Maravillosa villa con piscina totalmente privada, con muro alto. Wifi gratis

La casa es muy cómoda y bonita, tal y como muestra el anuncio. Hemos disfrutado de nuestra estancia a pesar de que el tiempo no haya sido el mejor. Muy buena comunicación con la propietaria y estupenda disposición de la persona a cargo de la casa. Muy recomendable.

The villa is fantastic, the pool and outside space is lovely, so many different areas to sit out in. The indoor space is perfect, really comfortable beds, and a well equipped kitchen. We will definitely be back!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber funktionierte. Leider bekamen wir keine Einweisung in das Haus. Wir mussten alles selber in Erfahrung bringen. Es gibt eine Alarmanlage, aber die konnten wir (leider) nicht benutzen. Bei dem überdachten, mit Schiebetüren versehen, Vorraum konnte eine Schiebetüre nicht abgeschlossen werden. Es war eine Waschmaschine vorhanden, in denen wir unsere Handtücher waschen konnten, leider war aber kein Trockner vorhanden. Dadurch waren die Handtücher bretthart. Egal, ob der Wäscheständer aussen oder innen stand. Die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern konnte man nur ganz öffnen oder schließen. Kippen ist nicht möglich, was gerade für das Erdgeschoß schlecht ist. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, es steht aber ein Ventilator zur Verfügung. Die Insektennetze vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern waren alle im unteren Bereich kaputt. Das Badezimmer unten ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet in der man auch duschen muss. Leider ist es derart rutschig, dass meine Eltern die Dusche im oberen Geschoß nutzen mussten. Die Wasserhähne in den Waschbecken sind wackelig und sehr unpraktisch. Die Terrasse im oberen Stockwerk konnten wir leider nur abends nutzen, da den ganzen Tag die Sonne darauf steht und kein Sonnenschirm dort verfügbar ist. Positiv war die Ausstattung des Hauses. Die Außenanlage ist schön, aber auch hier gibt es einige Mängel. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit mit meinen Eltern und das war das Wichtigste.

Fabulous property in a gated community. The only negative we have is that the cleaners didn’t come round after the first week just with fresh bedding etc. Yes we had a washing machine however fresh sheets and towels would have been beneficial.

I want to write a really average review, so that this place is still available next year for when we return! but i cannot, i have to be honest and this Villa is amazing! like its perfect!it was found in a extremely clean state!, the lighting and ambience is amazing! the appliances are fantastic, there is everything you need here, certainly for 4 people, any more and you may need more plates, but the rooms were very spacious! the lighting at night is beautiful and the garden and pool area are amazing!there is some overlooking from one balcony, its not completely secluded, but these are used more of an evening, apart from that everything was as mentioned and described. Margit, our contact is a saint! and Tina maintains the house so nice that in turn we left it also in a really clean state, you feel like you want to. we would love to visit again. its just under 7euros taxi to town, walkable to other bars, supermarkets and restaurants in the area and the secure residential area itself is very quiet at night. lizards around on the walls was very spanish indeed, catching all these pesky insects! we love to see them! pool feels fairly new, either that on maintained well, there is no yellow marks on the edge, its a nice pool and in an area where you are shaded from any strong lanzarote breeze, if you like to feel the breeze, the grass area is perfect also! there is a giant net also to clear out any leaves etc quickly in the morning, it just has everything you need.
