Had a great stay! Great communication from host. In the middle of everything. Very clean. Easy street parking. Only downside is the apartment is above a bar and it’s loud, can hear/feel the music in all rooms. This was expected, however not great with young children. Would be the perfect place for friends! Overall fantastic stay!

The place was very clean in an old building. Great location! The room was in the middle of a lot of great restaurants and bars. The owner was great with answering any questions and very quick to respond.

I booked this for a work trip and appreciated the central location, how clean the apartment is, and quick communication with the host. I do wish I'd paid attention to reviews that noted it's located above a bar, which I think could better suit a friends trip than business travel. Was glad to find good food nearby and to be able to walk almost everywhere I needed.

Safe and convenient location for a quick midweek trip to town. The apartment was super super clean and so comfortable. Zachery thought of everything. Great Wi-Fi. I had forgotten shampoo .. and there was a small bottle in the shower! Even coffee pods for the morning cup of Joe. In the center of downtown nightlife so enjoy it yourself like I did .. there is some some street and bar noise but that’s to be expected in such a downtown Syracuse location. Thanks for everything and I’d definitely use again.

Owner was accommodating. Place was clean and nice for the price. The entrance was a little off putting but once you get past that, it was good to go. There is a bar downstairs that plays music into the night and morning but we slept through it. The A/C is very smart so we struggled to keep the temperature comfortable through the night. There was a learning curve. I point these things out to give you a heads up but not to take away from the fact that we had a great stay. Good job Scott! We would stay again.

This was a very nice place We went to dinner at Pastabilities which was right around the corner. We were supposed to be heading to a concert before heading back to our room. But spent the night in the room which ended up right in the heart of the party -it was loud I am not going to lie-right above a bar. I turned on thunderstroms on youtube up to volume 46 so I could fall asleep -it worked!

Best part: walking distance to concert venue, cool restaurants, and shops. Worst part: it was above a bar. The bass was so loud in the evening until 2:00 am that our couch was vibrating.

The property is as stated...pics are "doctored up" Nice space, 2 1/2 baths, great neighborhood (lots restaurants & bars, walkable) Noise from bar below is LOUD!! Thought because we were staying there on a weekday that it wouldn\'t be bad. Closed at 2a, so slept afterwards. Woke at 7a by concrete trucks and workers. Noise was biggest let down

We stayed overnight and chose this location because it looked clean and was walkable to all the places we needed. We weren’t aware of the establishment downstairs, which played very loud music for most of the night. The other hard part was the outlets all turned off when you turned off the light switch. Otherwise, the ease of checking in and the location to walk everywhere was great. The property manager was accessible, even while being located in AZ. We’d stay again, but I’d bring a sound machine and some earplugs to drown out the downstairs night music.

Everything was clean and a lot of items were supplied (even body wash if you needed it). Having two bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms was a great convenience. Zach is an excellent communicator and answered all of our questions. He even made recommendations for breakfast....we went to both and they were great! Would I stay here again? Most definitely!! Thanks so much!

The host was slow to respond or in one case didn’t respond at all. I used the VRBO message app. I had asked if I could checkin early and no response was provided. Host provided clear directions on how to get into the building but not in the apartment. That was really frustrating. Checkin was at 4 pm and I confirm I had gotten no additional emails nor messages at 4:30 pm. So I messaged the host on VRBO, tried VRBO help to get directions to get into apartment. I finally got the instructions at 5 PM. Overall apartment was fine but I didn’t recall the description saying that is was over a bar and next to a nightclub. The beats were thumping and it was very difficult to sleep until it stopped. But if you were a group out until 2 AM then this wouldn’t be a factor.

The host was responsive and check in was easy. However be aware that the apartment is over a bar and there was really loud vibrating music until 2am on a Wednesday night. The bar had a large loud crowd and the street was filled with screaming voices and honking until about 3am. There's nothing the host can do, but just know that you may be up all night unless you have ear plugs.

Location is phenomenal - so much is walkable, parking is easy and affordable. The apartment itself is clean and setup well. It felt like a very safe place to stay.A few things to note: it is located directly above a bar that is VERY loud until 2AM. The internet didn't work our entire stay and we were not able to get any feedback from the host, the TV didnt work well and the some areas of the apartment get VERY cold in the winter, so bring layers!
