Checkin was quick and everything was as described in the listing. House was very nice and homey. Beds were very comfortable. Place to grab groceries was 5 minutes away. First day we were fishing off the dock and caught about 8 nice trout. Then when the weather warmed up the fishing was slow. But that didn’t stop us from having a good time. It was relaxing just sitting in the dock with our fishing poles. We had to cut our trip short because my husband had a gout flare up and Greg was very understanding and accommodating and helped us to get out quickly. We would definitely stay again.
Checkin was quick and everything was as described in the listing. House was very nice and homey. Beds were very comfortable. Place to grab groceries was 5 minutes away. First day we were fishing off the dock and caught about 8 nice trout. Then when the weather warmed up the fishing was slow. But that didn’t stop us from having a good time. It was relaxing just sitting in the dock with our fishing poles. We had to cut our trip short because my husband had a gout flare up and Greg was very understanding and accommodating and helped us to get out quickly. We would definitely stay again.

We had a blast!!! We relaxed on the deck and fished off of the dock. It’s just a few minutes from town to get anything you may need. I recommend the local Pizza joint, the food was FABULOUS!!

We had a lovely stay. The place is beautiful & provided everything we could need. Fishing was perfect right from the dock. Forgot to sign the guest book but if you get the opportunity eat at Whilma’s filipino restaurant in Searcy you won’t be disappointed. Hot, made to order, fresh!

We’ve stayed in several VRBOs and this has been the best one. Greg was so incredibly nice and helpful. We fished every morning and evening from the dock and we caught our limit almost everyday. We also had a nice fire every night and just enjoyed the privacy. We definitely will be back!

We had a wonderful stay. It was like being at our own home. Everything was very clean and homey! We had a great weekend! It was nice to be out of town but still close enough to get what you need in a quick dash. We would recommend to anyone wanting a home away from home.

The cabin was clean, well decorated, kitchen stocked with all the necessities. Bed was comfortable. We didn’t even leave the property.. fishing fair, we caught enough rainbow trout for supper. Very peaceful! The only complaint, the gas grill did not work but there was a burn ban so we cooked in oven! We will definitely return to the little red cabin!!

Perfect view of the total solar eclipse with our large sun filtered telescope. Hope to return to the Little Red Cabin before the next total eclipse, which will have to miss unless we choose to travel to Iceland. Thanks, Greg

The house was very cozy and neat. The river wasn’t flowing so that was a little disappointing. It’s close to a main road but it was still quite. Communication from the host was excellent. Directions were clear and check in was very easy.

My husband and I came. with our daughter to tour Harding but wanted to stay a bit outside Searcy to have some retreat time. The red cabin on the Little Red River was the perfect spot! It is cozy, peaceful, and beautiful. We had everything we needed to enjoy cooking several meals and relaxing on the deck right on the river! Highly recommend! Greg is a terrific host!

Absolutely one of the best trips we have taken. This cabin was perfect as we celebrated our 4-year anniversary. The host are responsive to questions and very helpful. Despite a road being nearby this property was still extremely peaceful! We are already planning our next trip.

We had a great weekend at the Little Red River. This cabin was clean, comfortable, and in an amazing location right on the river. We caught a lot of fish right off the dock. We will be back.

My husband and I came back for the second year and it was amazing! We didn’t catch as many fish, but it was some much needed time away just us two. The cabin, the views… They’re all more amazing in person. There’s such a peace here. We cannot wait for the next visit!

The cabin was clean, well decorated, kitchen stocked with all the necessities. Bed was comfortable. We didn’t even leave the property.. fishing fair, we caught enough rainbow trout for supper. Very peaceful! The only complaint, the gas grill did not work but there was a burn ban so we cooked in oven! We will definitely return to the little red cabin!!

We have found our new favorite getaway. Everything was great as advertised! We plan on booking this cabin for our annual birthday trips and we highly recommend this Vrbo. Our host Greg was a pleasure to work with and easy to communicate with. We look forward to going back soon.
