Pet friendly 2/1 basement apt fenced yard

It was a good stay other than the sink water was continuously backing up in the dishwasher creating a stagnant smell.

The place was spotless! Very comfy beds and the backyard was fantastic for my 2 schnauzers. Had all the essentials for a welcoming stay. Very communicative when needed and smooth check in and check out. If I did have to find a negative, it would be there is no way to control the temp in the unit without reaching out to have it adjusted as both the upstairs and this downstairs uses the same system. Other than that, when family comes to town to visit and needs a place to stay, I will be referring them here.

Pictures very accurate, very nice place. Stayed 10 days. Be aware this downstairs VRBO also has an UPSTAIRS VRBO with rotating tenants ... some of whom were VERY noisy at 4:30am getting ready for a flight and another tenant who had a 2-3 month old screeeeeeeaming baby every two hours all night. Also, the HVAC thermostat is UPSTAIRS and inaccessible to the downstairs tenant ... the landlord was very accommodating when we asked for "more heat" or "more cool" ... but at 2am, that's not practical when we're sweating or freezing downstairs. LOVELY place but be aware of these issues.

Our stay was wonderful. The unit was super clean and updated. We had our dog with us and the fenced yard was great. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Beautiful, IMMACULATE place. Lots of space and a huge fenced in yard for our doggies. Id definitely see if this place was available again next time we head to that area. 5 out of 5 s!
