The five of us spent a wonderful week at Le Castel. The sunrises and sunsets from the St. Laurence-facing deck were gorgeous and the sound of the water through the windows at night was very soothing. We found the kitchen to be the most well stocked with cooking tools (pots, pans, utensils, appliances) that we’d ever encountered. There were lots of small seating areas — indoors and outdoors — where we could sit in a group or alone (loved the papa-san chair, the screened-in pergola and the red Adirondacks!). Eating dinner at the dinner table was a fun place where we could watch the boats and listen to the loons. The grounds are cared for and we could tell that it was a well-loved home. It's easy to get to Cornwall and the surrounding towns (e.g.Williamstown, Lancaster) for a day of shopping and exploring. We’d certainly visit again.

The view is stunning and each morning was a joy to waken to. It was as described and my family get together was made all the more relaxing and enjoyable because of the facilities. We were in the lake every day with the kayaks and paddle board or just swimming.

The house with it's 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths is a great space for large families. Plenty of room around the huge dining room table for everyone whether it's for meals or games. The kitchen is very well stocked with kitchen supplies which made meal prep easy. Having a walk in pantry was great for food storage and the 2nd fridge was awesome for keeping drinks cold. Lots of seating options in the living room and bonus room off the dining room. Everyone found a comfy spot. Outdoors also offered lots of comfortable outdoor seating. The huge property had mature trees so there was always a place in the shade or the sun - whichever your preference. The property is a wonderful quiet location (with the exception of the neighbours dogs barking). The water is great for paddle boarding and kayaking but less so for swimming. The hosts were attentive although there weren't any issues during our stay that required communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time at your chalet, the location in beautiful. The young children loved watching the ships going by. Plenty of room for everyone.. we would definitely return

This was a lovely stay. This is a clean, modern cottage with lots of natural light, new furniture, and a well-stocked kitchen. The owner is very responsive and helpful, and I would stay here again any time. There is a large field that works well for frisbee or other games, fire pit, a boathouse with kayaks, and a dock. Everything you need for a nice rest. Thank you, John!
