Terrific restaurants within walking distance. The budd dairy food hall is right across the street and is a must when visiting Columbus! Check in and check out process was very simple. The house is on a busy street and it is noisy. No dedicated parking but street parking is available.

Location was great and process was easy. Property could definitely use some love. Many if not most light bulbs burned out. Holes in walls. Furniture worn and uncomfortable. Bed mattress comfortable but no duvet, just the cover. Floors sticky. Bare minimum put into the property to create a VRBO. Fine for two nights but wouldn't want to stay longer.

Location was prime. Host was a prompt communicator and they have promised a future discount due to the poor cleanliness, lack of blankets and pillow cases and lack of transparency regarding the additional contract they have you sign after you book and the parking situation. They provide two parking passes to park in front of the property and we didn't have issues but there are signs and the host warns you just before check in that your car could be towed if it's not moved every 3 hours from 8AM to 10PM. Lots of great restaurants were within walking distance and it was an easy commute to the zoo. I wish I would have brought electrical outlet covers and baby gates but this is something I will do when traveling with my babies in the future. Couch was small and only fit two people and there are motion sensors and a porch camera out front that aren't disclosed in the listing. The back patio area felt private and the beds were comfortable. The host gave us our privacy while occupying the unit. They provided soap and shampoo, which I often forget, and they were good quality. The price was a little steep but overall the experience working with Housepatality was smooth. I will likely take advantage of their generousity and book other of their properties again in the future to utilize the promised discount.

Cute studio apartment above a detached garage. Nicely renovated, very clean and great location. my wife and I stayed with our two dogs, short walk to the short north and the Italian village park was a great place for dogs to hang out just a block away. Host was very responsive and check in and check out process was very simple. Will definitely stay again.
