door knob almost fell off. It was missing screws.

Excellent location of property; tourist attractions within 2-7 miles of house; 14 steps upstairs; 14 steps to basement; 5 steps to house entrance front & side; plenty of bathrooms/ensuites; well maintained; basement bedrooms share a bathroom; well stocked with toilet paper/paper towels/hand soap; be sure to check out the photo album of the house's renovation-amazing work & very well thought out plans; enough beds to sleep 10 people (2/bed); ice maker worked well-never without ice; Dining room lights flicker at times but it's on a dimmer switch & have to be sure dimmer slide is all the way to the top so it doesn't do that; combo tub/showers have a very high tub to enter the tub (sit on the side to get into it, put legs over & then stand); having a 1st floor bedroom was a rare find; Excellent pizza shop within 2 blocks walking distance, carry out or dine-in; Immediate response time from host & was very helpful throughout the process; Highly recommend this property & would return to stay!

Say YES to this property for your Family visit to St Louis! The beds were comfortable, the property was impeccable and just an all around perfect home! We were able to Uber or Lyft everywhere we went and only 6 mins from the Stadium !!! We will definitely rent this again on our next visit!

My now husband just got married over the weekend. The was the perfect place for us to be close to our venue. We were able to have all of our bridal party stay with us and get ready in the morning! Very spacious, the guys had a blast with the pool table all morning long while the girlies got their hair and makeup done! Our only slight complaint, which the owner is aware of, is that the acs in the 2 upstairs rooms were broken and it got a little toasty but with the fans it was bearable. Absolutely would recommend this place for any group staying in St. Louis!

We had 9 people in our group and there was more than enough room for everyone. The location was convenient and close to site seeing activities, within walking distance of cafes and coffee shops. We would stay here again.

We had a girls weekend here and everything was great. The house had soo much room for all of us and we loved how many bathrooms there were. The host was in constant communication and let us check in a little early when we asked to do so. Would 10/10 recommend this property!

We booked this house to get ready in the weekend of our wedding. There was plenty of room and we loved how comfortable the space was. However, the deciding factor for us was when we discovered a pipe was disconnected in the master bedroom sink under the cabinet. Water was everywhere in the bathroom, and it leaked all the way down to the basement bathroom and across the basement floor. We had to place towels down and rush to make sure it didn’t get on my wedding dress, which was hanging up downstairs.I had to speak with an automated adobe number the day of my wedding that was asking me questions I didnt have time to answer, rather than just sending someone over to the house to look at it and fix it immediately. My father in law ended up fixing it. The house was beautiful but you could tell it hadn’t been properly checked as far as the pipes went. We were not notified before hand that there was an issue in the main bed bathroom prior to our stay or booking. I was not impressed with the sense of urgency and seemingly lack of understanding from the management that it was my wedding weekend.
We booked this house to get ready in the weekend of our wedding. There was plenty of room and we loved how comfortable the space was. However, the deciding factor for us was when we discovered a pipe was disconnected in the master bedroom sink under the cabinet. Water was everywhere in the bathroom, and it leaked all the way down to the basement bathroom and across the basement floor. Excellent stay tucked in a neighborhood close to so many main attractions! Check-in and check-out were easy, with no keys to mess with. The teens enjoyed the pool table and board games, and we loved being able to do laundry and have a full kitchen to cook. We all slept great-some beds were true mattresses and some more memory foam style, but all slept well! We also loved having so many bathrooms! Highly recommend!

We had a girls weekend here and everything was great. The house had soo much room for all of us and we loved how many bathrooms there were. The host was in constant communication and let us check in a little early when we asked to do so. Would 10/10 recommend this property!

Amazing 5 bedroom 5 bathroom bnb would definitely stay there again 7 minutes from the dome an all St Louis attractions. This bnb was perfect an way cheaper than hotel. Easy to book hospitable owners. 5 stars would recommend an stay there again!!

Excellent location of property; tourist attractions within 2-7 miles of house; 14 steps upstairs; 14 steps to basement; 5 steps to house entrance front & side; plenty of bathrooms/ensuites; well maintained; basement bedrooms share a bathroom; well stocked with toilet paper/paper towels/hand soap; be sure to check out the photo album of the house's renovation-amazing work & very well thought out plans; enough beds to sleep 10 people (2/bed); ice maker worked well-never without ice; Dining room lights flicker at times but it's on a dimmer switch & have to be sure dimmer slide is all the way to the top so it doesn't do that; combo tub/showers have a very high tub to enter the tub (sit on the side to get into it, put legs over & then stand); having a 1st floor bedroom was a rare find; Excellent pizza shop within 2 blocks walking distance, carry out or dine-in; Immediate response time from host & was very helpful throughout the process; Highly recommend this property & would return to stay!

We were in the area to visit our family that lives in the area. Do some local activities and spend some family time together. The house was close to our family's neighborhood, to local activities, and was in a safe area. The house was a great layout for mostly adults, allowing us time to relax, cook, and reconnect.

We had a great stay. Rooms were big and nice. Beds were very comfortable but kinda low to the ground (didn’t bother me though). Great game room with pool table, darts, and nba jam. Mostly stocked with everything we needed. Clean and great location. We walked to the Cafe Piazza and the Budweiser lights. Would stay again.

Check in and out was very easy. The home was beautiful and packed with things to do in our down time as well as kitchen equipment to cook with. Communication the day before checkout was wonderful as i didnt have to look for the email with instructions.

We found this rental based on its central location for 3 family members getting together. We were so happy with the comfort and space it provided 7 adults for the weekend. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a place for a group to be able to meet together and be able to have plenty of space both inside and outside. Kitchen is much larger than what the pictures show, so be sure to take advantage of that, fridge is massive too; the downstairs is pretty awesome with the "St Louis-native" pool table, along with the bar area/TV with surround sound! House was easy to get to from main roads, and there's an Imo's Pizza not even a mile away!

This house was perfect for our girls trip! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and comfortably stay and there were 10 of us. This place had everything we needed.The location was wonderful, it was so close to everything. Highly recommend visiting Cafe Piazza down the street. The food was great, the staff were amazingly friendly, and there is an arcade in the back room. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

What a perfect house for our growing family! This house was absolutely beautiful and spacious. Close to everything and decorated so cute! We have 4 grown children that have families of their own so this home accommodated us perfectly. The yard was big enough for our grandchildren to play in. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare any meal you plan to make. Host communication was great and checkin and out was very smooth. Would recommend this house to any large family.

Great location - on a quiet street but close to highways and centrally located in St. Louis. Only a few minutes from the arch, Soulard market, and other tourist locations. It was a perfect spot for our group of four senior ladies. (Note that most of the bedrooms are on the second floor or lower level with lots of stairs, this wasn't a problem for our group.) It's an older home in a nice neighborhood, well-maintained and very clean. The beds were very comfy, and the bathrooms were modern with plenty of hot water. Big roomy well-stocked kitchen, and nice seating areas for relaxing. We had a problem with the air conditioning the first night, and the management company responded very quickly. We were in town for a family event, and chose this house instead of a hotel. We're so glad that we did, and we would stay here again if we're in the area.
