WTF penthouse

Property listing said parking was provided. Clarified had a 9 person van before arriving Informed that was fine. Van didn't fit. Had to pay for parking 25 a day. Arrived to a sauna. ACs were not turned on before our arrival. Our whole stay both AC units leaked water. Had to put pots and towels to collect water. Listened to dripping sound and wiping up water entire stay. Owner did not do anything about it. (photo of stairs & pot and plastic containers to collect water) AC then started making very loud noises & then stopped working. Informed owner about both & did not get any action to try and fix during our stay. The temp outside was in the mid to high 90's our entire visit .No bed sheets. Got a mattress cover and a blanket. That's it. Washing machine, but no detergent. Waited for 2 days to receive. Asked for more towels due to mopping up floors. Lady came and gave us 4 and took about 8 with the understanding will come back with more. Had to inquire a couple of times before we got more. Got a day later. The 2 AC units do not cool the place enough. Specifically the room with the loft bed. Asked for a fan. Took 3 days to get fan. Due to all these issues we really do not recommend staying here. Not family friendly. In process of maybe getting some refund, but owner is ignoring me. Best thing about place is location and view.
