Entire Home - 30mins to everywhere Boston

Rats/Mice in the kitchen. Ate our food, pictures to prove it. Tried to contact host. After initial contact they said we would be credited for unused nights. Then, completely ghosted us. Took forever to work through the horrendously poor VRBO customer service process. We did end up getting some credit after two weeks of pushing. Never did hear from host, they clearly did not care about the customer, or our experience with rats/mice. We were charged one extra night that we were not there. Charged for cleaning (which is ridiculous). And paid all other service fees. Completely horrible experience! Don't ever trust that Hummingbird Cottages or VRBO will do the right thing when things go wrong!

I would upgrade living room, not family friendly furniture. Pretty good though!

Easy to find and get in, great stay for Boston

I flew into Boston with my business partner - we live in different parts of the country - to visit our program director. The location was great, so quick to the airport. The setup with a master on the main was super helpful to give us space. AND - so thoughtful, we live in 2 temperatures, so the space heater was huge. Will be back!!

I would stay here again ! It was very comfortable!
