Lovely accommodations, short walk to Broadway, very comfortable beds, lovely porch to sit outdoors and relax, full kitchen (only thing missing that would have been handy is a tea towel and dish cloth. I brought ear plugs as it is by the fire hall, I didn’t hear any trucks through the night. Host was fantastic at replying to all msgs. Will be back for sure!!

Such a cute little place!! It has everything you need and is only a short walk to downtown. The free parking was a huge benefit too. We will absolutely be staying here again when we visit Nashville!

Great little apartment within walking distance of Broadway. Place was very clean and comfortable. Getting in and out and having free parking on site were a big plus. The only small downside for me was the busy road outside the bedrooms. May not be a problem for those more used to it. But I’d definitely stay there again, just may bring a sound machine.

The neighborhood is safe with great restaurants within walking distance, and free parking was an added bonus. This is a great little place and location. Everything described and pictured is accurate. More than sufficient parking, within walking distance of Broadway, safe neighborhood, perfect for 2 and can easily accommodate 4. No complaints at all and would definitely stay here again if we make a return trip to Nashville.

My mom, sister and I stayed to celebrate my sister’s 40th birthday. The apartment was clean, had all the necessary amenities and was a good location. We had a rental car, so it was helpful to have onsite parking in a gated lot. We felt safe, and it was about a 10 minute walk to Broadway. The beds were very comfortable, all three of us noticed that. The host was very quick to respond to my questions about places to eat or shop. The street it is on has a fair amount of traffic, but it wasn’t a problem. We would definitely come again.

We had a great stay! The condo is close enough to walk downtown but far enough to not have all the noise of downtown. The included gated parking was so helpful. The condo is comfortable and includes small details like coffee and laundry detergent. It felt like we could just show up and have what we needed for a quick stay in Nashville.

This condo is beautifully decorated, well maintained and clean! One of the nicest VRBO's we have stayed at. Loved the location - half mile from Broadway and close to coffee shops, restaurants and other music venues. Will definitely use again when we come to Nashville.

Pros: Great decor, really comfy beds and nice linens, plenty of charging outlets, nice laundry, well stocked in every aspect (extra bedding for foldout, plenty of towels, laundy detergent, cotton balls, coffee for coffee maker, etc). Nice walk in closet for all the luggage. Porch is really cute and nice to sit out on. Walking distance to lots of downtown attractions. Eat at Husk - walk out back door of condo, out gate, across parking lot and you are at a lovely restaurant! Secure gated parking. Cons: Loud street noise/ bedroom across from fire station. No sound machine referred to in one review which may have helped with car noise. We are city people so fairly used to noise, but fire trucks that close to bedroom are on a different level. Despite occasional noise, we would definitely stay again! Price was so much better than any hotel given all the amenities and location.

Property is in a very good location in relation to getting downtown and to Broadway to all the venues. It's a very short walk but is uphill coming back can be challenging if you've had a "really good time" downtown. The property is very nicely decorated and was clean. The biggest "complaint - definitely not the property manager or owner's fault" I would have and this can be obviously based on the amount of people downtown, but the traffic on the roadway outside the bedroom was quite busy late nights when we were there. Many sirens from EMS going by and fire in the middle of the night woke us up a couple of times. If you sleep on the bed that's away from the windows it's much more muted and more tolerable.There was a little dog in the apartment next door that was barking constantly if the owners were not home. The property management company or the owners were very good about responding back that they could call the HOA if it didn't stop. Overall it was a great place to stay very good location with a nice coffee shop around the corner. If you're not going to be in the condo a whole lot and be downtown and doing things this is an amazing place to stay.

Check-in was super easy and straight forward. We were fortunate to get early check-in, which worked well for those of us that arrived earlier in the day. Kitchen was clean and modern as was the rest of the unit. Washer and Dryer was a plus, as i came home with clean clothes!

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. It was very clean and the decor was lovely. There were so many things inside that aren’t offered at a lot of places now (they had toilet paper, sheets, laundry pods, etc). The beds were VERY comfortable and the location was amazing. The neighborhood felt very safe and it was about a ten minute walk to downtown. We did not have to drive or Uber all weekend and felt safe the entire time. I would definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay at this well kept condo. It was an easy walk to Broadway with all the restaurants, bars and shops. The condo’s Host kept me well informed about our reservation and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend renting this condo.

This VRBO was wonderful, fabulous location, walkable to many venues, short Uber / Lyft ride to others. The beds were very comfortable. Towels, tp, soap, etc. was provided. Parking was easy and accessible. Communication was fantastic. Zero complaints! Would stay again!

Thanks to our host, Jen! This condo was extremely clean and comfortable. We were able to walk, with ease down to Broadway. The parking situation makes for an easy in and out option if you are travelling with a vehicle. This listing is accurate and did not disappoint! I was able to communicate with Jen, the host, at any time. Our ‘Girls Trip’ was a success!

One note, as others have stated, the bedroom windows face a busy street, so if street noise bothers you, you should bring earplugs. It didn’t bother us at all once we sunk into the extra comfy beds. I would definitely stay here when visiting Nashville again.

The check-in process was super easy and communication with the host was excellent! The condo was very very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The location was within walking distance to Bridgestone Arena and all of the great restaurants and bars. The condo felt safe and secure. Highly recommend for any stays in Nashville.

This was our first visit to Nashville. Great place to stay - easy walk to Broadway. The host was wonderful in answering questions. Place was neat and clean and had everything we needed. Parking including was a real plus, too! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville.

We really enjoyed our stay at this well kept condo. It was an easy walk to Broadway with all the restaurants, bars and shops. The condo’s Host kept me well informed about our reservation and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend renting this condo.

This is a great little place and location. Everything described and pictured is accurate. More than sufficient parking, within walking distance of Broadway, safe neighborhood, perfect for 2 and can easily accommodate 4. No complaints at all and would definitely stay here again if we make a return trip to Nashville.

This condo is beautifully decorated, well maintained and clean! One of the nicest VRBO's we have stayed at. Loved the location - half mile from Broadway and close to coffee shops, restaurants and other music venues. Will definitely use again when we come to Nashville.

We had a great stay! The condo is close enough to walk downtown but far enough to not have all the noise of downtown. The included gated parking was so helpful. The condo is comfortable and includes small details like coffee and laundry detergent. It felt like we could just show up and have what we needed for a quick stay in Nashville.

The communication with the host was very good and we appreciated their promptness with replies. Directions and instructions were thorough and clear. The property is in a great location close to Broadway but still far enough away to get good rest - very walkable. We did have several issues with the cleanliness but they were mentioned to the host and they said they would be addressed with the cleaning company. If you are a light sleeper, I would choose an upper story unit because even light steps upstairs were very loud.

We stayed here for an entire week and can say that this is a pleasant and nicely furnished apartment that is within walking distance of sooooo many Nashville attractions - very convenient!! The unit was immaculate and the host extremely accessible for communications. Loved the availability of ground coffee for the coffeemaker.The living area is very comfortable and great for relaxing - when we weren't out and about we hung out and watched the Olympics.Last but certainly not least, the beds were super comfy.
